- Muhammad Umair (7/5): - The way check-in was managed. You need to stand on the road in the heat for Mr. Nagina to come and collect security deposit and handover the keys. Waited for him to transport the luggage to the building. Check-out was also a problem, because we were checking out at 6AM so had to follow up with Mr.Nagina at the night to settle the security deposit. We needed to come back early at the night to collect the security deposit because Mr.Nagina said he will sleep if we were late. Cockroaches and Ants were there to welcome us. No body came to clean the rooms and washroom. Washroom was very old style with broken items like hand shower and bath towel hanger. If you are travelling with young kids and want a smooth check-in,, this property is not for you. You will need to stand on the road and wait for Mr.Nagina to do the formalities for you.

All kitchen items available including cutlery, microwave, fridge, kettle and stove. Washing machine and dryer. The way check-in was managed. Cockroaches and Ants were there to welcome us. No body came to clean the rooms and washroom. Washroom was very old style with broken items like hand shower and bath towel hanger. Sofa in the lounge has completed its life.

- Harrison (8/5): Views absolutely made our stay, good value for money - Excellent location and stunning view of the towers (this is the main reason we wanted to stay here) - the views didn’t disappoint! Comfy beds, good water pressure in showers. Internet access on tv for Netflix was a bonus. Great to have a kitchenette too and washer machine. On arrival lots of signs stating no Airbnbs or short stays. If caught you will have key card removed and charged. This made us a little uncomfortable especially due to having huge backpacks which meant we stuck out. Kitchenette was under equipped but manageable.

Our unit was facing KL Tower During our stay, the swimming pool was closed. Even that observation floor also closed. Can not even go to that floor to view

- Brian (7/5): Good enough spot - Clean and decent sized space with wardrobe and fridge. Laundry attached. Close to KLCC park and Petronas towers. The check in and check out proceed is a handling. Not easy process and strange setup. Had to meet a man to take our bags in and out of building. No storage holding facility without a charge.
- Cabañero (5/5): El personal un desastre, no recomiendo - El sitio y las comodidades Nos tuvieron esperando 30 minutos abajo para el checking, nos pidieron fianza sin haberla pedido antes cosa que nos pareció fatal porque no se esclarecia en el anuncio. Y además el checkout era sobre las 11 y al hombre le dijimos de pasa que quizás nos fuéramos sobre las 6 y pico de la mañana por el vuelo, pues coge el tío y nos empieza a llamar a esa hora despertándonos para hacer el checkout, y ya lo que colma el vaso es que encima le dijimos por teléfono que sobre las 8 y a las 8 justa nos estuvieron abriendo la puerta para intentar entrar.... Me parece fatal eso
- Fawzia (8/5): Séjour au coeur de KL - Emplacement très central à quelques minutes à pied des tours Petronas. Nous étions 6, appartement suffisamment grand pour nous accueillir. Appartement fonctionnel (machine à laver ect...). Le checkin était un peu compliqué car nous ne pouvions pas rentrer nous même les bagages. En raison des normes de sécurité de la résidence, la prise en charge est géré par l'hote qui a chargé les babages dans une voiture, qu'il a ensuite monté dans un parking de la résidence. Nous les avons récupérer dans ce parking puis avons pu accéder à notre appartement.

- ONEL (8/5): Great location with comfortable bed and laundry facilities, but cleanliness and amenities could be i - The location is definitely number one and a reason we might consider coming back. However, the flat is actually just a room, with the window facing very close to the next building, so you can see directly into other people’s rooms – not much privacy. It was also a bit dusty and not cleaned properly, which we didn’t like and could certainly be improved. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and having laundry facilities was a big plus. If cleanliness were improved, it would be much better. Other than that, the location is excellent, with access to everything and only about 6 minutes’ walk to KL Towe The room was not cleaned properly, it felt a bit dusty, and basic amenities like toothbrushes and toiletries were missing

- Ibrahim (7/5): - Central location near to Petronas towers & Suria KLCC with view of Petronas Towers from one of the room. 1)The host provided almost no cutlery & there were only 4 coffee mugs, despite taking the booking for 8 people. Plastic spoons & forks were provided. Find attached the pictures of the cutlery provided. We had to take turns to drink coffee. 2)The sofa bed provided was stained & narrow. The host provided additional futon beds & additional cutlery after raising the issue, but no mugs were provided. 3)The pillows are knotted & seen the end of their life. They need replacing 4)Even though the location is quiet central, the bus stop is 8min walk from the apartment & its not a easy walk in Malaysian hot weather. 5)There was 15min wait to meet the host & collect keys despite informing the arrival time in advance.

- Imre (2/5): Like staying in a place that read the handbook on hospitality, and did the exact opposit - The proximity and the view to Petronas was great. After booking, I was "greeted" with a series of military-style instructions: “fill in this, do that, don’t do that.” and long list of rules. Not exactly the service vibe I was expecting. Later, the tone softened. I also find it misleading (not to say cheating) that the property is advertised with a gym and pool, only for me to receive another rather rude message after prepayment saying: “No GYM & Pool, currently renovating.” This information should have been clearly stated before payment, not after. Though the suite was on the 25th floor, the noise from the busy street was loud at night. The apartment itself appears to be on a strict “no maintenance ever” plan. The large windows (the supposed showpiece, with a view of the Petronas Towers) look like they’ve never been cleaned from the inside. They are covered in fingerprints, probably dating back to the first guest. The shower is limescaled, floors not clean, and every detail screams “maintenance-free living”. Check-in is complicated. One must coordinate with “Mr. N” to arrange a meeting time and place, though he rarely answers messages. His spoken English is a challenge to decipher thanks to a minimal vocabulary, strong accent, and a high-pitched voice that is barely audible. His manner is dismissive and aggressive. We have been waiting for him on the street in front of the building with all our suitcases, then he took the luggage up to the suite via the garage as you are not allowed to bring luggage in the elevators. Check-out was a nightmare. The agreed time came and went, deposit unreturned, and Mr. N was nowhere to be found. Phone calls were either ignored or answered with the kind of arrogance usually reserved for movie villains. He eventually appeared about 30 minutes late, without a word of explanation. While we were in a hurry. Dealing with Mr. N was… unforgettable... in the way food poisoning is unforgettable.

- SarahLeigh (4/5): This is an Airbnb, I would have opted a proper hotel if I had known or host had indicated - The location, walking distance to KLCC and most places. The room smells nice. So many bad reviews by other hosts of Sky Suite (eg, not receiving deposit back, room infested with cockroaches) I am happy to say THIS host did refund my deposit upon checkout and I did not find/see a single cockroach during my stay Bed and mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows quality were bad. The room does not have the view of KLCC (the pictures of the room is deceiving - the view you will get is the next building's windows) Dirty bathroom, needs a good scrub. The next door neighbours was loud and did not settle down till midnight.

- Ronja (4/5): Merkelig - Nærme kjøpesenter og tårnene Virket ulovlig, stod skilt at det ikke var lov å vere der for folk som skulle ha kort opphold eller bruke det som Airbnb. Kunne ikke gå inn i resepsjonen med koffertene, så måtte vente utenfor i 3t til noen kom å hentet oss med bil for å kjøre oss inn porten. Virket som det hovudsaklig er leiligheter for fastboende. Heisene tok ekstremt lang tid ettersom de stoppet hele tiden. Bassenget fikk vi ikke brukt og det luktet røyk i hele bygningen. Når man skulle skjekke inn og når man skulle reise måtte man ta kontakt med hosten på WhatsApp, han kunne omtrent ikke engelsk å svarte ikke alltid når man spurte om ting. The apartment unit was as advertised, clean and comfortable. This particular owner did not want to issue invoice/receipt for some unknown reason, so this is a hassle for business trips.

- Nurul (4/5): - The location is near to KLCC. Walking distance The level is too high. The windows cannot be open for air ventilation. I feel suffocated. The size is not really spacious. The view of KLCC also couldnt be seen as in the picture displayed.

- Jothirajan (9/5): Security is the topmost priority for the guests. So, please consider providing more secured door. - Breakfast? I didnt know there was a breakfast. I think you need to increase the security of the lock. The passcode for the digital door lock must be known only to the guest. But in the current case, the service guy sends a whatsup message with the passcode for the digital doorlock. So, the security is already breached. This is totally unacceptable. And, we guests do not want to totally depend on the digital locks. You must provide a mechanism to the guests to lock inside. A latch must be provided inside. This will the guests a peace of mind.

I will be sharing this experience across my social media and filing formal complaints with both Booking.com and Sky Suites Management. No empathy, no solutions, no refund. Booking.com should investigate this listing and host. I demand a refund and will make sure others know not to book here. We booked Sky Suites at KLCC by Mitstay for 7 adults based on the listing: 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sofa bed. What we got was a dirty, thin foldable bed—not a sofa bed at all. No bedsheet, dusty, and completely unacceptable. The host, Chloe, was defensive, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility. She ignored calls, lied about inspections, and even tried to charge RM30/night for a better mattress—for something that should’ve been included. Despite promises, nothing was fixed: her assistant Nagina just covered the bed with bed linen and no extra pillows were provided. Aircon not working well, We were forced to stay the night in uncomfortable, subpar conditions and had to spend more the next day for a proper place. No empathy, no solutions, no refund. Her 2 workers also came clueless. Throughout the ordeal, Chloe remained unempathetic, defensive, and irresponsible. She repeatedly refused a refund and said no one else had complained about the bed—as if that justified our experience.

The surroundings were smell - Less than hour before check in, we were informed that the ceiling had a leak which was only temporarily fixed, leaving it visibly unsightly, leaving us with no better option but to check in. While we initially considered assessing the situation, we later discovered additional issues: The floor was not cleaned properly. There were no dustbin provided in the kitchen. Throughout our stay, we encountered at least seven cockroaches, including in the bedroom. At least three towels had visible stains. Given the poor hygiene and overall condition of the unit Location only
