• robert (1/5): Worst booking ever - Nothing We booked months in advance but our 1 bed apartment wasn't available when we arrived. We were put into a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night: it was disgusting. It stank of cigarettes and hadn't been cleaned. The kitchen was dirty with insufficient crockery and glasses for 2 people! and the door frames and skirting boards were broken and damaged. The bathroom basins and bath had no plugs and the shower was broken. After I complained profusely to the person who represented the host, he laughingly said we could cancel and he would agree a full refund: easy for him to say but a very difficult decision for us at 6.30pm after travelling all day to get to here. The next day (but not until 2pm) we were shown the 1 bedroom apartment but this was just as dirty and unkempt so we opted for a refund and booked alternative accommodation. I would never recommend anyone ever book this place. The photos on Booking.com are years out of date and you definitely won't get what you are expecting. I felt cheated and exploited by the host and can't believe he/she is still allowed to promote the apartments on this site. It was a horrible experience.

El chico que nos dio las llaves nos indicaba que de las dos reservas, solo le había llegado el pago de una, cuando a mí en booking y en la tarjeta me habían cobrado las 2. Después de discutir durante unos minutos, acabó dándome las llaves de los 2 apartamentos, casi entre risas. No me pareció que a alguien a quien no le hayas pagado toda la reserva acabé dándote las llaves y más entre risas. Tal vez son cosas mías, pero creo que intento que se lo pagara dos veces

As it was managed by a separate person who wasn't part of the counterstaff, we kept on having to ring him personally for checking in and checking out. The counterstaff couldn't help us with much information, eg where to get food. Couldn't plug in the TV in the bedroom as the power point wasn't compatible. The tv in the lounge area turned off randomly on its own.

Dias antes da viagem, o anfitrião enviou uma mensagem pedindo para que eu cancelasse minha reserva, dizendo que não poderia me receber. Entrei em contato com o Booking.com, que me orientou a manter a estadia, pois o cancelamento geraria custos altos para mim. Já iniciei a viagem preocupado e desconfortável com a falta de profissionalismo. No dia do check-in, o anfitrião atrasou 1 hora e meia para aparecer, me deixando esperando sem responder ligações. Ao chegar, ainda exigiu, de surpresa, um depósito de 300 ringgits malaios, que precisei pagar na hora. Combinei com ele o check-out às 4h da manhã e ele confirmou que iria devolver o depósito nesse horário. Reforcei essa informação dias antes e obtive nova confirmação. No momento do check-out, o anfitrião não apareceu e ignorou minhas mensagens, não devolvendo o depósito. Precisei sair desesperado para procurar um caixa eletrônico e conseguir pagar um táxi até o aeroporto, pois a distância era longa. Cheguei atrasado para o voo, perdi minha passagem (tive que comprar outra por um valor bem mais alto) e ainda precisei reservar mais dias de hotel e arcar com alimentação extra em Kuala Lumpur. Além do prejuízo financeiro, tive enormes danos emocionais e morais, pois planejei essa viagem por mais de seis meses. Tive a sensação de abandono e falta de suporte tanto pelo anfitrião quanto pelo Booking.com, que diz não se responsabilizar por esses problemas. Tenho todas as mensagens e recibos que comprovam minha situação. Como cliente que já utilizou o Booking.com em várias viagens, considero inaceitável a falta de garantia e segurança nesta reserva. Espero que o Booking.com adote providências para evitar que outros passem pelo que vivi e que intervenha para a reparação dos meus prejuízos.

Teníamos que bajar a recepción para poder ir a nuestra habitación desde la piscina. Eso era un inconveniente, no nos facilitaron tarjeta de ascensor.

Location is great, close to 2 different train services, walkable to the Twin Towers. Completely recommend this room / building and the sister building next door. Bitterly disappointed that the swimming pool on 51st floor was under maintenance. Was only informed on the day of arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance, despite that notices in the building were listed from 5th March - prior to my booking. One of the main reasons I booked this room is for the pool, but they deliberately didn't make it clear that the pool was closed until it was too late to change my booking. * pool is closed until 29 March 2025
• Beryleen (1/5): The propoerty is nice which located near the monorail station. But if u plan to go to the city centre pls take grab than - First and last to stay there The facilities provided is not well maintained. 1) Refrigerator The refrigerator is broken and not functioning at all. Call them to fix and the maintenance guy come to the room and try to fix yet cannot and mentioned he will be back to fix bcoz need to buy some parts but until 10pm there is no show up. 2) TV in the leaving room Also broken cant even switch on and change channel. Hubby hv to pull the xiaomi dongle which provided by the property and connect to TV master bed room. TV remote is not functioning and hv to do manually. 3) Dishes No sponge provided to wash off the dirty dishes and i hv to use tissue. The good thing is ✅Toothbrush and toothpaste kit is provided ✅ AC is cold ✅ washing machine is provided ✅ microwave cum oven is working
