Loved waking up to cows mooing in the morning from a nearby farm. Only nitpicking, but wished the bed was more comfortable. Rest of the family slept fine.

- John (10/5): Perfect, well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment in a lovely quiet town. - The hosts really care about this spacious apartment. They were quick to answer queries and have provided everything needed for a 3 night stay with a particularly well equipped kitchen. Easy safe parking and short walk to shops and restaurants in a quiet town. The trip to Gloucester tops is lengthy on sealed/unsealed road but very much worth it.

Location perfect and a stone throw from the awesome Gloucester charity book shop! Unfortunately the hot water shower system for some unbeknown reason, only produced tepid water during our 1 night stay. Had to use a bucket (boiled kettle water) to shower our 9 year old who would have refused otherwise despite a whole day hike up the Barrington top. didn't work for us during our 1 night stay. I'm sure it would have got fixed if the owner knew about it, just bad luck for us.. Would still come back though if we ever come again this way 😁.

- Darryal (9/5): Great experience and met our needs. - The location was in good proximity to my needs, and it was also a quiet location. Good communication was received from the host, and the keys were easy to collect and overall, a good experience. Would recommend to others and would stay there again should the need arise. Unfortunately, we experienced some very hot weather and even though there were portable fans provided for the rooms an air conditioner in the main room would have been better. Otherwise, everything else was good.

- Deborah (8/5): Best value for your money for staying in Gloucester township. Very pleasant place. - Central location, tasteful decor, air con in living room, everything you could need in kitchen. It was stinky hot when we stayed there and with no air con in bedroom had problem sleeping - did find the pedestal fan but didn't cool the room down. The shampoo & conditioner bottles had come away from bathroom wall and were on the ground, no ledge or shelf to put them up on - I use a walking stick so it was difficult. Bed was so high it was difficult to throw myself up onto it. Top bed sheet was very thin, polyester and clung as it was so hot.

Good communication with host and easy entry into property with clear instructions on how to use everything. The Avon pub has good meals and happy hour It was a little noisy with trucks in the mornings if you like a sleep in .

- Kierra (8/5): Affordable, cheerful and cosy. The owners are lovely. - The owners have taken great care to make the stay comfortable. The bed was cosy and it had everything I needed for my stay. There is no obvious signage for the units so it was difficult to find at nighttime.

A little concerned initially that it was next to a fuel station but it closed late afternoon and the unit faced away to views of the mountains.

The attention to detail ..... all you really need to bring is your actual food. The owners go out of their way to help accommodate you .... I will definitely be returning many more times .... The fans were very noisy but had very little strength (quite weird). It was very hot in the bedrooms even with the a/c set on 20 degrees and two fans blowing air into the rooms.
