It felt clean, and comfortable, and was the perfect location for my mom's needs. There is a heated pool which was an added bonus. Any issues or questions were addressed promptly. Thank you!

- Layla (10/5): Perfect Santa Monica vacation spot - The location is perfect, you can see the beach from the front gate and there are a number of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is well fitted out and comfortable. Geoff made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, I would definitely recommend this for a Santa Monica stay.

It was very comfortable and close to the beach, with access to a warm pool and a hot jaccuzzi. We had a great time! You have to be careful with street parking, we got a ticket after forgetting about street cleaning days. But that's on us!

Great location, and easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive to texts. I would stay here again! The street parking was a bit of a challenge, especially if looking for a spot later at night.

Would recommend to anyone. Booking.com not clear about the deposit but Geoff was understanding and made extra effort to assist it getting sorted.
