- Rita Cassia (7/5): - Da localização pois me atendeu perfeitamente. Também dos Funcionários da recepção. Simpáticos e prestativos. Demorou bastante para liberar o quarto no check-in. O horário era as 15hs mas como não tinha enxoval de cama não foi liberado. Estávamos bem cansados. Só podemos entrar por volta das 17 hs. No check-out, pedi para atrasar um pouco mas não foi pertmitido. Atrasaram o check-in mas nao concordarem em eu atrasar um pouquinho o check-out. Não voltarei a reservar.

- Andrea (1/5): Pessima - Nada Roupas de cama suja, sem paperl higiênico , usam o nome mercúrio para comfundir os consumidores achando que estão indo para o mercury embora a estrutura seja a mesma . Tentaramcobrar o café depuas vezes e não entregaram A chave na hora combinada ( só duas horas após )
