Guest Reviews
- Anike (7/5): Cute cottage to comfortably accommodate 5 of us - Location
Good Size for a family of 5
Had what we needed for 3 nights
Good having laundry facilities
Booking and checking in process was great
Appreciated earlier check in
Overall a cute cottage Only 1 glass and not enough cutlery in the kitchen.
Maybe having a couple of coffee pods for the coffee machine would be helpful.
Cigarette buds out in back area
Bit dirty in outdoor area/laundry
Hard to sit comfortably with 5 of us on the lounge
- Judith (9/5): It was great -
- Laurelea (9/5): - Great location, close to the centre of town. Comfortable beds and aur-con throughout.
- Peter (8/5): Enjoyable school holiday stay with daughter and grand kids. - Close to the CBD for meals. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. Close to Queens Park for Carnival of Flowers and Parkrun. Quiet location. Good for our family of grandparents, parent and two grandkids to be all together.
Had good space inside the cottage and good facilities.
Good communication with hosts via the app. Parking on the concrete slab in front of the house was a bit tight and we had a medium size car. Second car needed to be parked on the street requiring a paid parking app and competition for spots with tradies from nearby renovation projects, but we always got a spot close to the house as we got first dibs on the park in the morning and were out during the day. Back yard shown in photos was fenced off and not available for the kids. Not a real problem as there are plenty of parks nearby to play but was unexpected. Be careful if leaving food on kitchen bench as small black ants on the prowl .

- Joshua (10/5): Extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay, highly recommend for anyone that’s staying in Toowoomba - Very comfortable and homely house, absolute beautiful place to stay Nothing
- Luke (10/5): All the comforts of home, perfect location. Extra touches to make it special - The comfortable lounge, the beds, the blankets. Well renovated Just a suggestion- a full length mirror
- Margaret (9/5): Great location, excellent facilities, spotlessly clean. - The location. The facilities. It was very clean. Had everything we needed plus they left us some chocolates and wine which were much apprfeciated
- Nathan (9/5): Beautiful cottage accommodation in a great location - Lovely added touches like water and snacks on check-in. Great location for the CBD, restaurant and parks. Quiet street location. Nicely renovated and decorated.
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaylah (10/5): Couldn't have asked for more. - Perfect, close to everything. So comfortable, easy, convenient & quiet.
- Sarah (10/5): Great place to stay with our family while attending a function in town. Would recommend. - Lots of little extra touches made for a lovely stay. Lovely and clean and handy for everything. Beds were very comfortable. Daniel was very helpful and friendly in any communications. Children loved the pad/ pens / pencils and games on offer. The front door makes the most unbelievable noise when opening and closing which meant with kids asleep early any coming and going had to be done via the back door.
The tv is so high on the wall (assumably to fix into the studs or something) it makes for difficult / uncomfortable viewing, but not a huge deal as we weren’t staying for long.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jorji-mae (10/5): Location was great, nice and central, well-equipped house, plenty of room. Would stay again. - Location was great, nice and central. Such a cute and well-equipped house, plenty of room.
Would definitely stay here again.
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect place to stay, easy walking distance to the botanical gardens (Queens Patk) and to the centre of Toowoomba. - Sage cottage was a bright airy spacious place to stay right in the heart of Toowoomba. Clean and gas everything we needed.
- Eleanor (8/5): Would return in future - Excellent location, plenty of room.
- Kerry (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (9/5): Superb - Excellent extremely clean and tidy and comfortable. Had some trouble with front door lock which was sorted quickly.
- Kristene (10/5): Comfy cottage in great location - The cottage is spacious & appears newly renovated. It is decorated tastefully & is very comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning in almost every room. The off-street parking space is essential in this city centre location. Walking to Queen's Park & City Centre. Daniel is a helpful host who answers queries promptly. A little table & chairs outdoors at the back would be nice, just to escape out into the winter sun with a cuppa. Otherwise nothing. If we need to come back to Toowoomba we would stay again without hesitation.
- Annabelle (10/5): Exceptional - Fully catered for the traveller.. Nothing
