• berrak (10/5): Harikaydı - Yeşil pancurlu bahçeli bir evde kalmak 3 gün bile olsa çok iyi hissettirdi. Evin konumu gayet iyi otobus ve metroya yakın. Market ve restorantlar yakın ve güzel. 3 gün gecerli toplu taşıma bileti ile çok rahat şekilde Romayı gezdim. Merkezin kalabalığından uzakta konaklamak isteyenlere şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

La anfitriona fue detallista, dejo café, jabón, detergente para lavar la ropa, agua. El apartamento hermoso e impecable. La ubicación es muy buena, queda cerca de una parada de buses que te conecta directamente con los lugares turísticos, coliseo, fontana, foro. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este lugar. Felicidades a la inquilina por tan excelente servicio

• Aleksandra (10/5): - The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. There is a lovely little patio in front of the house, which adds a lot of charm to the place. The owners were very kind and responsive, always replying quickly to any questions. The apartment is conveniently located close to the metro station and even closer to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, a great stay – I would definitely recommend it! All good

• Katarzyna (10/5): Pobyt w Rzymie udany, super miła Pani Gospodarz. Bardzo polecam!!! - Lokalizacja blisko komunikacji miejskiej, w okolicy kawiarnie, sklepy, apteka. W apartamencie było bardzo czysto, wszystko było przygotowane jak należy.

• Dragomir (10/5): Kratki odmor u Rimu - Lep, dobro opremljen i čist prostor sa svime što je potrebno. Blizu metro stanice. Puno dobrih barova, prodavnica i picerija u kraju koji je miran. Odlično za odmor i duži boravak. Lepo i prostrano dvorište je takođe za preporuku. Frančeska nam je pomogla u svemu što nam je trebalo ili nas je zanimalo.

• Monica Del Carmen (10/5): Volvería sin dudarlo. - Todo,el apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

• Sandra (9/5): Clean, comfortable apartment in a quiet, well-connected area - The apartment is in a great location, very close to the metro, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the coffee, small treats, toiletries, and the fact that enough towels were provided. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only downsides were some mold in the bathroom, and the kitchen could use more kitchen towels or a larger dish-drying rack. It was a bit of a challenge to dry the dishes.

• Ilze (10/5): - Ļoti glīta, ar dārzu, citronkoku un olīvkoku, tīra, ar visām ērtībām, laba skaņu izolācija, jauka vieta, viegli aizbraukt uz centru ar metro vai vilcienu, veikali blakus, labs kvartāls, laipna uzņemšana, laba kafija, laba gulta, karsts ūdens, higiēnas piederumi, viss labi pārdomāts, lai nekas netrūktu. Laikam kāds no iepriekšējiem viesiem bija pievācis virtuves nazi, vajadzēja iztikt ar (ļoti labiem) galda nažiem.

• Victoria (9/5): - Very nice apartment, there's everything what you need including small snacks and coffee. Clean, with small terrace garden. Easy to reach by bus or metro. The hostess is very nice. The neighbours above were a bit loud till late but it's usual in Italy.

• Matteo (10/5): - Unità indipendente con giardinetto all'interno di una area condominiale, a pochi passi dalla fermata ponte lungo. Struttura comoda ai mezzi di trasporto, in dieci minuti sei in centro. Conosco piuttosto bene Roma e consiglio molto questa area strategica. La proprietaria di casa è squisita e disponibile, pronta per qualsiasi assistenza. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve per un weekend, zona giorno completa di tutto, bagno finestrato che è sempre buona cosa avere. Consiglio in pieno.

• I. (10/5): Wonderful stay - The apartment was lovely, perfect for two people. Wifi was great and all facilities were present. Location was great, only a short walk from the metro. The garden was lovely to wind down in after a long day of exploring Rome.

Все объяснила и выслала видео как нам заселиться и что находится поблизости. Помогла нам вызвать такси рано утром, до Аэропорта Чампино на такси заняло всего 13 минут и стоило 28 евро. С метро лучше добираться со станции Понте-Лунго, нам показалось так проще дорога. Приятно что в аппартаментах был кофе, чай, сахар, холодная вода и печеньки с булочками. Надеюсь следующий раз у нас будет больше дней в Риме и мы сможем остановиться у вас. Спасибо Франческо!

The owner was very friendly and helpful with places to go and things we needed. Only 5 minutes walk from the metro which takes you all over the city. Highly recommended Nothing
• P (10/5): Fab stay in Rome, the eternal city! - We were able to check-in early, easy and clear instructions provided. The apartment is well equipped with anything you need and more. It also has a large outside space, with table chairs and bbq which is pretty amazing for Rome City centre. The underground is 5 mins walk and you can reach Spanish steps within few stops. Francesca and her husband were very welcoming and helpful, also very flexible with check in / checkout times. Highly recommended. Everything was great 😊
