• Peter (3/5): - The local shop. Very good staff and stock. Poor facilities. No proper cooking facilities. Plenty saucepan. Lids but no saucepans. Very odd No wine glasses but wine cork screw?. Dated decor. Lose shower taps, no relief from extreme heat as no fans provided and windows don't open much. Pealing paint and lack of care by landlords when contacted about facilities. Curtain hanging off held up by central wire.
• mouchtsi (2/5): “Disappointing - Only the location is worth it The apartment itself is old and, most importantly, dirty. The heating was constantly on in half of the apartment, and during the heatwave the heat was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. The owner was completely indifferent and did nothing to resolve the issue. The bathroom had no window or ventilation, while the radiator there was permanently on as well. The building is poorly maintained, with a constant smell of marijuana coming from neighboring apartments. Overall, it is definitely not worth the money.
• Belén (9/5): Me gustó mucho - El apartamento dispone de todo. La cocina está totalmente equipada y la estancia se hace muy cómoda. El tamaño es perfecto para una o dos personas. Agradecí que estuviera la calefacción encendida cuando llegué porque ese día hacía frío. El suelo de la cocina estaba un poco sucio y la nevera hacía bastante ruido pero a parte de eso, todo genial. La comunicación con el apartamento se basa en mensajes automáticos y eché de menos hablar con una persona real para preguntarle algunas dudas pero fue todo fácil.

• Iva (3/5): Pripremite se na čišćenje - Prostranost objekta i puno dnevnog svjetla. Perilica rublja nam je dobro došla Za početak, ulazna vrata se ne mogu dodatno zakljucati iznutra, pa se kao tri zene nismo osjecale sigurno. Stan je bio užasno prljav, kao da osoba iznajmljuje svoj stan i samo izađe iz njega na par dana. Općenito, u stanu je konstantno bilo vruće, koliko god držale otvorene prozore. Komunikacija s domaćinom je nepostojeća, što god da smo pitali nismo dobile odgovor. Hladnjak užasno prljav i smrdi, ostatci hrane u njemu. Kuhinja preko slika daje dojam kao da je opremljena, no zapravo pećnica ne radi, u maloj pećnici je bila prljava tepsija sa starim papirom za pečenje. Imale smo tri čaše koje su bile prljave kao i ostatak posuđa, pa smo sve morale prati prije korištenja, a čaše smo kupile nove plastične. U stanu nema stalka za sušenje robe, a sušilica ne radi, stoga smo se morale snalaziti kako osušiti robu. Nadalje, televizor je užasno spor i zvučnici ne rade, pa ga nismo mogle koristiti. U spavaćoj sobi smo dobile dojam da posteljina nije oprana, a u ladici od ormarića smo našle i neke prljave čarape. Kauč je propao na sredini od korištenja, pa je bio malo neudoban za spavati. Općenito, jedino što je bilo uredu u ovom smještaju je prostranost i cijena, sve ostalo nam je otežavalo boravak u Londonu, s obzirom na to da smo ga iznajmile najviše zbog kuhinje koja se ne može koristiti.

The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great, some parts of the apartment weren't in very good repair and there was no way of controlling the heating so it just kept pumping out the heat during the entire stay.

• Stephen (1/5): crap - NOTHING the apartment looked nothing like on the images, the kitchen and living room were connected. they didnt put the sofa bed out for us so one of us had to sleep on the couch. we could locate the duvets. the fridge was making a large humming noise all night and the bath or shower didnt work. did not feel safe in the area and took about 20 mins to get the keys and get into the apartment. communication was poor.

Éramos tres personas y una tuvo que dormir en un sofá cama. En la cocina faltaban ollas y sartenes. Había muchas tapaderas, pero no las cazuelas o sartenes. Únicamente un cazo pequeño. Una locura para cocinar. No habia vasos, sólo tres tazas pequeñas.
• Sonia (1/5): Sale - Pas très loin du métro Par où commencer... Il fait une chaleur à mourir à l'intérieur de l'appartement, et il est impossible de baisser le chauffage. Nous avons écrit à ce sujet au propriétaire, mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. Nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes en plein mois de janvier, et nous nous sommes réveillées en sueur. Idéal pour tomber malade... Le logement ne ressemble pas aux photos. Il paraît plus entretenu, et plus propre sur celles-ci. Il n'y a pas de chaises, juste deux tabourets (heureusement que nous n'étions que deux, et pas trois). Ne parlons pas de la propreté, qui est clairement inexistante: des traces partout dans la cuisine, sur la machine à laver, le lave vaisselle. Le four est dégueulasse, la salle de bain est dans le même état. Traces de coulures suspectes sur les toilettes, crasse sur les accessoires servant à faire le ménage (ça ne doit pas servir très souvent, remarque), etc... Le canapé lit a une latte cassée, ce qui fait super mal au dos. Quant au lit double dans la chambre, il n'y a qu'une couette une personne dessus, et bien trop petite. Le logement est situé dans un immeuble type logement HLM, dans un quartier pas génial. Les parties communes sont degueu (regardez les photos de l'ascenseur et de l'extérieur avec les poubelles...). Franchement, un zéro pointé, et pourtant, je voyage régulièrement, et je ne suis pas très difficile. Lisez les autres avis, qui se rejoignent souvent de toutes façons.

Chuveiro com vazamento de água e esquentando a base a ponto de sair fumaça, não tinha ventilador, proprietário só respondeu minha primeira mensagem e não deu um retorno quando relatei o problema do chuveiro, sofá cama na sala muito duro para dormir.

• Jens (3/5): - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung ist gut und unkompliziert. Schlüssel Abholung auch kein Problem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die Wohnung benötigt DRINGEND eine Renovierung. Das Sofa zum Schlafen: katastrophal und nicht möglich, Rückenschmerzen sind vorprogrammiert. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer durchgelegen. Jeder Schrank stellt eine Falle dar, fällt nun die Schranktür aus der Halterung oder nicht. Duschkopf eigentlich unbrauchbar mit den paar Tropfen Wasser, die da raus kommen. In der Wohnung hat es gefühlt 30 Grad, der Heizkörper im Bad beheizt die komplette Wohnung und lässt sich nicht abstellen. Der Kühlschrank ist so laut wie ein Moped, welches 5 m entfernt von einem steht und startet. Man muss immer die paar Minuten ausnutzen, in denen er mal keinen Ton von sich gibt, um einzuschlafen. Im Haus wurde Party gefeiert bis 1 uhr nachts, was unglücklich ist, wenn man um 4 uhr aufstehen muss zum Flughafen.

But this apart you must go a shop 8 min far from the apart by car. After you show the password and take the key. Funny things continue circle plastik thing is not open the door, stanley plastic thing open main gate. But first u must find which gate is yours. After you jump the horror elevator go to floor 1 then walk the balcony perfect pee smell than u find 16. Apart. You open the door and see the house is not like the pictures.. i think this place kidding never ever never ever…. After see all this things immediatly we arrange different place to stay…
• Mirja (4/5): War günstig, hat uns aber fast den Urlaub versaut. Zum Schlafen hat es so gerade gereicht. - Die Lage ist super. In Fußweite jede Menge Bus- und Tubestations. Direkter Bus nach Tottenham Hale (Stanstedt Express). Kleiner Supermarkt im Haus. Wo fange ich an? - Die Wohnung war megaheiß! Der Heizkörper im Bad lief auf voller Stufe, ohne die Möglichkeit ihn abzuschalten (Management sagt: Geht nicht!). Das bedeutete für die komplette Wohnung: Hitze. Auf den Betten lagen nur die Bettbezüge ohne Decke darin, was darauf hindeutet, dass dem Vermieter sehr bewusst ist, dass man wegen der Hitze nicht mehr zum schlafen braucht. - Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen: Die Schlafcouch ist extrem durchgelegen und man spürt die Querstange, in der Küche ist uns eine Schranktür entgegen gefallen - wir haben dann beschlossen, die Küche nicht zu nutzen, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Schlafzimmer steht eine Waschmaschine?! Der Fernseher ging an, es war aber kein lineares Fernsehen installiert und für die Mediatheken brauchte man ein Login, als Bildschirm konnte man den Fernseher auch nicht nutzen - Adapter fehlte. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte die eine Seite der Gardinenhalterung und die Stange hing dadurch schief, die Tapete fiel von den Wänden. Der Kühlschrank in der zum WZ offenen Küche ist extrem laut - blöd für die Person, die im WZ schlafen soll, auch im Flur fielen die Türen aus den Möbeln. - Sauberkeit: Ich habe Fotos gemacht... im Badezimmer stand unter dem Waschbecken der Putzeimer, der selber seit sicherlich MONATEN nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. In der Badewanne waren Dreckränder, in den Ecken Dreck, Waschbecken: dreckig, Küche: klebrig und dreckig. Dreck und Müll in Schubladen im Schlafzimmer. Unverschämt was die Leute heutzutage so vermieten. In der Gegend sind viele Solzialwohnungen, ist diese vielleicht auch eine?

• Jo_Mills (6/5): Basic but cheap for London & includes parking - Bedroom bed was comfy, bedding was adequate, neighborhood was quiet, the free on street parking was good and it was only a 10 minute walk to Old Street Tube Station. The sofa was quite uncomfortable to sleep on (although it was made up with a sheet on arrival). The bath/shower tap had a bad leak that I was told about on day of arrival but meant that the shower was not usable. The apartment is sparsely furnished and could do with redecoration, a safety chain on the front door would have made me feel more secure also.
• GTanny (7/5): Excellent value just needs a bit of TLC - Nice location, a couple of minutes from bus stops and easy to get into the centre, comfortable bed and not too much noise after 11pm. In need of a bit of TLC but the price reflects this, only big issue was a leaking shower which had very little pressure when used and made the bathroom very hot due to the leak.
• sharma (6/5): Choose wrong accommodation. - Reach late night, first have to take keys from somewhere else, if you drive it’s hard to pic the keys from that shop. From key pickup point you have to drive back to flat. They are not explained have to park the car on street zone A. I have to search all surrounding in the building where is zone A. Just explain simple on street zone A. Next day I call to person and he is so rude. Totally bad experience Premises is smell bad when you enter, dirty linens. Towels are smelly.

• Gian (7/5): Great little flat near Angel - Flat was well located and nicely kitted out. The owners even put a bedsheet on the sofa bed. Nice big fridge and lots of mirrors everywhere made for a lot of light. Big wardrobes as well for storing lots of clothes, though we were only here overnight before heading off. The main bed seemed to sag in the front - I think one of the legs was bent or something. The TV wasn't working - we couldn't connect our phones or laptops to it for streaming. There was a bit of dirtiness in the fridge and behind the sofa.

Not happy tried to speak to host told me budget was budget and cleaning cost money.... I thought clean was standard apprently not

The flat is not well maintained and there are many problems (heating on so very hot, ceiling dripping water). The beds are not comfortable and everything looks old.
• Lara (8/5): overall decent stay for the price and would stay here again - very spacious property in an a decent location, 10 min walk from a tube station. the place where you pick up the key from is on the way from the tube station and is easy process. 15/20 min walk from some nice restaurants and bars in shoreditch. bed is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped property could use with some updating and potentially redecorating to add a cosier feel, maybe even just a rug in the lounge area. we were given 1 pillow each and separate single duvets which we thought was a bit odd but we actually didn’t mind it so much

• Ewa (5/5): We spent there only 2 nights, came for concert - Bed in the bedroom very comfy, mattress simple great! We slept like in home :) Clean towels and bedding. Cleanliness acceptable. Key nest is about half of mile from the flat so if you walk with a luggage is about 20 minutes walk. Description not included flat number so we needed to ask in message for that. Likely got a answer quickly. We can’t find a iron and big oven was not working (?), but there was a working small one microwave size. In general the flat is looking like from 80’s but the price is right to London’s price for this standard.
• Shaochun (9/5): Superb - Room is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is accessible which is useful so I can cook some favorite food to satisfy my stomach. It's difficult to get the key due to the key is put seperately in another place, and couldn't find the address with my navigation software.

Convince shop is less than one minute away. The area looks clean and safe.Really happy with my stay. Definitely come back...
• Jessica (4/5): Would not recommend - especially for lone female traveller - Quite a lot of space - but that’s it. Where do I start. Not a good area with people hanging around outside the shop (next door) all day and night - quite intimidating to approach the door. Area was pretty bad, so much so that I refused to walk at night as a lone female traveller. Which meant expensive taxis every night. Apartment was a bit unsettling with mirrors and wood panelling EVERYWHERE. Bedroom was sparse with very little bedding - although adequate so I shouldn’t really complain. Bathroom was grubby all over with dirty floors and stuff built up on the skirting boards. Shower dribbled and didn’t really have enough power to wash my hair. Didn’t use any of the kitchen equipment - fridge water looked mouldy inside so I avoided everything. Noisy neighbours and flimsy front door lock so was nervous someone was going to barge in all night - waking up every hour. All of this for the price I paid was way too much. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

• Tarwinder (4/5): Good location, clean but everything else a headache and terrible. - Good parking and close to the city centre with bus stops and underground station not too far. Apart from being dusty the apartment was fairly clean, the bathroom water pressure is terrible however. The power went out on the second night, they offered to come repair it but I would have had to wait 2 hours for someone to come which at night is too late with kids (seemed like its happened before based on hosts reaction and messages), no discount offered only 20% off next stay (wouldnt stay here again though so this doesnt help). Wifi only worked for the first 6 hours after which it never came back.

• Anja (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and clean flat with good amenities, great area, quiet, easy to find parking, close to public transport and canal walking route. there's a corner shop in the building to get essentials Just be aware that the key pick up is a 10 min walk from the property, just in case you get a taxi to drop you off at the location with your luggage.
• Jocelyn0905 (7/5): The bedsheet smells disgusting and so as the pillow case, I do have skin allergy issue after living. - All the instruction is very clear, the bedroom is really big, but face to a whole wall of the mirrors..... The guy from the fruit shop was not very nice when I collected my fob, also the fob is not working at all, I had to ring some other guy from the same building to open the door for me and no one sorted my enquiry at all.

• Ruth (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Clean and comfortable. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. Collecting keys worked very well. Plenty of mirrors and storage. Towels were a bit small, and only one pillow each. Couldn't shut the bedroom door.

Parking pass availability. Big tv and bath. Good price for the location and stay length. Reasonably clean. 10mins walk from Gainsborough studios. Good wifi. Room for 2/3 people. Extremely inconsiderate neighbours (DIY until 1am most nights, washing machines spinning during the night). Was not able to open most windows leading to extremely high temps inside the flat to the point I had to keep front door open at times to allow in some cool air which impeded on my safety. No fan or ac unit available.
• Susan (6/5): It's okay if you only sleep there. - The apartment has everything you need, bed was okay. Nice that there was a big telly. Close to a bus stop. Keys collecting was a 10min walk. Not nice to do with suitcases.. The apartment is in a bad state. Paint is falling of walls and most things are damaged. Also it was clean on first glance, but please do not look next to cupboards.. The bathroom window would not open, and the fan did not work. It was very warm throughout the whole apartment.

• Phil (6/5): Pleasant - A full flat for the price was reasonable. Very dated, but clean enough. The heating system appeared to be set on full, on what was already a hot day. We reported this at the time but were told it was not adjustable. Had to collect key from a good distance away, not a problem for myself, but my partner who has difficulty with mobility had originally planned to travel alone and would have struggled with the distance.

• Yi (7/5): Nice spacious flat - The flat was very spacious and well-equipped. The heating (and hot towel rack!) made the flat very warm and welcoming after a cold, rainy, and blustery day out. The flat is also very secure, requiring both a key fob to access the main shared entrance, and keys to get through the door of the flat. Inside the flat was fairly clean and tidy. The location can get noisy - there are children running up and down the common corridors, and rowdy people congregating and loitering around outside. For those that are directed there by Google maps, you may end up going through the rear entrance, past the rubbish tips. Bed and sofa are a bit too much on the soft side.
• Shubham (8/5): Nice experience overall. Have all utensils, kitchen white goods, room lights, temperature. - The keys are to be picked up from a store which is 5-7 minutes drive from the apartment. There are times wherein Uber drivers refuse to stop while driving to the apartment. So, if you are travelling with luggage and kids, be ready to have some discomfort or argument with them so that you can pick up the keys. Or else, book two Ubers (till the shop and again from the shop to the apartment).

• Andrew (10/5): Top quality home from home, 100% will stay there again - This apartment was absolutely top quality, well taken care of and had loads of character from a wood panelled ceiling in the bathroom matching the hallway walls to a nice, spacious living with a massive TV and with a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi was almost flawless. The location was perfect and with free parking; you can't grumble. No heating controls, I'd have liked to turn the heat down before I went to bed. It's automatic and it's comfortable, but sometimes I did have to open the window to get some cold air in. The bed also only had two single duvets but there was a nice double blanket. These things are only tiny little things that really wouldn't have affected my decision to stay if I knew ahead of time; the sort of things that are probably already on the to-do list to improve for next time we book. The bath was MASSIVE and even had jets, but the jets didn't work. And the water pressure is really low meaning it takes forever to fill up but again, these things are so easily fixed. I noticed the tap has a tiny leak too when you used the shower. Again, not a dealbreaker. Top quality stay.

• Peter (9/5): Very good value stay in central London - Very warm, great for London winter. Had all the soaps/shampoos and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall for the price it was wonderful, because London has some really terrible properties that aren’t cheap. It’s always a lottery. The property is a short walk to a bus stop and we found a great coffee place nearby at Shoreditch park. Pretty thin walls so could hear it he neighbours, didn’t bother us but light sleepers beware. No real way to block the light with the thin curtains, so once again not a problem for us in winter but something to consider if you stay in summer.

• Ana (7/5): Good - There is good appliances. Kitchen is well maintained and complete. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which is a plus if you need to get your clothes dried. I think bed sheet did look or smell clean. If fact did not notice to have been changed from previous renting. If the bed sheet were white and smell fresh we would feel more comfortable. Key collection is terrible system. We had to walk far to collect. If there was a safe place to leave the luggage to collect would be ok. But on top of collecting the key we had to carry our luggages. Neighbourhood is a bit dodgy where the key is collected and where the apartment is. We have met a nice lady that helped us to get the bus.
• Anne (6/5): Safe, warm but not welcoming. The check in was also cumbersome - It was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The shower mat was thick with black mould and the bathroom stained with limescale. We made the mistake of thinking there would be towels and tea and coffee/milk etc. there were , in fact some thin small towels but these did not provide a comfortable experience. The apartment didn’t feel welcoming.

• Luciana (5/5): Passable - Neighbourhood is quiet. There were left over food in the cabinets and getting the key was a bit complicated. We had to wait outside.

• Kayzee (7/5): Really good value. Clean, well appointed apartment, responsive staff. Maybe not ideal for hot weather. - Very good value. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items, outlets. WiFi worked well. Staff was very organized and responsive. Air circulation was poor— windows could be opened only on one side of the apartment, and those not very far, so there was no way to get the cool air outside into the apartment. Consequently, it was so stuffy and hot that sleeping was difficult, even thought the nights were cool outside.

• Anca (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is really well located, very quiet and very clean. Perhaps a little too warm.
• Piotr (1/5): Avoid - Not much to be honest or even nothing Place was quite messy, need a proper refreshing. Falling off ceiling in kitchen, some yellow stains on ceiling in bedroom. Old and damaged furniture. Falling off wallpaper. Not nice bathroom. Really loud neighbours, you could hear any noise through the walls. And the worst was host, rude person in my opinion.

• Taryn (10/5): Great location , friendly hosts and clean - The location was great. There were a few shops and restaurants in walking distance. There are also bus stops and a tube station nearby to get into the city quickly! Apartment was clean and cosy. The host were very accommodating and helpful.
• László (10/5): Comfortable, well-equipped apartment close to the city center with perfect public transport. - Friendly and quiet apartment, well equipped, everything was at my disposal. Neighbors are friendly and polite. Public transport: nearby bus stop, but Uber is not expensive to the city center either. There is a cheap little shop on the ground floor below the apartment, which is worth buying. It was nice to be here for a few days! I can't answer this question because I was satisfied with everything!

• Fernando (5/5): fair for the price but not a good experience - being a studio the location is within social houses and need some refurbishment . Need to schedule a check-in in person at specific time which is incovenient as there isn’t a Reception.
