• Calum (4/5): Tries to be a modern stylish apartment, but is unfinished, badly designed and inconvenient. - The bed was extremely comfortable, and the furnishings were mostly modern and functional. The balcony was pretty and offered a nice extra relaxing space. Put simply, the property is half-built, only one of the three buildings from the pictures seemed to be accessible. There is no staff onsite to help you, just a concierge available via WhatsApp that has never visited the property, so when we had questions about accessing our room, he was unable to help us and we were left waiting for him to consult a supervisor. The key box next to the door has an electronic keypad that is confusing and unresponsive to use, we ended up reverting to the manual combination lock next to it to retrieve the physical keys. The lift in the building was not functional, leaving us to carry heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs, outside in the heat. Several aspects of the apartment's design are baffling: there is no rail or ring to hang a handtowel by the bathroom sink. There is an open wardrobe system in the bathroom, but one of the shelves when we tried to rest a bag on it, fully rotated 90 degrees and dumped the bag and its contents onto the floor. The showerhead is cheap and uncomfortable to use, with the water temperature fluctuating wildly when it is even able to produce hot water at all. As the property is a serviced apartment, there is no food onsite, but the building is located in the back of a gated residential community, meaning that it feels very secure, but also renders it out of easy walking distance for any local restaurants.
