Absolutely unacceptable behavior when we called the contact number asking for help to find accommodation. Unconcern and lack of empathy are not ways to treat guests.
• anyplaceadventures (8/5): Nice and quiet in the old town - Great location in the old town. Very quiet and clean. Well equipped. Not too many steps from the flatter area to reach accommodation with bags. The bedroom was downstairs with a kitchenette and an ensuite upstairs, making it a little difficult for us older travellers in the middle of the night.

• Eduardo (3/5): Un desastre - Mas, nos gusto la ubicación Que en la publicación no decían que : 1) la habitación tenia dos niveles, al ingresar una pequeña cocina y baño en el sub suelo la cama, sin ventanas, es decir si hubiese habido un incendio quedas atrapado en el sub suelo 2) la pileta o bacha del baño se estaba tapado, pedimos que vengan a reparar y nunca lo hicieron 3) en la publicación NO dicen que la limpieza es cada 3 días y que las toallas se cambian cada 3 días. Nosotros alquilamos x 3 días, es decir durante nuestra estadía NADIE limpio la habitación

The cleaners were very polite and kind but it would have been appreciated to have been informed earlier by the property managers.

• Kawana (7/5): The people who work are amazing! How the room is decorated was cute. Close to the nice beach bars! - The people who work answeres your questions quickly as possible through messaging portal of Booking.com. She was very nice and explained everything I wanted to knwo. They also asked seprate vendor to picked me up from the airport. After arrving the gate of the oldtown, the person who works at the hotel carried my suitecase in a friendly manner. He was very nice person. How the room is decorated was cute. Close to the nice beach bars, beach, major area and buildings. The walk to the breakfast was amazing. You get to stay in the old town and the buildings are amazing to walk around. Compared to the facility not the location, I think it is overpriced. I stayed 4 nights. I think because of the location it is expensive but the room is very small, the bathroom was small, the blanket smelled like it has been staying there for months.

I would stay again - The person who met us was on time, and very very helpful , He even carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs in the city !! What great service. Little touches like the fruit bowl was a nice touch so you didn't have to shop for your first snack. It was clean, Quite, and wonderful location. It was in excellent condition. The breakfast was in a great restrant on main street with wonderful food. Every thing was prefect I couldn't improve on any thing. I have no suggestions

• Nasser (10/5): Dubrovnik is an excellent stay and the excursions to both Bosnia and Montenegro is an added bonus. - The location was excellent given it is in the old city which many people prefer for the experience and atmosphere. The host Tena, Toma and house keeper were tremendous host. They all went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction and comfort. Both Tena and Toma would respond to any queries swiftly. Tena managed my Island tour by arranging the pick up time. Thank you Tena. Toma provided the supporting information that allowed me to choose alternative suppliers for the excursions. Thank you Toma. The above are examples of going the extra mile. We were not 100% comfortable in our original booked accommodation so the host provided a good alternative which we took up. Finally, on the day we checked out the host allowed us to store our luggage inside the premises so we could enjoy the remaining time in Dubrovnik. From Nasser Generally, the authorites in management should consider sign posting the individual apartments at the beginning of the street or Ucila in the same way the restaurants are set out. This should make navigation more effective.
