• Chiara (6/5): - Posizione centralissima, letteralmente all’interno del centro della città quindi comodissima, con tutti i servizi sottostanti. Per quanto riguarda la camera purtroppo non sono stata attenta alle foto ma la quadrupla aveva un letto matrimoniale e un soppalco molto scomodo e piccolo con una brandina. La casa nel complesso carina ma non per essere occupata da quatro persone. Staff comunque super disponibile e davvero gentile.

Parking is close to apartment with 26euro per night. I strongly recommend to park your car first and find home. Only 5 min away. Since it is right in the center of the plaza, you can access anywhere easily, but noisy from everywhere.

• Sungae (9/5): - 위치가 정말 말라가 시내 한가운데에요. 깔끔하고 깨끗했고 주인분이 친절하게 메시지로 잘 알려주셔서 어려움 없었어요. 짐도 몇시간 더 맡아주시구요. 화장실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심하다는 걸 꼭 알려줘야겠어요. 하루종일 냄새때문에 머리가 아플 정도였어요. 뭔가 조치를 취해얄 것 같다. 위치가 좋아서인지 아무래도 밤늦게까지 좀 시끄러운편입니다.

Ein-/ Auschecken verlief per WhatsApp-Anweisungen super. Bett war bequem. Klimaanlage in heißen Nächten gut. Fahrstuhl für Gepäck angenehm. Vermieter Oscar kümmert sich sehr freundlich per WhatsApp. Das Bett steht sehr eng an der Wand. Die Dusche ist recht klein, eng.

Velmi ochotný majitel, mohli jsme si nechat kufry na bezpečném místě, abychom si mohli prohlédnout Malagu a následně se pro ně vrátit. Lokalita v centru zároveň znamenala uliční hluk dlouho do noci. Rozkládací lůžko ( v apartmánu pro 4 osoby ) nebylo příliš pohodlné. Spaní na horní palandě není pro lidi, kteří mohou mít fobii z nízkého prostoru nad hlavou.

• Beate (10/5): - Wir haben - wie zuvor angekündigt - pünktlich vor dem Einchecken eine E-Mail mit dem Code für die Hauseingangstür erhalten sowie für den Schlüsselsafe der Wohnungstür. Der Zugang war somit sehr unkompliziert. Die Inneneinrichtung war sehr modern, individualistisch und liebevoll geplant: Sichtmauerwerk zu glatten Wänden, Hochbett über dem Elternbett, Farbakzente mit rote Küche, moderne und bequeme Sitzcouch, Hochstühle für Küchentheke. Auch das Bad war modern gestaltet. Unser 10-jähriger Sohn war begeistert! Gefreut haben wir uns über ausreichend Kaffee und Kakao mit Maschine, Küchenhelfer und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Lage Erstklassik! Das Apartment ist durch die vielen Fenster hell und luftdurchlässig und durch Klappläden gut zu verdunkeln. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top! Er antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Unbedingt die Dachterrasse des Hauses besuchen! Zwei Liegestühle laden zu einem entspannten Ausblick auf die Kathedrale ein. Die gute Lage in der Altstadt hat (besonders am Wochenende) den Nachteil, dass es nachts schon mal lauter werden könnte. Wir empfehlen für den Notfall Ohrstöpsel im Gepäck zu haben.

Oscar, the owner could t do enough for us to make sure our stay was enjoyable The apartment was small but that was ok as we were out most of the day. You can hear street noise until 11/12 at night from cafes downstairs so if a light sleeper not ideal.

• Sönke (10/5): Oberzentral und angenehm. - Zentraler geht’s nicht! Schöne kleine Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Auch den frischen Fisch vom Markt kriegt man gut zubereitet. Gute und sehr zugewandte Kommunikation mit dem Vermietet. Kaffeekapseln nach Wunsch waren auch vorhanden. Die „Dachterrasse“ bringts nicht (klein und rumpelig). Aber der Rest ist immer noch Klasse.

Yes, the sofa can be transform to a bed, but it absorbs all the space; yes, there is a bed upstairs, but it is very uncomfortable even dangerous to go down during the night and it creates an awful noise. Yes, there is an issue with the door of the toilet - if you open it till the very end it actually is very hard to close again. It takes a lot of strength to move it, then it can be closed

I rented studio apartment which was located in the historic city centre but right above all night fast food takeaway. It’s easy to imagine how many loud people this establishment attracted all night. The noise lasted until approximately 5am. Great for young people who want to be out all night but for a light sleeper who goes to bed before midnight zero sleep guaranteed.

Nič veľké a hrozné som si nevšimol a keďze je ubytovanie v centre mesta treba rátať trošku s hlukom pod oknami ale po celom dni výletov som s tým problém nemal.

La cafetera no estaba limpia y no es que estuviera con suciedad es que tenía animalitos en donde se ponía la cápsula del café, me di cuenta cuando ya me lo había tomado y me disponía a lavarlo yo. En la noche a madrugada muchísimo ruido, se que no es cuestión de ustedes pero se me hace importante mencionarlo. Lleve una bebe que se despertó toda la noche por gritos y risas de la gente de afuera.

• Claudia (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt - gerne wieder. - Die Lage des Apartments direkt in der Altstadt von Malaga war perfekt, um innerhalb von wenigen Minuten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Mit einer höheren Lautstärke nachts haben wir gerechnet und hat uns nicht gestört. Vor allem die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Oscar war hervorragend und sehr schnell. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft ist außergewöhnlich.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżka, dostępny expres a do niego pyszna kawa, kakao i herbatka. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży na poddaszu z którego jest niesamowity widok na kopułę katedry. Nie ma nic takiego.

• Iselin G B (10/5): - Beliggenheten, fasilitetene Ganske lytt da leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt til. Jeg reiste med barn, men legger man seg sent er det ikke et problem
• Jason (10/5): I had a lovely time in Malaga and this apartment was a big part of the reason. - Beautiful apartment in the center of town. Great value!! Great host connection. Loved my stay. The living area and bath were a bit small.
• Lyne (10/5): Hébergement exceptionnel avec un service attentionné et exceptionnel d’Oscar! - L’emplacement est exceptionnel au coeur du quartier historique de Malaga. On ne pourrait trouver mieux, en particulier pendant le Carnaval de Malaga. L’équipement fournis dans la cuisine est plus que complet, rien ne manquait. Les lits sont confortables avec une literie de qualité. Et que dire du service d’Oscar qui a comblé tous nos besoins. Nous pouvions facilement le rejoindre et ses réponses toujours rapides. Grand merci Oscar! Tout était parfait!

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional! - Everything! The owner was personal attentive and easy to communicate with . The property itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Loved everything . The elevator is slow so we took the stairs but other than that no complaints!
• Marion (6/5): - Le logement est bien aménagé et relativement spacieux pour un studio. L’hôte est à l’écoute et prêt à aider si besoin. La rue est par contre très bruyante en soirée/nuit et le matin. L’hôte a appelé la police pour le signaler mais nous n’avons malheureusement pas bien dormi du tout.

• Chaim (9/5): - Perfecte locatie hartje centrum. Communicatie was heel fijn en snel. Instructies over de sleutel netjes geregeld. Ook parkeer informatie prettig aangeleverd
• Asja (7/5): - Great location, near main square, Interesting design. Newly decorated. Well equiped. We had problem with toillet which was blocked. Host was very fast and fixed it. There was bathroom smell. Bathroom was new, but smell could be sented.
