- Martin (7/5): Cómodo y bien ubicado, pero con fallas en la atención al huésped - Las instalaciones están acordes a lo esperado. El apartamento es agradable y cómodo, adecuado para la estadía. La piscina grande es un punto destacado y se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. La cercanía a la playa es otro gran valor, ya que facilita disfrutar del entorno sin desplazamientos largos. Además, el personal del edificio y del hotel fue muy amable y atento durante la estancia. ⸻ Mi experiencia en este alojamiento negativa en el sentido de: La nevera generaba un ruido constante que afectaba el descanso. Además, los tendidos no se encontraban en condiciones pulcras y la cantidad de toallas fue insuficiente para la estadía. Sin embargo, lo más incómodo fue el manejo del check-out. Desde el día anterior comenzaron a insistir reiteradamente con la hora de salida (12:00). El mismo día, desde muy temprano, continuaron los mensajes y hacia las 11:30 a.m. ya estaban timbrando al citófono para presionar la desocupación. Esta actitud resultó invasiva y generó una sensación de acoso innecesaria. Considero que deben mejorar significativamente el enfoque de servicio al cliente, mostrando mayor equilibrio entre la gestión operativa y el respeto por la experiencia del huésped.
