- Tracey (7/5): The property was good. Host was excelent at communication. - Location was great. There was great beds and linen and fully stocked showers. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. Renovations were not completed. Painting still needed to be finished. Grouting still needed to be done in laundry and kitchen. No overhead light in one of the bedrooms.

- Terence (2/5): This property is sub-standard and is not well maintained. It represents very poor value for money. - The property location was the only feature that we were happy with. It was near a relative's home in the same street. This list is not exhaustive, but represents the major issues with this property:
MOULD ON BATHROOM CEILING.
MOULD IN SHOWER RECESS.
DUST, DIRT AND COBWEBS ON MAJORITY OF EXTERIOR, ESPECIALLY AT REAR OF HOUSE.
SEATING AREA AT WATERSEDGE NOT SWEPT OR CLEANED.
FRONT EXTERIOR LIGHTS NOT WORKING.
DOORS FROM TV ROOM TO EXTERIOR HAVE NO STAIRS OR WARNING SIGNS.
HOLES IN WALLS IN SEVERAL ROOMS AND IN BATHROOM CEILING.
TV COULD NOT BE SELECTED TO 'NORMAL' STATIONS.
INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF TEA TOWELS, HAND TOWELS AND BATH MATS.
INSUFFICIENT DISHWASHING LIQUID AND PAPER TOWELS.
NO SUGAR.
DISHWASHER TABLETS WERE 'SOGGY'.
I have taken photos of areas of concern and some will be forwarded.
What I did not like was the poor communication with BOOKING.COM before I confirmed that I would book this property. The quoted price went up THREE TIMES from $AU 792, to $AU 936 and then to $AU 1178. When I queried this with BOOKING.COM I did not receive a satisfactory answer. If the location had not been my main consideration, I would not have proceeded with the booking. I feel that I am due for some compensation or part refund because of the extremely sub-standard condition of this property.
