• Ceazar (10/5): I would recommend the place for anyone traveling with a family and/or friends and/or colleagues. - The location was good, we could easily access the mall, main road and the view was amazing. The rooms were clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The heater was not working and the weather was a bit cold
• Ferreira (7/5): It was okay. - It’s very well located, few minutes to Rosebank Mall and 4Km from Sandton square Great WiFi, very powerful. Spacious rooms Very safe with parking lot and dedicated garage per apartment Hot water We found bedbugs in one of the beds but we reported and they sent a cleaning company for Fumigations. There was a missing understanding between us and the host, we were appointed of breaking a door where they keep cleaning products, but when the cleaner came, she opened that closet while we where there and she never reported anything… but after we left the house to the do our shopping, the host contacted me and didn’t want to hear side of my story. I found that has a bad level of communication.

• Boni (6/5): Lovely, because we were out the house most of the time during the day. - I was not too fond of the fact that the lift was not working, up and down the stairs from the fifth floor was not nice at all. My flight was at 15h00 in the afternoon, so I had requested to check out at 11h00 instead of 09h00. Despite this, the cleaner was asked to come in at 08h00 while we were having breakfast. I felt I was rushed, but I understand the rules. I appreciate that the place is cost-effective, but I feel It should have been managed better.
• Happy (1/5): Bad, rude and Heartless service. - Nothing The service was horrific... The apartment is as cold as they come.i booked there because it was close to the hospital my son was going to, when we got to the room, I asked for the heater,jhoooo, The very very rude owner said I MUST NOT MAKE MY PROBLEMS HERS. IT'S NOT HER BUSINESS THAT MY SON IS SICK AND COLD. I MUST TAKE HIM TO HOSPITAL, THAT'S WHERE SICK PEOPLE GOES. AND WE NEVER GOT THE HEARTER. TO MAKE IT WORSE. THE LIFT IS NOT WORKING. WE HAD TO WALK FROM 5TH FLOOR WITH MY SICK SON... I TRULY REGRET BOOKING THIS APARTMENT.
• Hiralal (1/5): 1st time stay in Jhb and was not pleasant - Close to malls Tv was not working in the lounge. Cockroaches in the kitchen unit Some insects bit guests severely on a daily basis Weren't able to sleep or sit in lounge at leisure Bathroom light was not working as well
• Bongiwe (5/5): Passable - The location of the place That there was no cleaner, bedding not changed until the last day when we were leaving, that Wi-Fi was disconnect for the whole day, and when you tell the owners I believe they act as if there's no problem, and the bathroom was not wheelchair accessible
