• Bayram (1/5): - Great location but serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance! The flat is in a great location—walking distance to the metro, markets, and restaurants. However, there’s no elevator in the building, and climbing to the upper floors can be tiring. The interior was not clean; the sofas and carpets smelled bad, and the bed sheets were old and itchy. The TV isn't working and one of the remotes has no batteries. One of the bathroom faucets was broken and not working. There’s only one wardrobe, and it was filled with dirty sheets and cleaning supplies left by previous guests. The wooden floors make a lot of noise—you can hear every step, which can easily wake up everyone in the flat. Sometimes the apartment even makes noises on its own, almost like a haunted house. I’m attaching photos as well. The location is great, but cleanliness and maintenance are seriously lacking. I do not recommend this place. Moreover, there is a lamp for lighting in the bedroom, but there is still no outlet. And the beds with bedsheets are full of dirt and hair In short the house doesn’t look the same as photos
• Frances (5/5): Disappointed - The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms over two floors and has a spacious feel throughout which is good for a larger family. The bed covers are itchy and bobbly. The windows dont insulate well against street noise. The bathroom window whistles in the wind - there is a strip missing. The TV remote didn’t work - owner did buy a new one that was sent to us but was battery-less. The toilet seat was completely broken and the owner made no attempt to fix it. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The shower was intermittently hot/cold. No coffee making facilities as advertised. There’s 240v plugs in splash zones in the bathrooms - very dangerous.

• Maria Daniela (9/5): Great place in London - Great area with a metro stop just 10 min away walking. The flat was very nice, in order and clean. Perfect for a big family. The host was always available and replied very quickly and was open to every request. I really recommend it. Some small details that can be improved but nothing to worry about.

• Arnoud (3/5): Uncomfortable barely any sleep - We felt deceived and by the great pictures. The apartment was spacious, but not comfortable at all. Matrasses were hard, floors were very loud and cracking (if one person walks everyone is awake), curtains did not block daylight so everybody would wake up at 6 a.m. The windows were not sound proof by the least, so you could hear every car and motorcycle driving on the street. We had to buy earplugs. The bathrooms don’t lock, even though one had a lock, it did not fit the door. This was very uncomfortable for two families. One of the bathrooms stank of mould / sewer. In the other bathroom the toiletseat wasn’t fastened on, which was dangerous ‘cause you slide right off. The water in the entire apartment was connected to a loud pump. Every time someone in the apartment used water for toilet, shower, sink of kitchen you would hear it go off. No water pressure if 1 person would use water anywhere in the apartment. This is NOT a nice apartment to stay. We were there with a couple and a family and none of us got a good night sleep while the apartment cost us €300,- per night. We were in contact with the owner who said a plumber came to fix the problems when we were gone. But the stink wasn’t fixed because he didn’t smell it. Even though we had trouble with the smell for our entire stay. The curtains were blocking daylight according to the owner, but they didn’t cover the window. After 4 nights we were exhausted. We were giving the opportunity to leave our suitcases a bit longer due to our late train home. However, the cleaner left the door wide open so we’re lucky our luggage was still there when we picked it up to go home. Awful experience and we would not recommend this to anyone. There are much better places to stay in London.
• Evan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Even bigger than In pictures would definitely recommend to anybody. Stayed here with my family. Kids had great fun.
• Kumar (7/5): Good - Apartment overall was fantastic the kitchen at the penthouse made it even more worth it. For starters if you're going with a group of people there's no working locks on the bathrooms and if the water supply stops just make sure to plug the cable on the top floor properly as it tends to turn off on its own. We ran out of water at night but we're only able to fix it in the morning
• Clare (8/5): Australian Visitors - The penthouse was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Not far from the tube station being just a short walk away. The location after dark didn't feel safe so I wasn't a fan of venturing out too late after dark. The noise from the street below on our first two nights caused us to have very disrupted sleep. Our third night was fine- i would encourage other guests to seek ear plugs as our stay was otherwise fantastic.
