• Tom (8/5): Another great place to stay in this nice area - There are many nice and recently renovated appartments in this neighbourhood, and this is definitely one of them. The flat has all you need, with a modern bathroom (no hassle with switching the boiler on and off) and a well-equipped kitchen. It was hard to get the appartment warm enough with the airconditioning units. And a small bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival would have been appreciated.

Το πάρκινγκ είναι εύκολο σε αυτή τη περιοχή Τα air-condition δεν λειτουργούσαν οπότε κρυώσαμε αρκετά ,σε κανέναν χώρο του σπιτιού. Και όταν φτάσαμε το σπίτι δε ήταν όσο καθαρό περιμέναμε. Βρήκαμε κάλτσες και τρίχες από τους προηγούμενους!

• KONSTANTINOS (2/5): ΑΝΑΞΙΟΠΙΣΤΟΙ και ΑΝΕΥΘΥΝΟΙ διαχειριστές του καταλύματος!!! - Καλή ανακαίνιση σε παλιό διαμέρισμα. Κεντρικό σημείο στην Αθήνα. ΑΝΑΞΙΟΠΙΣΤΟΙ και ΑΝΕΥΘΥΝΟΙ οι διαχειριστές (κάποια εταιρεία από ότι κατάλαβα τελικά). Τόσο στο booking όσο και στην ιστοσελίδα (που έχουν δημιουργήσει μέσω canva.com) αναφέρεται ρητά η παροχή ΖΕΣΤΟΥ ΝΕΡΟΥ 24/7 (δηλαδή 24 ώρες, όλη την εβδομάδα) μέσω καύσης φυσικού αερίου, κάτι που δεν ισχύει διότι το λεβητάκι φυσικού αερίου δεν ήταν σε λειτουργία (το οποίο το γνωρίζουν ήδη)!!! Προφανώς, δεν έλεγξαν (π.χ. μέσω της καθαρίστριας) πριν το παραχωρήσουν εάν θα λειτουργούσε ο θερμοσίφωνας, γι'αυτό και μετά από πολύωρο ταξίδι το ντους με ΚΡΥΟ ΝΕΡΟ ήταν ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΗ ΕΚΠΛΗΞΗ. Βέβαια προσπάθησαν κάπως να αντιδράσουν (ο άνθρωπος που έστειλαν Κυριακή βράδυ δεν είχε ανταλλακτικά μαζί του). Τουλάχιστον στο γραπτό μήνυμά τους μας συμπόνεσαν κατανοώντας τη δυσφορία μας (δωρεάν παροχή ενσυναίσθησης). Μόνο που όλοι ξέρουν ότι στο 2025 η παροχή ζεστού νερού σε 4 ανθρώπους (οι 2 γυναίκες) είναι ζήτημα ΥΓΙΕΙΝΗΣ. Ευτυχώς μείναμε 1 βράδυ και η λύση ήταν ζεστό νερό μέσω του βραστήρα, μεταφορά του στην κατσαρόλα και ντους με μεγάλο μπρικάκι ("πενίας τέχνη κατεργάζεται....")!!!

• vittorio (9/5): Accogliente a tema gatti - Appartamento non grandissimo ma ben congegnato con due camere da letto, un bagno con doccia comoda, cucina funzionale e ben attrezzata, soggiorno con divano e TV. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Evangelismos. Comunicazione eccellente, abbiamo chiesto un early check-in che ci è stato concesso. Carino il tema gatti che caratterizza la casa.

• Habip Aydın (9/5): A good choice in Athens - It has two rooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room, enough for our group of five. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is very close to the city center. The neighborhood is good. No detergent for dishwasher, we had to wash our dishes by hand. There weren’t enough bathroom towels but the staff provided them upon request.

• Dmitrii (4/5): Bad management, poor assistance. - Great location, good shower with nice water pressure. The managing host was not helpful, the location instructions were inaccurate (floor). The flat was booked and paid for 5 people but there was only room for four. The sofa bed wasn't made and no linen was provided. Unfortunately, the phone number provided was not reachable (switched off) and we spent quite some time trying to find why keys don't fit. Cleaning could be improved as well, there were breadcrumbs on the stools and dust on the floor.

• Elena (10/5): Really nice apartment on a good location - Rooms are spacey and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is really nice and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s really nice and equiped with cooking tools.
• Robert (7/5): Good - Comfortable but small apartment. It has everything needed. Internet did not work at all. They supposedly tried to fix it, but it was dead on the ISP's side. I did request late check-out well in advance, they promisses they will try to fix it, but on the day of check-out they did not even try. The locker for the keys is 10 m right from the door. If the message says "right from the door", you do not expect this to be 10 m right.
