- Theodora (8/5): - Super nice and helpful staff. Shoutout to Eria in the Spa. Spa treatments are amazing. While place smelt amazing and fresh. Rooms super clean and spacious. Water nice and hot with good shower pressure. Mini kitchen. Mattress on floor not so comfortable. Nothing they could control but the construction next door was relentless from 7:30am till after 10pm. Looks like they’re in the final stages so should be over soon.

The staff were always really helpful. And the new spa on site was great! The cooking facilities were very basic, but still offered us the flexibility to cook and not have to eat out at times.

Spa is located right inside the hotel looked so stylish and fresh with various options, and the staff were all friendly especially Stephanie and Hannah who were very kind and helpful when we asked for Halong bay and Sapa tour. We had some troubles with Halong tour organized by the other agent. They helped us book another one at even better rate (it was an surprise as I always thought that booking tour with the hotelier is always expensive). It was an amazing trip! Thanks Brilliant Nature Suites! Keep moving forward, team! Notice: the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast but it was not matter for us because of so many local food stalls nearby. Strongly recommend bun char! Tips: should choose daytime bus/limousine insteads of night train to go to Sapa. It saves time for you. We will definitely stay here again & recommend to others!
