• Keitumetse (7/5): - It was clean at everything was the way it looks on the pictures. The fact that the lift hasn't been working for close to a month . We've booked there 3 times in the last month and the lift hasn't been fixed. We had to go up and down 8 flights of stairs in order to leave or enter the room. It made me hate the whole booking even though the room itself was neat and clean. Nothing is worth climbing 8 flights stairs for. I hope they cab get it fixed because it's one of my favorite spots in the CBD.

• Mohamed (10/5): Appartements parfaits - Tout, l'emplacement, l'accueil, les 2 appartements décorés avec attention, l'hôte qui était très disponible et nous a aidé à comprendre comment circuler et visiter Jobourg, tout juste parfait. Rien, tout était parfait.

• Palesa (8/5): The accomodation is very tidy and spacious.They should open windows after cleaning. - It's very spacious, safe and tidy. no fresh smell on arrival due to closed windows.

• Mohlala (1/5): Extremely Poor, and definitely not a good stay. It looked more like a student accommodation than a family home. - I did not like this property at all. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all. Everything, from the property itself to the staff. The property was nothing from what was shown on Bookings.com. We had booked for two bedrooms as we were 4 only to find that the bedrooms were divided in one room, the Tv was not working and the WiFi wasn’t working either. We couldn’t bath in the morning as there was no hot water. The parking also was at the basement where it was locked, we were not even allowed to go out. Anything we needed outside the property was through Innocent (The security guy). We pleaded with the managers that we wanted to cancel the booking but all she could say (Patricia) was that it is non refundable. We had to call Bookings.com to have our stay Cancelled. I would definitely rate this place -1 out of 10 especially if you are coming as a group of 4 (Couples).
