Mieszkanie strasznie zaniedbane, w łazience ogromny grzyb na ścianie, na jednym z łóżek był dziecięcy materac, a spała tam osoba dorosła. W opisie jest napisane żelazko, na miejscu jest tylko deska, żelazka brak. Blat w łazience spuchnięty, półka przy lustrze ledwo wisi, drzwi od łazienki ciężko zamknąć bo spuchnięte, brudno. Jedna kapsułka do kawy na 5 osób. Sofy obdrapane poniszczone nadające się na śmietnik, nakryte brudną narzutą.

- Janice (7/5): Una excelente localización que puede mejorar con pequeños ajustes. - Lo mejor es su ubicación. Me preocupa, los desalojos de emergencia en caso de fuego. Solo tenía dos pequeñas ventanas en el techo y no se podían abrir. El acondicionador de aire no hacía su función. Era más un ventilador y no enfriaba. El agua caliente muy buena y el colchón de la cama muy mala calidad y solo habían dos almohadas muy finitas e incómodas. Limpieza muy buena.

Если не повезёт с соседями - не сможете уснуть. Из мелочей - не хватило крючков в ванной и очень маленькое одеяло для двоих человек.

- Noel (9/5): Very good, could be better. - The staff were great. It was very central to everything. The metro was 2 minutes away. Shopping was also very close. It was a 3pm check in. When you have travelled far, and still arrive early ( 11am or 12 ), you just want to get in to your room to rest and wash. 3pm is a long wait. The television had no reception, the indoor ariel was useless. There was a lot happening in the world, I just wanted to catch up on the news. No chance.

Haben beim Check in gefragt ob wir am Abreisetag die Koffer bis Mittag im Hotel lassen können-die meinten ja gerne gegen Bezahlung, war aber dann wieder keiner Vorort oder telefonisch erreichbar! Die Steckdosen wirkten sehr beängstigend, es war alles irgendwie notdürftig montiert!

- Laurence (1/5): Mauvaise expérience, canapé du salon à éviter. - L’emplacement est idéal, tout près de la Dôme de Milan. 1. Ce sont des anciens combles aménagés, donc, peut d'espace sous plafond et les travaux ont été réalisés probablement avec peu de moyens. 2. Le canapé dans le salon n’est pas convertible. La personne qui nous a reçu, a accepté la 3eme personne pour 50 euros en plus , mais n’a pas fourni de draps ni serviettes supplémentaires pour autant. Il a fallut insister pour en avoir. De plus, les couvertures n’ont pas ete fournies non plus pour tous les ́lits, j’ai du demander. C’est a dire, poyr 50 euros en plus, la personne qui nous a reçu, un monsieur, n’à pas prévu de fournir à ́à 3eme personne ni drap ni couverture ni serviettes.. Lorsque j’ai insisté, il a voulu annuler , mais heureusement. Nous l’avons pu calmer. 3. Notre amie donc à dormi sur le canapé du salon: attention, il y a des puces ou des punaises dans ce canapé. Mon amie n’arrête pas à se gratter depuis. Bref, si vous êtes vraiment dehors et n’avait pas d'autre choix que de prendre cet appartement, allez y. Si non, évitez de le faire.

Les draps non adapté au lit. Pas d’aération, Velux fixe et occultant, cloison feuille de papier, on entend clairement les voisins. Le poutre de plafond très basses on se cogne régulièrement.

- Cristina (10/5): - Thebroom was fantastic. Comfortable and roomy and 1 block from centrale, where you want to be. The only issue which is not important because it was only for sleep, but the room has no windows. Still totallyvworth it. Comfort and close. Make sure you have a contact number. It can be hard to find the first time.
- Wenna (6/5): - If location is your first priority and just looking for a place to sleep, this place might works great for you. It is close to metro station entrance to M1 and M3. Walking distance to Duomo. However, if you are looking for comfort and tidiness of a hotel to stay while exploring the city, this might not be the best option. This unit is at the attic level which doesn’t have elevator directly to the floor. Will need to carry luggage up to the stairs. Although it has kitchen, it is very minimal, the kitchen ware are not well maintained. Shower’s floor and curtain is moldy.

Cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing more. At the end of my stay, I informed the owner that I was about to check out. I sent a message asking if I could leave my bags somewhere, but received no reply. I also tried calling, but he didn’t bother to answer. Thankfully, it was just a one-night stopover.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt a little unsure about the door to the apartment, only closes with 1 lock and when you can hear everything outside the room it can sometimes feel like someone is coming into your apartment. Note that there is quite a route to get to the apartments, so if you have a lot of luggage that might be tough.

Air-conditioning in every room. Cute little attic space. Let us store our lugguage till evening time. The check in meet up was clumsy, had us standing on the side of the road with our lugguage for a while, not sure why they couldn't tell us the number on the street and had to come meet us wherever we were dropped off. There were no blankets, just thin sheets. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The shower with the curtain was not good at preventing water from leaking out onto the floor and into the bedroom. No hand towels ans no bath mats (unless those things brown materials that were left in the tables were it?). Had to use our bath towels as blankets and to mop up the water from the shower, not much towels left to use. Beds were rather hard and uncomfortable and so were the pillows.

- Keika (7/5): - 建物にはエレベーターがあります。宿泊階の1階下までしかエレベーターがなく最後1階分は階段で登る必要がありますが、チェックイン時に待機しているスタッフが運搬を手伝ってくれました。 ドゥオーモや駅に近く、アクセスが最高です！ （部屋の説明）3人部屋は天井が低めで、玄関を開けてすぐのシングルベッドの部屋はリビング・キッチンと繋がっています。バスルームに行くのにダブルベッドの部屋を経由する必要があります。 5人部屋には洗濯機がなく、3人部屋同様にリビングに1台ベッドが置かれています。 グループで2部屋取りましたが、部屋が別の建物にあったため行き来が少々不便でした。

Ils ne répondent pas aux messages (trois messages envoyés à trois numéros différents, nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponses) Il est écrit que le linge de lit est fournit : nous n’avions ni housse de couette, ni draps plat, ni housse d’oreiller. La couette était tachée. Laisse à désirer par rapport au prix (200€ pour une nuit….) De plus l’appartement est très mal isolé et nous entendons tout le voisinage.

TV nije bio ispravan. Apartman nije bio očišćen. U frižideru smo našli mrvice, ostatke od hrane. Apartman je spreman za renoviranje 100%. Spužvica za čišćenje suđa je starija od 3 mjeseca. Grozno. Ovo nisam nigdje vidio...

Communication lacked with host- we were told 12:30pm check out and then the day before was told 12:00pm and then the day of, a random man knocked on the door and said 11am check out. When I texted the host about it, he read it but didn’t answer. We then told the man the name of the person who told us check out at 12pm and he said that was his brother. He then told us to store our luggage, it was $10 per bag. We mentioned that no where on the Expedia page did it say we would be charged. He then said ok it’ll be free for the first hour. There was also no shampoo, just body/hand soap, and AC split unit but in living room and one bedroom, not the other bed room. There was only a fan that you could plug in at the head of the bed. Overall just an ok stay.

- Azfar Ali (6/5): - We stayed for two days. Great location only 5 mins from Duomo. The place was a.all and too rustic without cleaning everyday. The "second bed" was a foldout couch which was terrible to sleep on. Also, the place seemed dogdy as there was no reception or sign of the hotel.

- Monika (6/5): Ok for a stay 1 night sleep over. - Location was great. Although during my stay there was a lot of construction surrounding the area. I liked the emergency kit with Q-tips and toothbrush and slippers. The owners agreed on an earlier checkin and I had the chance to extend the checkout for an additional cost. It wasn’t that clean, the couch had stains (probably can’t be removed, but still) and it smelled like it used to be a smokers house in the past. I spotted hair not belonging to me. It needs a proper renovation if to start getting better ratings.

The sound of the elevator and the sound of doors opening and closing from the next room will wake you up in the middle of the night. The air conditioner is not cool. The room smells musty. I am allergic to dust and I think the dust is from the air conditioner filter that hasn't been cleaned.

Me tocaba subir un piso por escaleras y después subir y bajar escalones en el trayecto a la habitación Habitación que no se parece en nada a las fotografías de la publicidad. Todo es muy precario y sin ningún carácter de diseño Y olvídate de la bañera. Una ducha MUY pequeña con agua de temperatura inestable La realidad dista mucho de la oferta

- Aimee (9/5): - Amazing location, super comfortable kitchen/living/bedroom/bathroom facilities As expected, being a loft apartment, the ceilings were very very low at many points in the room. But for the price and location it was incredible.

- Stephanie (8/5): Great location - Great location, communication before hand wasn’t great and had to wait at the property for access. Maybe get in contact before you stay. Room was great, really big, lovely bathroom, could maybe have done with some more bedding!
