Kettle and refrigerator in room with access to microwave. Smell of cat cages Room is dark because window very close to adjacent building. Stairs are a bit difficult to navigate because step heights are rather high.

• Yi-lin (9/5): It was a good and comfortable stay. - The hometel was conveniently located near a train station and so many other amenties which made the stay very convenient. It was a little difficult to find the location even though it was just a walk away from the train station. The building wasn't very well labelled.

• Padmini (9/5): We found serenity in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok - The room was cozy and on the ground floor as we asked. Every little detail at the place remind you to relax. It is close to the metro, sky train and the pier for the boat taxis. Also close to many great places to eat and to have a massage. Convenience stores and pharmacy are 2 minutes walk away. I would happily stay there again. The manager was extremely helpful and gave us tips about transport and places to go. Can't think of anything.

I don't know if the deposit of 500 baht really solves potential problems for this kind of business but it adds minor inconvenience, something to think about. I've stayed in many places where deposit is not required and they are doing pretty well.

It has a bathroom that is as big as the bedroom and separates dry and wet areas. Refrigerator, hairdryer, parking space ✓ Consumables and snacks are available on the first floor. I appreciate the room assigned for me was located at the stairwell on the second floor,and there were not many stairs kind of me .because when I arrived at the hotel is midnight ,I was very tired. • Roger (8/5): Great location, well run - Great location, 3 mins walk from BTS station that connects to MTR so easy to get to train stations. Five min walk to central pier and from there you can grab boats to most of the big attractions. Robinsons mall 3 mins away and they have food court, foreign exchange and mobile phone company offices to pick up a SIM. Good shower, comfortable bed. The manageress was very friendly and helpful. The taxi from the airport including road and airport toll was B 625 The only reason I've marked it down a bit is that although my room (4) was listed as windowless, it does have 2 strip windows and the acoustic seal on the one near the bathroom is broken so there was quite a bit of street noise at night.
• Usha (3/5): Poor - Great location, efficient and polite staff. Website does not indicate there is no elevator. We had hard time climbing up steep stairs with 2 suitcases. Room was later changed to Sathorn terrace apartments in the adjacent building on request without any hassle. There is strong drainage smell on the corridor leading to the Somewhere to escape property building.

• Ade (9/5): Excellent and memorable stay! - I like everything about it: room was great, the design of the whole property was a genius, staff member was very friendly (she introduced herself to me as Ms A) and so was the owner, Tor, (I only spoke to him on the phone), cleanliness was always on point, and washing machines and drier were available use for a very fair price (and this came in handy during our stay). And, another great thing is its location! We literally just walked to get to food stalls, supermarkets, minimarts, night market, to catch the bus, sky train station, and the pier to catch a boat to this mega mall called Iconsiam. We actually extended our stay here longer than we originally booked. Definitely staying here again when we're back!

• Clovis (4/5): Very disappointing, I will not come back. - The location is good. For this price, no toothbrush and no coffee, it's a bit too much. The room is very small, the AC is noisy and doesn't work well. It's very hot when entering the room and it takes hours to cool down. The premises has sewer smell, same smell in the bathroom, I had to make sure the door was closed during the night to not smell it. Last but not least: adter checked-out, I deposite my bag to pick it up later. When I came back, there was no one at the lobby. I rang the bell twice, try to call for someone...nothing! So I had to enter the back room myself to pick-up my bag. The area is not safe to keep value things since the employees are not here. Very bad !
