• Fernández (5/5): Básico - Primero llegamos y no había papel higiénico ni shampoo ni jabón el anfitrión nos dijo que no era un lugar de lujo. Hemos dejado comprando jabón y papel para el siguiente huésped, por lo que cuesta…. Segundo las sábanas no estaban 100% limpias tenían unas manchas de sangre y algo pegado. De ahí hablamos con el anfitrión para que nos dejara salir 1 hora más tarde y a la media hora vino la persona de la limpieza enfadada y hablándonos mal para que saliéramos y diciéndonos que ya se había pasado la hora de la salida. Es una pena la ubicación no estaba mal pero la atención no ha sido buena. Sinceramente no me volvería a alojar aquí.

• Kleoniki (7/5): Η διαμονή ήταν ικανοποιητική - Ηταν όμορφο, σε καλή περιοχή και με άνετο κρεβάτι και ζεστό νερό! Το πάτωμα δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό και δεν είχε σαμπουάν και σακούλες
• Ιάσων (8/5): - Ηταν ένα ωραίο κατάλυμα, φρεσκοανακαινισμένο, σχετικά άνετο. Η τοποθεσία από τα γνωστά τουριστικά θέρετρα αρκετά κοντινή (10 λεπτά από το σύνταγμα). Ένα κομμάτι που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη του καταλύματος. Επειδή το κατάλυμα δεν έχει ρεσεπτιον, έχει τα γνωστά lockbox. Πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι η βασική επικοινωνία γίνεται μέσω της booking. Παρόλο το μήνυμα που στείλαμε 2 βδομάδες πριν για την ώρα άφιξης, δεν λάβαμε απάντηση. Ξαναστειλαμε μετά 2-3 ώρες πριν φτάσουμε εκεί, πάλι δεν λάβαμε απάντηση. Επειδή φτάναμε 1 η ώρα το βράδυ, έπρεπε να ψάχνουμε τα τηλέφωνα του ιδιοκτήτη για να μάθουμε τον κωδικό του Lockbox. Επειδή έχω και γω καταλύμματα στην Κρήτη. Ξέρω την κατάσταση, αλλά υπάρχουν και αυτοματοποιημένα μηνύματα για να μην υπάρχουν καθυστερήσεις και παρανοήσεις. Που είναι πιο άμεσα και γλυτώνετε την ταλαιπωρία.

• Αμαλία (10/5): Πολυ όμορφο και μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα!! - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική, η άνεση που παρέχει το διαμέρισμα είναι η καλύτερη επιβράβευση στο τέλος μιας γεμάτης μέρας στο κέντρο της Αθήνας! Άνετο μεγάλο κρεβάτι, ζεστός χώρος, φουλ εξοπλισμός και ένα υπέροχο μπάνιο με σύγχρονα μέσα. Είναι πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και η διαρρύθμιση του προσφέρει αυτονομία μεταξύ των χώρων. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για εξερευνήσεις στην πόλη της Αθήνας με πολλά μέσα μεταφοράς να πλαισιώνουν την περιοχή. Ήσυχη καθαρή γειτονιά με όμορφα καφέ και εστιατόρια!

• Maria (10/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy. - Świetna lokalizacja - 12 minut z górki do centrum. Są sklepy w pobliżu, polecam wejść na wzgórze Lycabettus piękne widoki na miasto nocą. Dzielnica bezpieczna, czysta, bez meneli. Ładny apartament - nowe wnętrze, suszarka do włosów, klimatyzacja i wentylacja w łazience, telewizor z smartTV, internet, aneks kuchenny. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy zostało zaspokojone. Brakowało nam czajnika, ale są też garnki więc daliśmy sobie radę z herbatą. Problemy z wodą cieplą - ciężko było trafić na ciepłą wodę.

• Tala (6/5): Good location - Quiet location close to sites. Adequate facilities required for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness was not to my standard. Too much unnecessary clutter/junk inside cupboards and drawers. Very dark needs lights on during the day. Not told the key box is on a small post to the right side of the building with no label, had to search for it. Had to ask how to put the hot water on and didn't get a response for a long time. Kitchen configuration was awkward and very small dining set up on kitchen bench. Pillows were uncomfortable and flat.

• Mariadomenica (4/5): Host non pervenuto - Allora la casa non è male. Carina, buona posizione e ben accessoriata. Ovviamente essendo un piano terra non è per nulla luminosa, ma considerato che noi stavamo in stanza solo la sera ci andava bene. I problemi sono due: la mancanza di acqua calda e l’assoluta assenza dell’host. Il proprietario non risponde ai messaggi tramite Booking. Al massimo se lo si chiama risponde. Non ha dato indicazioni per il check in fino a quando due ore prima della partenza non ho scritto (per la terza volta) come andava fatto. Mandata una foto per recuperare le chiavi e basta. Nessun chiarimento su quale fosse la porta da aprire. Alla domanda come si poteva provvedere all’acqua cada mai avuto risposta.

• MELANI (9/5): Value for money!! - Our stay in Nikkis flat was great! It's a studio on ground floor in a well-maintained building in Kolonaki. It's quiet and in a safe area with restaurants and cafes around. The studio is divided to 2 spaces with a wall. A kitchen and a couch, the bed with closet and the bathroom. I recommend it for 2 persons (couple or friends) for a stay in city center in a great price! It was value for money! The distance to syntagma square is around 10-12 minutes and you can walk down the hill, but returning to the apartment is uphill and not easy to walk.

• Andrew (9/5): Luxurious stay with full kitchen and easy access to Athens - Modern apartment with full amenities including a large kitchen including a generous offering of kitchen appliances and utensils/cookware, laundry machine, and upscale bathroom. Had a luxurious feel and was walking distance to Kolonaki Square. Really enjoyed our stay! Would appreciate a way to cover the green light emitting high up on the wall to right of the TV. Wall AC unit did make a constant noise.

• Itir (1/5): Bad - Location of the building The flat was dirty, and every day I saw new dad kakalaks (braun small animals) which means they put a lot of poison it should also affect me, the building was under construction works starting from 08.00 am not possible to sleep. I wrote all those problems to the manager. His answer was "Next time you choose a better one"

• Martin (7/5): Nice up maket location close to everything - Modern renovations in bathroom etc Location was OK but a lot of hard work getting up the hill to the apartment. A little bit hard at times communicating with the owner but not a be issue. The owner needs to get rid of some of the things in the cupboards that are not needed otherwise all good

• Travellingmyself (1/5): Bad - Decoration The bathroom was full of LEFTOVER from previous guests. I am happy not to waste leftovers but hygiene come first. In the fridge there was a cream for DERMATITIS (no comments...) and a FACIAL CREAM. See pictures attached. The studio is a basement and located on the hill so not so comfortable for someone who is sightseeing. For work be aware there is no network signal. As it is just at the entrance of the building, it is noisy as you can hear people coming in the building at any time; The first night I had no HOT WATER as the host did not told me where to turn on the hot water! Sorry for the feedback. The apartment is very well decorated but I have to share my experience.
