• Jasmine (9/5): Amazing - It is very spacious. A beautiful kitchen, big dining table, big sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. I love that there was a tv in both the living room and the bedroom. Very clean and just a lovely place to stay. The wifi wasn’t working well but this didn’t affect us very much. We still enjoyed our stay

• Marie (8/5): Overall a very good property that needs some easy fixing - Very good apartment. Clean, good layout, good furniture and equipment. As per ad photos. Conveniently located in a vibrant location (1 minute walk from Finsbury Park station new and safe City North Place exit) and so close to shops and restaurants. Two small things that require urgent attention. The apartment door absolutely needs to be fixed. It sounded/felt like someone was coming through our door each time someone was using the building door. Very annoying and worrisome. Also, the fire alarm went off on both mornings we were there, for reasons we could not identify. The alarm would ring for a few seconds/minutes (really long the second time), then stop. Very loud and unpleasant.

• Ash (10/5): Fantastic place for anyone visiting Ally Pally like we were, straight outside the tube too. Couldn’t recommend enough - The property was fantastic, it was really clean and a very nice place to stay! There wasn’t anything to not like about the property, really impressed.

• Béatrice (8/5): Bel appartement moderne proche du métro - Bel espace et mobilier moderne. Le wifi et la télévision ne marchait pas et aucune possibilité d’avoir une réponse du propriétaire alors que nous restions 5 nuits. Et la chambre donnant sur la rue est bruyante la nuit.
• Heidi van Loggerenberg (10/5): Ticked all the boxes for great accommodation! - Newly renovated. Spacious. Comfortable. Two minutes from the tube and bus station, but quiet. Very polite and responsive host who responded quickly if contacted.
• M Esther (6/5): - Muy bien comunicado amplio y cómodo. Solicitamos una escoba o aspirador ya que íbamos a pasar 9 días en el alojamiento y nunca respondieron a nuestra petición. El penúltimo día no pudimos entrar al apartamento ya que el sistema de acceso falló. Contacté al propietario que envío a una persona para solucionarlo. En total tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y media para que se solucionara y pudiésemos volver a entrar. Era por la.noche y teníamos a dos niñas pequeñas esperando para entrar y poder cenar. En cuanto a Booking, les contacté por este contratiempo y inexplicablemente me redujeron la estancia en un día sin haberlo solicitado. Tuve que volver a hacer gestiones con el propietario para volver a restablecer la reserva. No estoy contenta con la gestión de Booking y creo que el propietario debe estar más contactable y preveer posibles problemas o peticiones de sus huéspedes.

• Hayee (9/5): felt like home - very clean and well decorated, perfect location nearby all the markets and front of stations and buses. Provided facilities were great which had all compulsory things for a daily life. Felt like home, It could have been more easy if it has lift in the building for luggage specifically
• Sammyjoe (10/5): Would stay again; excellent location - Great location, close to all amenities, easy to find, lovely and spacious! Apartment had all the things you could need for a stay including washer machine, fridge freezer etc Clean and presentable, well maintained. No keys to open windows; a little bit too hot in upstairs apartment so would have been nice for temperature control to be able to open window/patio doors in front room/dining area - the only windows already opened were bathroom and bedroom, so was difficult to manage in living area - but that’s the only thing of the stay that we found fault with. A key left would have made this a perfect stay.
• Chris (1/5): Completely unresponsive host - couldn't unlock balcony doors or windows - Central location, nicely furnished and reasonable price (of it wasn't for the.hge cons) Completely unresponsive host, doesn''t answer messages, calls or WhatsApps. Left us with no keys to unlock the balcony doors or windows in 30 degree heat with a 10 month old baby. Also didn't provide a fan after specifying they would. All the apartment doors in the block slam, no seal around the door either so they wobble every time the front door is opened

• Jacqueline (9/5): A great base, location and amenities are exactly what you need for a trip to London. Transport links are great, local pa - Great location, easy to find, local amenities fab and Finsbury Park for the kids is fantastic. Just as pictured. Quiet, a little noise from wind going through the communal area but no noise from other guests or locals. Lidl, M&S food hall and NISA all less than 2 minutes away. Easy access to the building and room, comfortable and modern a great base for anyone visiting London. Lots of natural light, tv and internet (even though booking said no internet) plus washing facilities is a bonus. There was a first aid kit as well as some toiletries available. Shower good, perhaps needs a good drain clean as slow to drain but a great size and clean. well stocked kitchen for utensils, a grater and pizza cutter would have been helpful :-) Beds were comfortable, clean soft bedding and would definitely stay again. The previous guests had not cleaned the pots or cutlery properly, the dishwasher was loaded and items in cupboard needed rewashing myself by hand. The cleaners did not do a great job in that aspect. I contacted the host and they did respond with an offer to reclaim and bring dishwasher tablets but by this point I had cleaned them myself. To make the accommodation even better would be to provide a new chopping board as the one there was in 3 pieces, provide a draining board as in the absence of dishwasher tablets I had to do this by hand with the grill rack and the only t-towel provided underneath. Provide oven gloves and more than 1 t-towel. Provide shower gel, there was numerous half used shampoos and conditioners but no shower gel. It was assumed there was some because of having the other toiletries provided. For the cost, perhaps a simple tea tray with t-bags and sugar etc. Extra pillows would be beneficial, not a necessity just personal preference as you couldn’t easily watch the tv in bed as it was mounted low on the wall and only one pillow. For this accommodation it would be beneficial to have a guest manual to include how to use the hob, where to find the bedding for the sofa bed etc etc. I couldn’t work the tv for standard channels so had to rely on apps, please ask guests to log out of the apps because my children had access to someone’s profile which had an 18+ image there for them to see. I’m no prude but my kids asking me what she is doing is a line of questioning I didn’t need lol.
• Yooseok (10/5): Very good - Good location(Victoria, Piccadilly lines and Thameslink) so you can easily get to the Heathrow and Gatwick. The apartment is clean and enough for 2 adults/ 2 kids. There is M&S Foodhall just near by. The apartment is on the third floor without the lift.
• Olga (10/5): Amazing apartment - Very clean, fresh, nice apartment! Rather spacious for 3 adult people! And Victoria line - it’s top location. Thank you to the owner for all his efforts and care! Finsbury park … not a very safe place at night. But this is London:))

• Laurent (5/5): Passable - Walls aren't soundproof and the area gets very busy at night so this flat is not for the light sleepers. The flat door is not properly fixed so it keeps slamming whenever someone enters or leaves the building (day and night). Also a heads-up for business travellers - I asked for an invoice (which I was told I would get) but that never happened despite chasing multiple times.

• Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - the property was very clean, the bedroom were comfortable. very tidy bathroom with clean new towels. easy to find and access the property, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. great value for the quality of the place!
• Vadim (9/5): Superb - Very nice recently renovated apartment. Very comfortable and clean, great location right next to the tube station and close to nice local restaurants and pubs. It can get a little noisy late in the evening/night during the weekend, but it’s not too bad.
