• PUTRI NOOR SHARIZA (8/5): Overall a very nicely located property and very good management. Truly enjoyed our stay. - Location was great, size and amenities very comfortable except for a few shortcomings. Very efficient and responsive staff. Some items may need a little improvement, such as more medium to large sized pots and pans, kitchen scissors, can openers, pasta bowls, small vacuum or hand vac to clean up dust and hair on the floor and carpets.

• Valeria Lía (10/5): - El departamento es precioso, es mucho más lindo que en las fotos muy amplio, muy bien equipado y comodísimo. El barrio es bellísimo.. Caminé a todos lados porque está muy bien ubicado y tiene parada de bus en la misma cuadra y también de metro. Hay un supermercado a una cuadra.Así que mejor imposible!!! Volvería a alquilarlo. Gracias!!!!

• Kuben (5/5): Poor facility , posh area. - Location exceptional. Entrance Foyer to building dirty. Worn out. Toilet in main bedroom did not flush entire trip. Kitchen old & not clean.
• Wong (5/5): Passable - Easy to get to the tube station and food options nearby Too little towels, maintenance on things in the house could be better and cleaner, more toilet paper would have been nice. One chair was broken, the curtain fell down, the bed was very noisy.
• Sophie (7/5): Good location, poor conditions of entrance and public areas. - Location is good. One might be tempted to turn away at the entrance. It is nondescript and location for key safe next to trash bin’s off putting. The carpeting needs replacement, and general public areas a revamp. Walls were peeling from damp and generally, everything leading to apartment is unkempt. Despite short notice (owing to lat-minute cancellation of another FILTHY Booking.com listing) cleaner eventually let us in. Instructions to enter could have been simpler and listed first on the email confirmation (you have to scroll through instructions) and phone call to property agemt failed to answer basic info on how to enter building. The apartment was clean enough, one of two double beds very uncomfortable, agree with other reviewers about sterile and uncomfortable furniture. With no other options, it was a far cry from accommodation up the road where we first stayed (unavailable to extend), would not go back by choice.
• Michaela (1/5): Unclean and needs maintenance - The location was OK but the apartment was terrible. Apartment was filthy and not well maintained. Upon entering the building, the carpet looks like it has not been cleaned or changed in decades and is stained and stinky. Inside the apartment there was grime and grub everywhere. Even the soap dispensers for hand soap had mold and mildew growing on them! The shower hose and water pipe was held together with duct tape in one bathroom! The other bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and nowhere to hang a towel and no ventilation, with a rust and mold in the shower. When look outside the bedroom window the view is of a heap of garbage; there is trash, rotten wood and empty paint cans that had been tossed out on the roof and never collected. I also had a real problem with the staff. I asked a couple weeks in advance of an early check in would be possible and they told me it might be, and to check back within a week. I checked back and they told me that it was possible but when I confirmed the time with them, they wanted to charge me for early arrival but never said anything before about a charge in the two weeks we have been messaging. I would not mind paying for an early checkin if they were transparent about it from the beginning. Then, a few days before our stay I got a message stating that if we wanted sheets for the folding bed and did not notify them with 48 hours of advance notice, they would charge us for the sheets! The bed is included in the description and we rented the apartment because we were three people with three beds. Why would they charge for sheets? Why wouldn’t they just put these in the Airbnb in the first place? Finally, since the bathroom is in complete disrepair of course the drain stopper was completely missing from one of the sinks and I had a large diamond hoop earring fall down into the gaping drain hole and I I could see the earring, but did not have a tool to reach it. They told me they did not have any maintenance person or anyone that could help.
• Barraya (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location. Super central, close to tube and supermarkets. Wide choice of restaurants around. It was super quiet. The heating works perfectly, and it was really nice and warm in there, even when it was snowing outside. The apartment decoration is nice enough ( Thanks to a trip to ikea) The apartment needs some love and care... If you love cooking, you will not be happy... The cooking utensils are limited to the bare minimum. The pots and pans are nearly non existants. There is not even a80 salad bowl. Regarding the bathroom,: the shower tabs are held to the wall by a thread and it's difficult to find a correct temperature to shower, as there is no mixer tap. Finally, the bed in the main bedroom is really hard, ans uncomfortable due to the very present springs. The building entrance needs a total renovation as well.

• Alia (6/5): The apartment is generally good, I will not say that I will not rent it again, but what I hope is to maintain it well to - The apartment is clean. They are helpful and quick to respond even in late at night. Location. Safety. Calm down. The entrance to the building is not clean and it smells bad. Bathrooms require maintenance The water mixers in the sink and the shower need to be renovated, as they are old and consumed, and the water leaks from them and does not perform their guest effectively. There is no vacuum cleaner. There is no service to clean the apartment There is no air condition The bed is uncomfortable, it is very hard

• Debbie (8/5): Great location and large appartment, very comfortable for up to 2 couples. - Good size, great location close to south Ken tube. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Bed linen is hotel quality. Access instructions were very clear. Host very responsive. All of these are nothing the host can change. Main bathroom is the en-suite, toilet shower and sink available from hall. We had the sofa bed in the front room made up. Because of is build it has lots of ridges. A blind on the kitchen window would have kept the room darker for the person using this room. Noise from early deliveries in the front, but happily couldn’t be heard in the bedrooms.
