• Hanif (6/5): - It was just okay. I left the apartment as clean as I had met it but I was informed that the cleaning was not good. I'm here on holiday, not to clean the apartment that wasn't so clean and already had a cleaner to do the cleaning that I paid for. Not fair.
• Hanif (6/5): Why??? - It was just okay. Nothing special. I was informed by the owner that I mistakenly paid twice for the 17th of September 2025, unfortunately. However, I expected a refund or a compensation of 1 extra day for making 2 payments for the same date at least, but I never did. Booking.com is this fair, is this how you and your hosts do business?
• Martina (10/5): Amazing apartment in a very quiet and safe area close to all amenities. - Everything was perfect. The host is very friendly and very, very helpful. It was amazing. There was nothing that I didn't like.
• فالح (10/5): كانت اقامه ممتازه وتم التمديد 5 ايام - اعجبني موقع الشقه داخل مجمع سكني وامان ممتاز والهدو وقريبه من المطار وفيه سوبرماركت قريب داخل المجمع ، مالك الشقه الاستاذ اشرف ابو علي في قمة الذوق والاخلاق ومتجاوب معك على مدار 24 ساعه اي استفسار او طلب يتجاوب معك خلال دقيقه احب اقدم له شكري وتقديري وانصح بالاقامه في هذه الشقه والاستمتاع بالهدو والمسبح الخاص في الجنينه ومدخل خاص وجلسه رائعه في الهواء الطلق . كلش تمام

• Ahmed (10/5): Hervorragend typische ägyptische Wohnung - Das Apartment in Gardinia City, Kairo, war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen, sicheren Gegend gelegen. Besonders der gepflegte Pool war ein Highlight und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Lage bot eine gute Anbindung, sodass man schnell überall hinkam. Die Nachbarschaft war angenehm und man hat sich dort direkt wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für Personen ohne Vorkenntnisse gibt es keine Anleitung zur Reinigung des Pools. Eine Anleitung zur Verwendung der Klimaanlage und der Beleuchtung ist nict vorhanden.

• Erika (6/5): I wouldn't recommend it - Good location. Unfortunately the apartment itself was dirty, they didn't bother to clean it for us, we find dirty tissues in the floor, chewing gum in the bed sheets, even rest of cigarettes in the corners, dust , the fridge and microwave with rest of food and the swimming pool they offer its very dirty impossible to use it.

The owner wanted a compensation because he thought we had paid a cheap tariff for the apartment as we booked it months in advance I find that very cheeky. Also the apartment itself was dirty, they didn't bother to clean it for us, we find dirty tissues in the floor, chewing gum in the bed sheets, even rest of cigarettes in the corners, dust , the fridge and microwave with rest of food and the swimming pool they offer its very dirty impossible to use it. I was really disappointed.
• Ibrahim (6/5): Nice gated location. - The size of the apartment is good. Each room has nice beds and blankets. The cleanliness standards can be improved. Especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was dust in the master bedroom and kitchen. I realised the area is constantly dusty due to the wind and the weather in Cairo is a bit dusty or maybe sands from the dessert..I am not sure.
• Anab (8/5): Very good - Very nice experience to stay at the place. Mr Ashrif (the host) was very friendly and welcoming, making sure that we get all the necessary information needed. While the place itself was good, I had big problem with the internet / Wifi, didn't like the internet at the property as it was very bad , poor connection/ very low speed and almost not usable most of the time. I would recommend to Mr Ashrif to do something about the internet at the home.

• Julian (3/5): Description and pictures of this place arouse high expectations, but the stay gives you no satisfaction and turns out to - The friendly and helpful owner. On the first sight the flat seems nice, but you can see immediately that hygiene is a serious problem which makes you feel like being caught in a tourist trap. This flat has not been cleaned for months. Absolutely disgusting and worst price to value ratio. This is a scam as owner does not agree to refund. No spot in this flat is clean or not sticky, even the light switches show dirt you need months for to collect. The dishes and cuterly do feel sticky. No detergent or fresh dish towel available. The fridge is disgustingly dirty and shows mold. Every part of the bathrooms presents obviously what it has been used for. Found no place where my to put my things except dirty spots. No clean towels. Floor, toilets, basins and bathtub look like used for weeks. The bedsheets feel used, no clean blankets but filthy blankets without coversheet. Dining table and floor is dirty. TV did not show any channel. Aircondition works, yeeeh.
