• Hüseyin (1/5): THE FLAT’S OWNER İS THE WORST HOST, I HAVE EVER SEEN. - The apartment was good and has good location. The apartment’s owner was the worst host, I have ever seen. He/she gave me a cellphone number from booking messages. When I sent him\her a message 1 week ago before my accommodation date. He/she didn’t answer me. Then I sent him/her a message 3 days ago before my accommodation date again. He/she didn’t answer me too. Finally I sent a message a day ago before my accommodation with all my faith. He/she bothered to answer me 10 hours later. And then she/he said “I will send a message when your room ready”. We couldn’t our luggages anywhere. We visited Milano with our bags and backpacks until 18.00. But owner didn’t write. Then, I called him/her 3 times. She/he didn’t answer to us. When she/he sent me a message. We were very nervous and anxious. After the message we started to try to find the flat’s location. We have a Booking’s location but in this location everywhere is apartment. We couldn’t find the flat until I asked the location. He/she told us only street name. The owner didn’t back anytime when I asked ,or sent a message ,or called. At the and of while we were leaving from the flat. The owner asked us “ Can I ask you to put 9 on your review? “. That was very funny, wasn’t it ? What kind of guesting ?
• Ivan (1/5): Unresponsive Host Ruined Our Stay - Nothing We weren't able to get into appartment. We contacted with host via phone and he told us that we should text him once we will be in front of the door. We did like that but nobody answered after that at all. So we had to stay outside whole night. There was a foodball game in Milan that night, so other hotels were fully booked. No excuses, no responses - nothing from the host side.
