• Bettina (7/5): Es war ein nettes Zimmer in super Lage - für eine Nacht absolut machbar. Punkteabzug gibt es wegen der winzigen Badezimm - Super Lage, angenehmes Bett, kostenloses Mini-Frühstück aus Zwieback und Marmelade War doch ein sehr altes Gebäude, Dusche winzig klein. Als Normalgewichte Person war das Badezimmer schon sehr sehr eng. Teilweise offene Kabelschächte. In der Wand war ein Lüftungsloch (?) - da zog die kalte Luft rein.

• Ana Lucia (10/5): Para una o dos noches esta genial - La ubicación espectacular, agua caliente, calefaccion genial, nos dejo hacer el check out una hora mas tarde. Lo recomiendo muchisimo. Las almohadas podrían cambiarlas son muy incómodas, demasiado bajas.
• Beatrice (8/5): - La struttura è situata in una zona tranquilla del centro, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Personale gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio o chiarimento. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve a Milano. Esperienza positivissima Peccato l’assenza momentanea del bidet.

• Denise (8/5): Appartamento funzionale - La struttura era assolutamente pulita ed in ordine. Noi purtroppo eravamo solo di passaggio quindi ci siamo andati solo per dormire. Però il proprietario è stato super gentile e disponibile a farci fare il check in in anticipo per permetterci di andare in fiera tutto il giorno. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato simpaticissimo e cordiale. La posizione è ottima per arrivare ovunque ed è esattamente sopra al mercato del sabato. Il bagno è piccolo sì e andrebbe rinnovato e sistemato qualcosa....ma per una notte era più che sufficiente.

• Serena (7/5): Bello, ritornerei volentieri. Staff splendido. - Posizione, comodità del letto, pulizia. Scaldabagno esageratamente rumoroso, avevo paura si staccasse dal muro per quanto si muoveva.

• Vicente (9/5): Perfecto para escapada por Milán - Todo estuvo muy bien. Fabio muy simpático y atento. Lo único que diría es que una ventana no conseguimos cerrar una ventana.

• melanie (6/5): Cher pour ce que c'est - Le lieu est bien situé et le quartier, même bruyant, est bien fréquenté. Petite mésaventure durant notre séjour : l'immeuble voisin a pris feu : une nuit blanche à cause des pompiers et du fait qu'on a dû sortir par sécurité. La propreté laisse à désirer : de la poussière sous le lit, des saletés sur le lavabo et le contour des toilettes. Un doute sur la propreté des draps. Il faut être contorsionniste pour rentrer dans la cabine de douche. Personne ayant du ventre s'abstenir. La profondeur de la douche est de l'équivalent d'un Demi bras d'adulte. Le syphon est bouché. Aucun balai pour balayer un minimum. Seule une éponge dégoûtante pour la.vaisselle qu'évidemment nous n'avons pas utilisé.

Ho apprezzato molto l'abbondanza delle coperte nuove e pulite. Molta disponibilità sia nel check in che nel check out. Consigliatissima La scala interna un pò troppo angusta.

Perfect for a couple.. we had good welcome with explanations and restaurant recommendations.. the location is near the public transports and also about 20 minutes walk to the center.. I can book it again for my next stay in Milano Better pillows would be great

• Karolina (9/5): Superb - I think everything is already sad. Nice, small, cozy appartment with everything you need. When we came it was warm, clean, great location. Bed is comfortable, bathroom small but practical. There is coffe machine, kitchen and all you need If you decide to cook. The owner gave us some recomendations for restaurants nearby. It is pricey for income in my country. None.
• Eliana (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Milan in a great, lively neighborhood - Loved the apartment. Clean, easily accessible, in the first floor with elevator. Bed is in an attic space with stairs. It was very easy to get there via metro from Milano Centrale, just walk a few blocks. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of choices to eat and very lively at night. The apartment had everything yo may need and more. This is the first time I see a first aid kit and ice packets in the fridge, which happened to be extremely useful as my 75 year old mom trip and fell at arrival. There is a sofa bed downstairs in the kitchen space. I feel the apartment is better for 2 but a family with small kids can stay there comfortably as well. Host communication is excellent, fast responses and available for questions I had. The Navigli area is beautiful and if you are into vintage stores and flea markets that is the perfect place to stay. I hope to go back to Milan and would stay in this property again. I had a great experience overall. Nothing I did not like. If anything, I would suggest to deliver check out instructions in advance.
• Giuliana (8/5): Milan tourist city - Very cosy. In a quite central area. A lot of good restaurants all around but also a large street market if someone prefers to prepare his/her own meals. Leonardo Da Vinci museum and Sant’ Ambrogio church just around the corner. Just perfect for our desires: we love to have our autonomy at breakfast and eat out for lunch and dinner. We are middle aged but fit so we had no troubles in the very tiny shower and going up and down the narrow stairs to reach the bedroom, which is quite large for being an open loft. I suggest to specify that the place is not meant for people travel with little children and show a proper picture of the shower so that over-weight people will be prepared It was not our problem but I would stick a label on the pot cabinet hidden under the stairs, we realized only by chance that pots were there!

• Diletta (9/5): Great wee studio in a great location! - Fabio welcomed us at a time we had agreed, and he was so kind as to let us check in 45 minutes earlier as I had an appointment shortly after check in. He was on time, check in was quick and Fabio was lovely. The coffee machine was a bit fidgety as it didn't close all the way very easily. However, once we worked that out it worked perfectly. Everything was great to be honest

• Álmos (9/5): Perfect place to stay if you want to explore the city or just work in the city for a few days. - The apartment located in a super place near to the Naviglio Grande. The area is silent and so typical to Milano. The apartment is in a beautiful old building. Perfect size for 1-2 person for days or weeks. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The staff is really kind. The size of the shower is 'limited'. The AC can be loud.

• Mia (8/5): We stayed for four nights the metro is very close the apartment was so safe cooking there was lovely we traveled through - It was very clean and modern. Cosy. And very homely.  Felt incredibly safe with the locks, our host was very kind and patient.

• James (6/5): Pleasant - A good location; and we could contact the owner by Booking’s email link or Owner’s phone number. And, the staff waited for our arrival after a long flight delay. Thank you very much. we found some good cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby. We should not have selected this particular room, because of our ages (early 70’s). I just reviewed the room photos, which are accurate. However, in hindsight: the bed was in the upstairs loft accessible by stairway at 44 degree; we had to leave bags at lower level; the shower is too small, about 24x30 inches. However, shower door opens to the inside (into your body). Also, I think the property owners (for any hotel or apartment) should contact clients directly after rooms are booked. Communication by direct email or text with the property would make travel much easier. Some property owners ‘do this’.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The location was close to the Navigli bars and the metro. Extremely clean apartment perfect for a quick stay. The bathroom was a little small, but it was manageable.
