• Eseohe (9/5): Warm, comfortable and well equips. - It was very cosy and lovely. Everything you need was provided for you and the design of the property was modern. Me and my family enjoyed the stay very much. Beds were comfortable and definitely worth every penny and will definitely book again. Photos shared was when we left x Only thing was the slight stale smell when you first walk in, which I think was a result of the heat as it was very hot. Also, the carpet I’d say needs cleaning, which could help with a fresher scent x

• Ian (7/5): - Appartement is big, close to service and transports, well equipped and comfortable. Cutlery and kettle were disgustingly dirty. Sink was clogged and overflowing when doing laundry. Also the noise from the downstairs cafe is very loud from 6 a.m. you hear every client coming through their noisy door.
• Vikki (8/5): Great position for the tube, roomy and comfy. - The proximity to the underground couldn't be better. The bedrooms were all a great size and the beds were really comfy. All the rooms had an upright fan which was very much appreciated in the heat. Amazing and helpful communication through booking. Com with the owner/manager. The cafe underneath opens at 6.30. It's lovely that you can smell the bread baking at 530 but the gentlemen customers that arrive first thing can be heard very clearly speaking of your in the lower bedroom, as can the traffic. Also the door to the apartment seems to be a place for men to congregate. Not so bad in the day but a little worrying if you're a group of ladies coming home at night and you need to ask them to move so you can enter your pin to get in. We went to the cafe opposite for a drink whilst we waited for the group to go on a Sunday night. It's not a deal breaker but I wouldn't advise a group of young women to stay here.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja, wyposażenie i czystość bez zarzutu, polecam, choć nie każdemu. - Bardzo blisko do stacji metra, lokali gastronomicznych, sklepów- wszystko w odległości spaceru. Ładny wystrój, dobre wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka. Absolutnie niczego nam nie brakowało i, mimo drobnych niedogodności związanych z hałasem, spędziliśmy tam bardzo dobry czas. Nie odejmuję za to "gwiazdek", bo dla nas nie był to duży problem, ale: 1. Apartament jest słabo wyciszony. Przez cały czas słychać przejeżdżające samochody. Do tego panowie pracujący w piekarni poniżej zaczynają pracę bardzo wcześniej i -zależnie od ich nastroju - budzili nas pokrzykiwaniem na siebie albo jakąś orientalną muzyką... Byliśmy jednak tak zmęczeni całodziennym zwiedzaniem, że zasypialiśmy mimo hałasów. 2. Schody - są wąskie i jest ich dużo. Już samo wniesienie dużych walizek na górny poziom było uciążliwe. Odradzam osobom starszym i rodzinom z małymi dziećmi! My podróżowaliśmy z nastolatkami i sypialnie na dwóch różnych piętrach nawet nas ucieszyły. Myślę, że w przypadku grupy znajomych też byłaby to raczej zaleta, bo zapewnia ciut prywatności. Po prostu zależy dla kogo.

• L (10/5): - Perfect location - so close to the tube station that it was easy and quick to reach everything, but a bit out of the centre so it felt like actually living in London! The flat was quirky and lovely. It was comfortable, and the host left sweet and welcoming extras. I loved the keypad entry - really convenient when travelling with a family of adults. Also, I highly recommend exploring the high street. We ate delicious cake from Al Bader cafe and curry from BFC, which couldn't be much closer to the flat. I wish I'd used a credit card for the deposit, as using a debit card caused me a few issues.

• Jane (10/5): Comfortable, Well Priced Accommodation in Great Location - Fabulous location, a very short walk to Leyton underground station which is on the Central Line and easy access to the city. We only stayed for one night ahead of going to Abba Voyage - easy access to the Abba Arena. We booked a car space separately on the road opposite the accommodation. Comfortable beds in good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and all that was needed for a short stay. Bath towels were on the small side

• Joanna (10/5): - A quirky apartment where every room seems to be on a different level. Ideal for a short stay. Very clean. Kitchen had coffee and tea. There's a Caffe underneath with a good coffee and a smell of freshly baked bread in the morning. Central line is just a 3min walk away. Great contact with the host, self check it and check out with no hassle at all The apartment is over two floors with quite steep and narrow staircase - it didn't bother us but might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. One of the single beds was shorter than a regular size- again, it didn't bother us but might be a problem for someone tall
• Rossana (9/5): Lo consiglio, comodissimo - Era tutto perfetto, comodo, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro. Riscaldamenti super funzionanti. La proprietaria ci ha risposto subito quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Tutto pulitissimo. Unica cosa, ci voleva più carta igienica, visto che eravamo in 4 e stavamo 6 giorni, ci ha fornito solo 3 rotoli. Però vabbè l’abbiamo comprato e risolto, proprio una piccolezza.

• Marloes (8/5): Een fijne plek om Londen te verkennen - Slaapkamers waren gezellig ingericht. De bedden lagen goed. Metro dichtbij, 2 minuten wandelen. Suoermarkt dichtbij en onder het appartement een koffietentje met lekkere taartjes. Het appartement was erg gehorig. We konden de gasten van het koffietentje horen praten. Rond half 8 sluit het koffietentje, dus wij hebben het niet als probleem ervaren. Na een dag Londen, misten we een bank om gezellig met elkaar te zitten. Je zou bijvoorbeeld een lange bank bij de eettafel plaatsen, zodat je er ook gezellig kan zitten.
• pep reca (7/5): Creo que no volveremos - La ubicacion aunque lejos del centro muy cerca de estacion de metro. Casa individual Nadie nos dijo que habia escaleras y no habia ascensor. Somos jubilados y nos costo subir hasta arriba. Le pedimos a los propietarios si podiamos entrar antes de las 15 h. porque el avion llegaba pronto a Londres y nos dijeron que ningun problema y pudimos entrar a las 12 o sea tres horas antes pero pagando 40 £ por estas 3 horas. Creo que ha sido una pequeña estafa.Me mandaron la ubicacion por google maps y nos mando a otra calle con mismo nombre y numero. Todo un desproposito

• Nick Shrayer (7/5): - Easy access to underground. Just 30min from the city center The appartment layout is very much not convenient. Narrow and steep steps lead to first flow from the entry. Getting suitcases up to the rooms is very much not easy. 2 rooms are on the 3rd flow, steep steps lead there. There are steps even between kitchen and dining room. The appartment is just above central road.There is a lot of noise all the time, late into night too. You should be tired enough to get asleep. Or at least close the window. But then it becomes hot. The kitchen is pretty much equipped but when we wanted to make fried eggs, there was no suitable pan. There is only one small frying pan which was clearly not big enough
• Gyozo (9/5): Lovely house for families close to the metro station. - Nicely renovated and well furbished small house very close to the metro station. Kitchen was very well equipped: microwave, stove, water heater, toaster, coffee machine, french press, utensils and plates, large fridge and freezer. Nice bathroom and 3 spacious sleeping rooms, one dining room. Loved the house, these are more for informative puposes. Lots of steep stairs, the house is on 3 floors, might be challenging for elderly. There are railings though. VERY slippery bath, even with the anti-slip matress one had to pay attention. Soap dispensers were empty by the bath and in the kitchen. Windows in the sleeping rooms can be opened only slightly. There is almost no proper window in the dining room, just a small one close to the ceiling.
• Carlos (10/5): Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. - All the information provided was on time and quite accurate. Following the guidelines, we had no problems checking into the property. Location is very good. Underground is just 2 mins walking and 10mins trip to central London (Liverpool Station). Property was very clean and with all facilities. Wi-Fi connection was great. You will get the whole house for yourself. Recommended. A+++ Nothing to mention
• Þórunn (6/5): Location good, cleaning needs attention - The location was fine, only a few minutes' walk from the nearest train and bus station. And only a minute's walk to a few small, local stores. All the neighbors we met were nice and helpful. Rooms were big and cosy, nice coffee machine, and almost everything you need for a short stay. Had a problem figuring out how the hot water worked, contacted the owner, and got a really quick response “Unfortunately, the cleaning does not meet the standard I was expecting. The floors were dirty, the carpet on the floor was just terrible, black from dirt, and a very bad smell in the apartment. Dust everywhere, the cutlery was dirty, and everything in the kitchen cabinet needed to be cleaned before use. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty upon arrival, and the shower soap finished after one day. The layout of the apartment was a bit weird and not shown properly on the photos in the booking.

• Wendy (7/5): We enjoyed the apartment and its location. It met the requirement for what we needed it for. - The property was easy to find and close to transport links. Good secure entry and rooms very comfortable and clean. The kitchen could have been better equipped with utensils/pans etc. Couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine.

The appliances and items in the house are of high quality and work very well. The house also has the necessary cleaning, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Very close to metro station (Leyton) and also bus station. There are many small and large (ASDA) markets around the house. The stairs are very steep and narrow. It may not be suitable for everyone. There may also be street noise when the room window is open. But we never worried about these.
• Belal (9/5): Amazing - The location is very nice next to an underground station, there are plenty of stores below and westfiled stratford is also very close. The property is very clean and all the facilities are available. The owners are very friendly and cooperative
• Kim (8/5): Loved the 3 bedroom apartment - Easy communication with the owner. Needed to book another night as suddenly arriving a day early, they were happy to help. Great location to public transport, local shops. Very good presentation and clean. Top bedroom views. Separate dining room. Nothing we didn't like. Maybe a drying rack for clothes. We were a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, one bed really not suitable as it was a toddlers bed.
