- Charles Fiamoncini (8/5): A estadia foi de uma só noite e serviu ao seu propósito. - O imóvel é uma casa (nova) de dois andares, alugados independentemente, no caso foi o térreo. A sala com cozinha, tem uma lareira mas não possui ar condicionado, nem aquecedor. A lareira, tem um pouco de lenha e fósforos se vc quiser tentar acende-la. , o Wifi é bom, pega bem. O quarto possui AC quente/frio e funciona bem. O local é perto da avenida principal e portanto de restaurante e afins. Tanto a chegada como a partida o contato foi somente pelo whatsapp. A TV fica sobre a lareira, numa altura incômoda. Há disponibilidade de toalhas, mas não de shampoo e/ou sabonete para o banho (havia um dispenser de sabonete líquido na pia). A banheira não tem hidromassagem (se tinha, o botão de ligar estava muito bem escondido). A garagem não é coberta (até tem, mas se tiver o outro apartamento ocupado, não dá pra deixar na vaga, pois é passagem)
