• Macarena (8/5): Habitacion 403 - Me encanto su ubicación, se observaba limpio Lo que no me gusto de las instalaciones fue que el baño se veía descuidado solo en la parte de la tina, las llaves de la ducha con Sarro,desajustadas y al girarla se desarmaba un poco, la puerta corredera del baño no se deslizaba adecuadamente y se trancaba. Al comienzo me costo poder regular el agua y ducharme. El frigobar de la habitación no enfriaba adecuadamente. El Desayuno estaba bien. Tenia variedad, era estilo Buffet. Solo faltaba que repusieran Pan. Sobre el personal puedo decir que fue amable cuando llegue al Hotel y pude hacer ingreso rápidamente a mi habitación

• Katya Neupokoeva (8/5): - Отличное расположение, удобная кровать, прекрасно спится, тишина, завтрак скромный, но есть все необходимое (хлеб, масло, сыр, вареные яйца, омлет, фрукты, овощи и кофе), персонал всегда готов помочь и пойти навстречу. Черный кот прекрасен! :) Некоторые перебои с напором воды по вечерам, невозможно купить зубные щетки и пасту на ресепшн (в номере нет гигиенического набора), простыня была с дыркой и в номере не было тапочек (пришлось ходить на ресепшн)

• Maria (7/5): - Очень хорошее размещение, близко к остановке трамвая, близко до всех достопримечательностей. Персонал приятный, очень вежливый. В марте в номере было невозможно холодно, приходилось постоянно включать кондиционер на обогрев. В ванной и туалете невозможно находиться, так холодно. В душе то нормальный напор, то еле идет вода. Завтраки так себе, разнообразия особого нет, много жирного (картошка, луковые кольца фри, картофельные палочки в панировке), десерты несъедобные, кофе порошковый в кофемашине. Белье не меняли ни разу за 5 дней, полотенца только если скинуть их на пол. Мы попали в Рамадан, из окон с 5.45 утра слышны пения, звукоизоляции 0.

• Aishah (9/5): Lovely hotel, excellent location and friendly staff. - We really enjoyed our stay at Acra hotel! The location was fantastic, close to the main tourist sites i.e. the Blue Mosque, topkapi place and Hagia Sophia within minutes walking distance, but without the noise and hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The hotel was clean and cosy, traditional and simple and felt homely. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk staff Younis and Emre (Mert), to the lovely cleaners who were all so helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate that you made our stay comfortable and we will hopefully be staying at the Acra hotel again in the future! Thank you and best wishes, Aishah and the Uddin family :)
• Raymond-Gabriel (10/5): - Am avut o ședere excelentă la Acra Hotel! Locația este perfectă – aproape de principalele atracții din Istanbul, dar totuși într-o zonă liniștită. Camerele sunt curate și confortabile, iar personalul este extrem de amabil și atent. Apreciez în mod special faptul că domnul Erdal ne-a ajutat cu parcarea mașinii personale chiar în fața hotelului, fără costuri suplimentare – un gest care ne-a făcut șederea mult mai ușoară. Recomand cu mare încredere acest hotel și cu siguranță vom reveni!

• Sakrettin (8/5): - Das Frühstück ist ziemlich gut. Wir hatten Wassermelonen und Melonen und aber auch andere Früchte zur Auswahl. Rühreier. Habe vergessen zu fragen, ob sie auch Omelette oder Menemen machen würden. Natürlich kostenpflichtig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuss können alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht werden. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Man hat uns gesagt, dass alles auf dem Tisch jeden Tag erneuert wird. Nix da. Das Wasser, was sehr wichtig ist, wurde nicht. Tee ect. haben wir eh nicht benützt. Obwohl versprochen, bekamen wir nicht das Zimmer, sondern ein Doppelbettzimmer für zwei Männer. Es ging so einigermassen. Ist aber eine Zumutung. Das 3er Zimmer der Frauen war wunderbar.

The room was large and clean and the hotel was close to restaurants and markets and 7 mins walk away from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern None

Try it for yourselves, you won't be disappointed. - The staff were very pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The location could not have been better. It was very central, close to all the main tourist sites and surrounded by high quality eating places which were inexpensive. The breakfast was an area for improvement. Some staff were very helpful, while others were slow to respond. The food was not always as fresh as possible and if eating late we had to ask for some foods to be replenished. Some staff were just not on the ball. Management was responsive to concerns raised.
• Gary (10/5): A great boutique hotel, perfect for a stay in Sultan Ahmet. - A really lovely boutique hotel in Sultan Ahmet, just a stone’s throw from major attractions. Staff were really nice and welcoming, and keen to assist. Our room was clean and tidy overlooking the Bosphorus tonight Asian side. Nearby restaurants had great food and atmosphere.

• Farjana (10/5): I would recommend this hotel and won’t mind staying there again. - The location is very good, very close to Blue mosque & Aya Sofia. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The lighting could be better to compete with the other new hotels.

• Andrew (6/5): Dissappointing - The location is very good and the beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the Bosherous. Fundamentally the pictures on Booking.com gave an exaggerated rise view of the reality. Everything is rather run down. Some specifics, room for three rather small and shower room as well. No shelves in wardrobes except one used for extra pillows and one for the safe. We had to ask for an extra suitcase rack so we could live out of that. Safe refused to open on 2 days but was fixed. Lots of dust under the beds. Teabags not always replenished. Breakfast was poor and often both food and hardware were missing or in short supply. The hotplates didn't work so hot food was tepid or cold. Same offerings or minor changes. Interesting to note that the same issues have been occuring for some time.

The guy at the reception sold me cruise package and it was found to be 50-60% more than the market price. Also the cruise he sold was different from the one we were sent to.
• Shafik (10/5): Great hotel and amazing staff. - Staff was good particularly manager Mr. Edal and the staff. They surprised my wife with a cake for her birthday and made it very memorable. Took good care of us. There was a pricing error that I had faced which has to do with Booking.com booking and nothing with the hotel experience. 1. I wondered why I paid euro 105/- when one extra night I booked for euro 80/- . I want booking.com to refund eu 25/- to my credit card. 2. Booking.com did not communicate properly that they just book and place a hold on the reservation and no amount has been charged to my credit card, but instead I was asked to pay at the counter with a different price after getting clarified from the manager.
