Check-in information was not provided, we had to call them at wait at the door for half hour. Now, they're also claiming we were more number of people than the booking, a false accusation trying to get to me for a broken old chair. So wrong...

The pillows were uncomfortable. One of the bedroom doors did not lock. The outdoor trash bin wasn’t labeled. Would’ve liked wash cloths and paper towels to be provided.
