• Catarina (8/5): Boa localização mas a precisar de remodelação - A localização perto do metro é boa e as camas eram confortáveis. O check-in é check-out automáticos são ótimo para termos flexibilidade de horários. As cozinha não estava e uma porta do armário estava a cair. A porta da cozinha e a janela da casa de banho não fechavam. Uma cortina na sala estava quase a cair. As tomadas eram velhas e saiam da parede. Não havia toalha de mesa. Não havia nenhum quadro/papel com informações como nos tinha sido dito na mensagem inicial. A porta não estava sinalizada com o nome que nos disseram.

• Pankaj (5/5): Disappointed with the stay - Size of the apartment and calm area 1) Check in instructions were wrong so we struggled a lot to get into the apartment. 2) For shower hot water was not consistant, it used to come for 1 min and then cold water 3) So hot inside could not sleep 3 nights back to back 4) Building lift is not kids stroller friendly 5) Apartmernt was not that cleaned 6) Location is okay okay, bit far from center

• John (5/5): Decent but unremarkable. - The property was very clean, Mixing valve on shower did not work properly. Property is fairly removed from heart of Milan. Handle on the front door broken. Instructions on entering the building unclear. There are 4 entrances here; which one?? (It was A).
