Guest Reviews
- Brianne (6/5): - Room was cozy. Parlour was nice. The sauna did not work even after waiting the 30-45 mins it barely heated up which was disappointing.
- Serrano (8/5): - The view outdoors was excellent, comfortable beds, unique decor, nice oudoor spaces with plenty of sitting, fire pits, Muskoka chairs and a sauna. Nice little extras, like smores kits at night and home made cookies and muffins for breakfast There are two restaurants near by, but only one of them is opened on Mondays. All other restaurants are 25 minutes away. The septic system was not functioning properly. The rooms have no windows, the only natural light come in from the glass on the entrance door, not a space for claustrophobic guest.
- Lauren (10/5): - Seamless check in and wow what a beautiful property! Exactly the relaxing getaway we needed. Thank you!
- Leon (9/5): -

- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb - Loved the proximity to the river!
- Frescura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (6/5): Very nice - Good location. Quaint. Cozy. Shoveled walkway from snow. Need sand or salt.. very slippery
- Parker (9/5): It was a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. - Having chairs by the river The room was on the small size
- Paula (8/5): We had a very relaxing time, thank you for a memorable stay! - The decor in the rooms and parlour is all stunning! Maybe you could do 1 baked good and add muesli for the yoghurt.
- Julia (7/5): My husband and I loved our staycation at the June- exactly what we needed! - Lovely decor, loved the sauna and river plunge! The fire pit was fun to be around as well. We loved all the hiking around Kimberly and so it was the perfect place to be out in nature with nice accommodations! We loved the parlour - a nice space to relax and play card with a tea after bed. We loved going to hearts for dinner- just a short drive down the road. And being able to be walking distance to beautiful hiking trails was amazing! We found the rooms to be on the smaller end. I wish our room had a window (other than the door window)- our room was side onto the river and I would have loved to enjoy the view from the room! But that being said we did have a great sleep in the dark room!
- Sergey (10/5): - If you're looking for a unique, trendy place to unwind with a touch of retro charm, The June Motel is a fantastic choice. It feels like a little slice of paradise and offers a refreshing break from standard hotel experiences.
Would absolutely recommend it for a fun, relaxing stay!
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Donna (8/5): Loved the room, parlour, and firepit - A little disappointed, only fruit was an apple??
Breakfast cookie was dry Breakfast.
- Zoe (9/5): Superb - Loved all the extra touches, comfortable sitting areas, breakfast from a local spot. It was a beautiful spot along the water. Rooms and bathrooms are tight (but super comfortable), during the summer it was lovely to spend time outside, in the winter it may feel smaller!
- Tulin (9/5): Superb -
- Shelby (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (9/5): Very cozy! We were there as a couple, but it would also be a great place to go with a group. - The breakfast was nice. The muffins were wholesome and filling. We loved the coffee machine. The coffee was delicious! The soap and body wash dispensers in the room were empty. For breakfast, seasonal fruit would have been nicer than the apples.
