• Joaquín Gaspar (8/5): Piso amplio alejado del centro - El piso es muy amplio, cuenta con dos cuartos de baño completos que nos sirvieron genial para nosotros que íbamos 5 personas. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Durante nuestra estancia no funcionó la cocina porque tenían cortado el gas o algún problema con el suministro. Nos dejaron una placa eléctrica pequeña que nos apañó para el café pero creo que este tipo de problemas no deberían ocurrir. El lavadero de la cocina, donde está la lavadora, está muy sucio y desordenado, mejor no entrar ahí. El mobiliario es viejo aunque luego te das cuenta que va acorde al estilo de la ciudad. En cuanto a la ubicación, está relativamente cerca del Castillo de Sant'Elmo pero para visitar la ciudad necesitas coger siempre metro. Es cierto que hay una parada cerca pero hay que considerar los tiempos de ida y vuelta para organizarte la ruta.

• Helene (8/5): Very good - The location, the cleanliness, the size of the appartment, the number of bathrooms The main bathroom smelled very badly, one of the beds was not in good shape, the walls did not provide any noise cancellation (could hear the tenants from upstairs), the entrance system requires a mobile phone with wifi (which might not be a standard met by newly arrived tourists)

• Shaniqua (9/5): Our stay was really lovely. The apartment was very spacious and located in an amazing area! - The area/neighborhood. It was extremely walkable and had a lot of great options around for food, groceries, and shopping. I get lost easily, but it was very easy to navigate; the space in the apartment was great (the fact that there were two bathrooms was perfect; the small bottles of dish detergent, soap/ shampoo and especially the small bottles of cleaning product so we didn't have to spend vacation money on many cleaning supplies. I also like having physical keys and virtual key options. At some points, the electricity switched off (it happened twice). It was an easy fix because the breaker box was right there in the living room. The issue was when the internet would go off and I didnt have access to the online key/key code. I believe the single key that was left was for the bigger door that gets you into the building, but I couldn't tell the exact key hole on the actual apartment door once we got inside, so we really relied on the online/ virtual key. I believe this wasn't the fault of the apartment quality, but because there was construction going on in the immediate area it affected the electricity only temporarily. Also, we were surprised that the apartment didn't have the most basic condiments like we are used to i.e.. salt (we eventually found salt), pepper, and sugar. Because of the heat (I am assuming) there were also these tiny little ants that would be in the kitchen, but it wasn't to the point where we were overly concerned.

Convenient location near the metro, good area with grocery stores and good establishments. very good and kind hostess) the rental service agency is also very responsive! The road to the sea, although not easy, is very picturesque) Thank you for this opportunity! Have a nice holiday everyone in the beautiful city of Naples))
