- Werner (8/5): - gute Lage für alle Ziele im Zentrum und am West- und Nordstrand sowie dicht beim Parkplatz B. Gute Ausstattung an Küchenzubehör. Gute Betten. Gutes Sofa und ein großer Fernseher. Die Wohnung befindet sich ohne Vorabinfo oben im 2. OG, sehr viele Treppenstufen zu steigen. Der Balkon Nordseite bekommt nur kurz vor Sonnenuntergang Sonne ab. Das innen liegende Bad ist schwer zu entlüften. Der Teppich im Wohn-/Schlafraum ist abgenutzt und franst an den Rändern schon aus. Die Beleuchtung im Eingangsflur funktioniert nicht. In der Küche ist eine Induktionsplatte nur für zwei Kochstellen statt für vier Kochstellen vorhanden. Generell: es gibt viel zu viele Kaninchen am Ententeich, viele Jagdobjekte für unseren Hund.
