The property was so hot and unfortunately the air conditioning doesn't go below 23.
- Tyrone (9/5): Lovely unit close to SouthBank - Great central location, close to everything you need. High enough floor to be above city noise. Would have preferred a king bed, but was very comfy all the same.

- Melissa (8/5): Overall, would recommend - Close proximity to the children’s Hospital and central to Southbank. Easy access to train station with good facilities. A good stay. The room definitely wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, particularly the bathroom and some noise being above the train station- but that was expected.

- Carol (9/5): Fantastic location from which to explore Brisbane and enjoy all that South Bank has to offer. - Fantastic location right next to a main train station (with direct connection to the airport & to Gold Coast) & bus station, supermarket, restaurants and bars, and one block from South Bank and the Brisbane River with its City Cats. You don't need a car, can travel everywhere easily by foot and public transport.
Apartment has everything you need, especially appreciate the washing machine & dryer on a longer stay.
Very quiet in spite of being centred amidst a lot of city activity that goes all night.
We love this place, it is the second time we have stayed.

- Karen (10/5): Southbank luxe - The position is first rate. No need for a car. Right beside the Southbank Train Station (but not in a bad way) & also on bus route & walk to city cat terminal at Southbank for river access.
Cafe strip in Grey St & all of Southbank cafes & restaurants.
Movie Cinema 3 min walk. Pubs & bars on the same steet.
Night market on weekends 500m away.
Multiple cuisines available within 300m walk.
Pool & gym in complex or walk to Southbank lagoon. No coffee machine in apartment (but easy walk to good coffee at French Bakery downstairs)

Would rate this as a two - three star at best venue - The staff next door at the hotel - not Cassa staff - were very helpful and friendly even though we were not in the hotel section Facilities need maintenance. Main jet on stove not working., table top cracked and covered with an old cover. Bed very uncomfortable with old worn rug. Cutting knives blunt and need replacement.
Property sits over the train line. Noisy.

I loved my short stay very close to the train station, close to where I wanted to go for work, I definitely will come back again for next work trip.

- Gary (8/5): Good room, great location, with plenty on transport options and places of interest close by. - Great location. Excellent bus, train, walking connections.
Room was generally clean, with all of the expected amenities. Key pickup was messy. Street address didn't match emailed pickup location we did a lot of walking around. I did ask at the nearby convenience shop (mentioned in the email) but they didn't know what I was talking about. Eventually called the host manager, who called the same shop so that could pick up the key. Whole effort took 45 mins of looking around and calling, on a hot afternoon.
Also, nowhere we could drop our bags off prior to room access, so had to cart the luggage around the city all day. We were aware of this before travelling, but still inconvenient.

- Eddie (7/5): Started Horrible ended up not to bad. - We had to pick up a key from a convivence store next door. We were given the wrong key it. After numerous phone calls and going back where we picked up the key, he could not help us. After a few more phone calls someone turned up with the correct key and we were able to start our three-day brake. Eddie.

- lack of bathroom hygene
hygiene and needs a DEEP clean in there
- no daily room refresh
- thin old towels
- no face washers
- no shelf for toiletries in the shower
- a hole in the dining table
- a freezer that seems to have never been defrosted
- threats of fines more than welcoming notes
- Air-conditioning that was not balanced throughout room
- an aged or cheep matteras
- a toilet that looks like its never been properly cleaned

It was extremely comfortable and located on 18th floor had a great view. - Location! Right next to South Bank station. Area felt busy but safe. - Room was in the Emporium residency side, not the hotel side. Hotel staff needed to redirect me to correct entrance.
- The mains power switch was the first switch in the room. When I got there and turned it on, I was worried by the "whoosh" sound it made, and wondered if the space was safe. I called the Cassa Team and they confirmed the first switch was mains power. this should have been mentioned in the arrival material.
- Given it was a four night stay, the little shower bottles of body wash and shampoo seemed a bit "token".
- only being provided two towels with no spares. Needed to request more.
- drains in bathroom sink and shower were clogged. Needed to request cleaning team tend to it.
- ineffective ventilation in the bathroom and a showerhead that is probably due for an update.
- not the comfiest mattress. quiet but springy.
The online and onphone Cassa Team did their best to provide service in a timely fashion, but it's not the same as having a concierge staff downstairs. I think the lack of care around the small details made this time something of a let down. closer to a bnb experience than a hotel stay. and at this price point, I would have expected better.

Just be aware you have to provide your ID through an online system to check in and the cashier at the Ezymart takes your photo when you collect the key - I was uncomfortable with this.

Lots of room in the apartment. A second key would have been very handy. Especially as it was required to access the pool deck. A couple of pool towels would also be appreciated given the overall cost of the stay.

Only one key meant we couldn’t come and go individually.
Cleaning not thorough: shower floor and inside bedroom wardrobe was a lot of obvious dust/dirt.
West facing apartment would be hot in summer.
- David (7/5): The apartment is nice, very clean and there is a nice pool area. The location is great - Arriving in Brisbane you need a car to collect the keys, we found the apartments but had to drive 7 minutes to collect the keys, then when we got there the keys were not there., so another amount of time for calls to be made to find the keys. We had to drive back to the apartments and go across the road to collect keys.
