Environnement calme Nous avons eu froid car les températures étaient basses pour un mois de mai et malheureusement nous n’avons pu allumer le chauffage car il est central et que normalement à cette période là il fait bon dehors

O anfitrião foi muito solícito respondendo dúvidas, ajudando com dicas e check in muito bem indicado. Bairro muito tranquilo, ideal para famílias. Por ser época de feira, o custo foi relativamente alto, porém, faz parte de eventos em cidades turísticas.

• Amira (10/5): Excellent logement, tout a été parfait. - Suite à notre séjour à Milan, nous avons logé dans cet appartement qui est tout simplement exceptionnel et bien au-dessus de nos attentes. Une cuisine ultra équipée, un séjour très spacieux, ainsi qu’une chambre et une salle de bain chaleureuses : tout était parfait ! De plus, le contact avec l’hôte Matteo est très simple et rapide. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme, malgré les grandes tours qui peuvent impressionner à première vue. Tout est très bien sécurisé. Je recommande ce logement à 100 %.
• Michał (10/5): - Wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt w Mediolanie. W rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i pokoje. Cicho, spokojnie, blisko metra, piękny widok z okna. Niedaleko kawiarnia i sklep. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem. Osoba bardzo pomocna. Wszystko wyjaśnione bardzo klarownie.

• Chandrasen Bhatia (8/5): Spacious and well furnished apartment - The apartment was well furnished and spacious. The host Mr.Matteo was very supportive and helpful. It is located in the outskirts of Milan and to find car parking was horrible experience.

• Gianluca (8/5): Buona posizione, ma rivedrei la pulizia - Posizione tranquilla a 10 minuti dalla metro. Posto auto fuori casa difficile da trovare ma comunque disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze. Appartamento al 4 piano con ascensore, condominio silenzioso. Al. Nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gelati, brioche e caffè. Proprietario disponibile. Pulito, ma qualche ragnatela qua e la l'abbiamo trovata, sopratutto in bagno e camera da letto. muffa all interno della doccia nelle vie di fuga delle piastrelle, doccia che non scaricava, si allagava il piatto doccia ed usciva acqua. Bagnoschiuma una bustina per ospite che bastava solamente per 1 volta. Dentro la doccia abbiamo trovato le bustine utilizzate da persone prima del nostro arrivo e non gettate dal personale delle pulizie tra il cambio di un ospite ed un altro. Pulizia non accurata, un po' superficiale. Cucina attrezzata.

• kiyoshi (10/5): Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni meravigliosi e ci torneremmo senza esitazione. - L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza meravigliosa. Sembra di essere a casa. Ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, stoviglie, tazze, tutto il necessario. Abbiamo viaggiato in auto, quindi avere un parcheggio privato presso il residence è stato di grande aiuto. In auto, potevamo fare la spesa nei grandi supermercati e nei centri commerciali in 5-10 minuti. Abbiamo comunicato solo via email, ma sono stati veloci, cordiali e disponibili quando necessario. Tornerei sicuramente in questo appartamento. Non è che non mi sia piaciuto, è solo che l'aria condizionata era un po' rumorosa. Ma averla è un vantaggio.

• Dmytro (10/5): Best vacation in Milano - Great place to have a rest. We have restaurants and caffe near flat. To metro just 10 minutes through wonderful park. In 4 minutes from apartments are Carrefour, but seems that there goods some expensive, so you can go to Lidl which placed in 20 minutes by walk. Perfect location to get all Milano sightseeing in 30-40 minutes. Definitely is a place to stay here with family It can be improved to give visitors slippers
• Masilda (10/5): Spacious, convenient location and cozy apartment, great stay and experience! - This apartment was more than perfect for our stay in Milano, spacious, clean, all the necessary amenities, great location just few minutes walking to the train station and then 15 minutes to Duomo. Nice people around the neighbourhood always greeting and chatting in Italian and giving the italian vibe and hospitality.Beautiful nature around, my two yr old daughter had so much fun watching squirrels from the window or in front of the building. Matteo was really helpful, i forgot keys inside the apartment few times and he always managed remotely to open the main door for us even on inappropriate time! -

• Rizalman (10/5): Superb host, amazing apartment in milan. - The host matteo was really friendly. He even contacted me a few days before my trip with complete guides, put up recommendations to good restaurants in the near vicinity, and promptly responded to my queries too. The property and the building itself were amazingly clean. Parking (free) was easy. Supermarket is about 5min walk, metro station is less than 10min away. The train ride is about 20mins to duomo. Really convenient. The apartment is nicely decorated, functional kitchen, furnitures and appliances are clean and new. The kind host provided milk, even some pastries, coffee pod, tea, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return if we ever have the chance to visit milan again. Highly recommended ! Nothing that i can think of, really.

• Carly (9/5): Superb - This is a great place if you have a car - it's a short walk to the Metro and tram lines. The apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, oil, etc. The host has thoughtfully written instructions on how to use the appliances. The neighbourhood is high-rise apartment blocks, and to me lacked atmosphere and a sense of community. The location is near a busy road - the traffic flows well and the noise is a low hum, but it was a disincentive to opening the windows.
• Saša (10/5): Exceptional - The host was great, apartment clean and nice. Location great, metro station is 10 minutes from apartment, and from there the whole city is close. If you go for the football game, San Siro stadium is very close, even by foot.
• Lucija (10/5): Great accomodation - Matteo was a great host with all the useful tips regarding his apartment. We had a great time at Milano, metro station is approximately 6-7 minutes walk and metro takes you directly to the centre of Milano. The apartment was very clean and cozy, with all the useful amenities and there's also a market nearby. It seems a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We are a family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.
• Vadzim (7/5): Good, in general - Generally, it was a very good apartament. A big TV with internet connection, good appliances, comfortable bed, a good location, nice window view, coffee capsules, milk, tea, the owner is very friendly, almost everything is clean. Note that Alexa smart speakers, installed in two rooms can record everything you say, and the owner can listen you remotely through the speakers. The shower cabine can be cleaner, the floor is quite cold, toilet cleaning brush needs to be renewed, towels are clean but hard as sand paper 🙂, some window roller shatters are broken.

Close to a convenience shop. 11-15min walk to the closest station. Huge living room space. Netflix, YouTube and Disney+ access. Clean apartment. Host was very helpful. He replies fast. Very detailed instructions on how to get to, and in and out the apartment. Very minor detail... There were stairs (maybe 6 steps) at the entrance of the building. It wasn't too bad, but we had to drag our heavy luggage up and down the steps (plus, we were tired of dragging them from the station). But once in the building, there's a lift/elevator.

• Daniel (6/5): Great apartment, but not sound proof. - It's a great apartment, spacious, fully equipped, clean, with nice views, and parking included. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The only flaw is the noise. You can here the traffic (not a problem) and more importantly the neighbours (having a chat, watching tv, using the bathroom, flushing the toilet).

Our stay in Milan was wonderful, after a whole day of walking around the city, we returned in the evening to a peaceful oasis. There you have everything to make you feel at home. There’s also a quite big playground in front of the building. Communication was top notch.
