• Carolina (7/5): Comfortable bed, but the cleaning could be better, the refrigerator in the room makes a lot of noise during the night - The room has nothing to do with the photos that are published. Cleaning was not 100%, because it was full of cobwebs all over the room. The bedroom floor was dirty when we arrived too.
• Hejmej (7/5): - Lokalizacja, pokój ok w miarę czysty Ciężko bardzo trafić do obiektu. Warto byłoby normalny adres i zdjęcie dać aby łatwiej było dojść. Ja po 23 musiałam kontaktować się z właścicielem jeszcze ciężko było się dogadać.

• Serenity (6/5): Ok for a 1 night stay when attending O2 area. - Close to the O2 area which is convenient for concerts. Bed was comfortable. Heating worked well. Provided shower products. Room relatively clean. Had a fridge in room. Property had an interesting smell to it. Bathrooms nd shower could do with a bit off a clean and cleaned bathmats. Had a slightly stagnant water smell in the shower (eggy). Area seemed slightly run down, however was close to buses that go to O2 area which was convenient.

• James (8/5): Best value room(s) in London. Why pay more if you’re a solo traveller. - Easy to find. Comfy bed and room. Kitchen was plentiful with essentials and more. Great value. 👍🏻 All good.
• Carla (5/5): - Easy check-in. Bathrooms were quite dirty, didn't even use the shower. Trash from a previous person still on the floor in the room. Not very soundproof, you can easily hear the people in the other rooms. Only really good if you need a cheap stay for a night.

• Incze (7/5): A great place to stay in London (at good value) - This is a great place to stay, considering that it is easily accessible in several ways, but mainly because it is very close to the DLR station. For this reason, I think it is ideal accommodation for those who want to explore the city but are not yet familiar with London. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the area is pleasant and quiet. The accommodation has everything you need and is very good value for money. Perhaps the only slight negative is that although it has everything you need, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to more discerning travelers, as it's not luxurious and things are a little worn. It's clean and has all the amenities, but on our third stay it was much more worn than the first time. Another thing that can be unpleasant is if there is a guest in the neighboring room who has a problem with their behavior, which is what happened to us last time.

Everything was okay, except the bathroom. There were other people staying there and they left the bathroom upstairs completely soaked and dirty. I wish the staff wouldve cleaned the bathrooms everyday but they didn’t.

• Renate (7/5): Saubere, preisgünstige Unterkunft in London für kürzeren Aufenthalt - Ausstattung zum Teil einfach - Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und ruhig. Durch die gut ausgestattete Küche konnten wir in Ruhe unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten, es war genügend Platz im Kühlschrank und in Fächern für Lebensmittel. Der Weg zur Low Rapid Train war nicht weit, um dann weiter ins Zentrum zu kommen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Zone 2 in London ,das ist recht gut.- Die Dusche war voll O.K., sofort warmes Wasser, und die Toilette auch. Wir hatten ein kleines Upgrade für das Zimmer gebucht und uns laut Foto! und Beschreibung vorgestellt, dass ein Schrank und kleine Nachttische mit Lampen im gebuchten Zimmer vorhanden wäre, was leider nicht der Fall war- In anderen Zimmern schon! Das war schon einmal bei einer Buchung, das wir nicht das bessere Zimmer trotz Bestellung bekommen haben, insofern waren wir etwas enttäuscht.- Von den Vorgängern waren leider noch ältere Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, diese sollten besser mit Datum gekennzeichnet sein.

• procip (6/5): - If you’re looking for a central location, this place isn’t for you, as it’s a bit far from the city center. If you want to travel by bus is about 1h:15 min to central attractions. The accommodation itself was simple and budget-friendly. No heating issues The check-in and check-out process went smoothly without any issues. On the first day, around 10 PM, a machine for drying bed linens or other items started running, which was a bit noisy being next to the room. As for basic hygiene supplies, things weren’t well-maintained. Hand soap, liquid soap, and shampoo weren’t replenished daily. I ran into this issue during the last two days of my stay, when there was no soap or shampoo available. There was supposed to be a clothes rack in the room, but it was missing. The room I booked wasn't in the pictures at all, and not a big room. The Bed is very low but if you don't have mobility issues I think will be ok

• Brendan (10/5): - Nice & quiet, grand & cheap. This was my second visit here. Shower head in upstairs shower room, it would not stay at the same angle as it was loose. The height could be adjusted up and down the wall bracket easily, but where the holder twists around for the angle of the head was loose.

• Carrie-Anne (9/5): Ideal for the o2. - Iv stayed here many times before. Great location for the o2, lovely part of London. Close to local shops, close to the DLR. Cheap and just basic for what you need. Rooms are basic so just bed, a desk and hairdryer. I’ll see you again soon Nothing tbh. Pay for what you get.

• Basirat (7/5): - To be honest I love this place, the kitchen had everything from utensils to cups for even babies, they had a washer and a dryer. And the guest were also friendly, unlike this place I am currently no utensils for eating no dryer 😭 and worse I wish I had booked all my stay here .
• Mohammad (1/5): - It was cheap I wanted a double room and booked it as such but when I arrived, it turned out to be bunk beds! I complained but couldn’t get the room I wanted nor a refund. Stay away they will bait and switch you. The room was also dirty and bed sheets sweaty. The neighbours were playing loud music so it would be impossible to sleep. I had to leave an hour into my stay and book another accommodation

• Pilar (1/5): Experiencia terrorífica - Mi estancia fue de septiembre 2025 y no me gustó nada. Me impresiona como un lugar con tal mal estado pueda estar abierto. Estoy segura que no pasaría las inspecciones habituales. La zona no puede ser peor ni más alejada. El contacto con el dueño resulta imposible. A mi no me dio otras opciones a pesar que le mostré fotos y video del estado de la habitación por via WhApp. No limpiaron la habitación. No realizaron el reembolso. Son literalmente una panda de ladrones. La puerta a mi llegada estaba rota. Tienen un único código que abre todas las puertas. Así que cuidado, no inspira ninguna confianza. La cama deshecha y rota, hacia un ruido infernal. Comida de anteriores huéspedes en la estancia. Baño compartido sucio. La ducha a veces tenía agua caliente y otras no. El tragante lleno de pelos, alfombra sucia y cortina de las que te abrazan llenas de moho. Si solo te puedes permitir esto, créeme no vale la pena pagar ni 1€. Al final el dueño me mandó mensajes por WhApp que son denunciables.

• Šárka (9/5): Good value for money, nice location - Both the room and the facilities were clean. The kitchen was fully equiped. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet with a nice park nearby and just a few hundred meters from a DLR station. Definitely good value for money and fairly cheap for London. Beds were creaky but that's to be expected with that sort of bunk bed. There was black mould on the bathroom ceiling. Steep narrow stairs leading to the upper floor are covered in thick carpet. Would be nice to have at least a small cupboard or under-bed drawer in the room.

• Agnieszka (5/5): Dobra lokalizacja, blisko kolejka i niedaleko metro, pokoiki małe - Miejsce z bardzo dobrym połączeniem z centrum, tuż obok kolejka a spacerkiem 10 minut stacja metra. Także dla lokalizacji to miejsce na plus. Bezpieczeństwo też spoko, bardzo blisko jest bazar gdzie są knajpki i przepyszne śniadania angielskie u JP's, fajnie że meldowanie bez kontaktowe, jest to wygodne. Niestety nie było czysto, gdyby lokal był zadbany i czysty byłby zupełnie inny odbiór miejsca, pokoiki malutkie także też miejsce raczej na noclegi a nie przesiadywanie. Warto zadbać o łazienki i kuchnie bo te miejsca wymagają poprawy.

• Pavla (6/5): - It was in silent area. But inside the room you hear everyone else in the kitchen or toilet. We had comfortable double bed, but don’t take bunk beds, they make sounds all night.
• Imminger (7/5): - Große Küche, dafür kleines Klo und Bad, doch Preis Leistung für London zu besichtigen einfach Top. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren weiter weg, daher eher schlecht. Kein Parkplatz vor Ort und die ULEZ Zone beachten bei Anreise mit PKW.

• Thu Thuy (10/5): Good experience, might book again - Easy self check in process. Our bedroom is on the ground floor so no need to bring our luggage upstairs (you can request to stay on the ground floor if you have heavy luggage). The ground floor had 2 bedrooms, our bedroom has a door to enter the backyard. (The other bedroom has a window). Bedroom quite small but it’s alright, it has a table and a chair. Suitable for short stay, we just want a private place to sleep and showering after going to a gig. Quiet neighbourhood, 5 mins away to DLR tram. These days, weather in London quite warm so feeling a little bit hot inside the room. Can’t leave the door to the garden opened overnight for ventilation cuz it might not safe.

• Danielen (8/5): Pleasant stay - I like the easy check in. There was an electric fan which made the heat bearable. I like where it was, because i used to live a few blocks away from it. Around 4.30am , there was a loud ringing noise from the toilet. Probably the pipes.

The number I phoned was incorrect and is only contactable on WhatsApp. Eventually managed to contact agent , the code given was incorrect and was issued new code which allowed entry. Very stressed after long day and was unable to enter until contacted office. Washing machines all full , I think they are there for show as has been mentioned in reviews. Ridiculous pillows.
