• Емелюшкин (10/5): Квартира супер - Квартира супер. Нас было 6 человек. У каждой семьи своя комната и душ с туалетом. Все чисто и красиво. Расположение квартиры тоже супер. Хотелось бы подольше остаться. На завтрак был перекус: кофейные капсулы, круассаны и сок. + после выселения согласились подержать наш багаж несколько часов пока мы гуляли.

• Anna (1/5): Never never again. - Lovely apartment. Our bags were stolen from the front office desk. Don’t don’t go near this place. We had 2 suitcases and 1 back pack stolen from the office. Nobody seem to know where the bags went. In 15 minutes we were left with no clothes and lots of other stuff gone, cameras on office yet nobody responsible. Terrible terrible experience.

• Rojas (10/5): - Location, location! Walking distance to everything important, restaurants, high end stores, Duomo and more. We really enjoy and loved everything. Super clean, super comfortable and excellent location. The apartment is in a Prestine condition. We Will definitely return.

• Guest (6/5): Disappointing - It was very spacious and perfect for 6 people. I had to message them a lot to ask about access and they didn’t respond until right before we got there. Despite the fact that they told us we could get there between 11-12, the room wasn’t ready until 1-2. There were fruit flies in the kitchen drain that came out when you ran the water. The air conditioner in the main bedroom leaked all over the floor. There were no extra towels to sop up the water. There was no extra toilet paper.

• Luiz Claudio (7/5): - Ótima localização, porém o apartamento não tinha Wi-Fi e outras questões relacionadas às instalações e conforto deixaram a desejar. Não ter Wi-Fi, não ter no banheiro local pra pendurar toalhas, papeleira etc., além dos travesseiros serem desconfortáveis.

• Brendan (9/5): Great location and stay! - Great for 3 couples or large families - very spacious and enjoyed our own bathrooms. Good location and comfortable beds / air conditioning. Although it had a kitchen, there were no utensils so we were unable to cook / prepare our own food.
• Teodor (1/5): Shit. - Nothing. Even AC doesn't work properly. The owner and management company are a scam. They won't issue an invoice if you need it. On top of that the apartment has been flooded and a big part of the wooden floor is missing, hiding under a dirty carpet.
• Marie (9/5): Great stay! Highly recommended! - Spaciousness, very clean and Very luxurious . Very close to the metro M2 which takes you to Milano Central. Watch out for the hacking spam messages. The owner realized that I am getting the messages, he quickly fixed the problem. Other than this, it was a wonderful stay.

• Guy (10/5): Exceptional - My family of 6 stayed here, 2 to a room, each room with its own bathroom. The overall size of the place was small, but the rooms themselves were sizable. The kitchen area was stocked with a basket of free snacks and juices. (Thanks!) The refrigerator was great for storing all other food, fruit, and water we bought from the grocery store. This was a great place to relax in the evenings and in between site-seeing outings. As for service, we arrived hours earlier than the earliest check-in time and they graciously allowed us to store our luggage at the facility while they were cleaning it from the prior visitors. This helped us so much! The location was good for exploring the local area and it’s a short walk to the metro. Note that we did find a taxi van outside of the Milano Centrale rail station and it brought us and all of our luggage to the property’s front door for < 15€. (A single trip metro ride is €2.20 as of this review) My greatest complaint would be the lack of communication until the day of our arrival. We asked several questions through booking.com but they never responded to any of them. The day of our arrival we received a What’s App message. Perhaps we should have sent out original questions through there. They were responsive from then on, but we were initially worried because we knew that payment would be handled on site rather than through booking.com.
• Viktoria (10/5): Cosy apartment equipped with everything you need - big bedrooms, each with own bathroom, everything very modern and nice -
• Radian (10/5): Overall it's a 10-point property, clean and excellent located - The location is not that big, but it is very comfortable. We were a group of 6 (3 pairs) and every pair had its own bedroom with its own bathroom (and that was quite important for us). We also had some small surprises from the property - some juices and snacks - which were quite unexpected and very nice to receive. The property was excellent, it's almost a hit. Except of minor issues (which I reported below) it's a 100% valuable property. Speaking about what can be done better, I can point to only two minor issues (and from my point of view they are indeed minor). In the bathroom: There were no towel holders in the bathroom in immediate vicinity of the sink (better say I can't find any holder in the bathroom). Not a big problem (we used the walls of the cabin to hang the towels), it's just an observation. In the bedroom: There was only one power outlet in the entire bedroom to connect electronic equipment. You can connect only one charger at the same time, or search for additonal power outlets in other rooms. Not a big problem also, just pointed to the issue. Overall, just like I mentiond, there are minor issues. The property is better than good.
