To make matters worse, we were only given one key card, which was the sole means of accessing our floor via the elevator. Since we were traveling as a group of three, coordinating access to the apartment became a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. While the location was ideal, the overall lack of customer service and support significantly detracted from our experience.

HE SAID NO AND WALKED AWAY. SINCE THEN, NO ONE CAME TO HELP US AND I CALLED HER BACK AND SHE DIDN'T PICK UP HER PHONE. SO WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING FOR AN HOUR AND HAD TO FIND OTHER HOTEL TO SAY FOR OUR LAST 3 NIGHTS IN VIETNAM. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND NO ONE REPLY MY MESSAGE. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL.COM AND ASKED FOR REFUND. THE LANDMARK81 TOLD HOTEL.COM THAT THEIR POLICY IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELATION.
