YvesChai (5/5): - 1.位置地點很好，2個商場就在附近，步行5-10分鐘就能到 2.城市風景不錯 3.房裡的基本設備算充足 1.房間清潔度有待提高，沙發還有上次入住的頭髮貼著，碗碟杯子還疊灰塵，桌子的食物污跡還沒清除 2.房間和客廳的冷氣開了1個小時後自動關閉，然後就完全打開不到了，直到第二天退房也完全無法開啟 3.電視機的聲音有問題，幸好可以連結藍牙，剛巧自己有帶藍牙喇叭，可以連結用上，寫著具備Netflix，但不具備帳號提供，和之前住居過具備Netflix的公寓不一樣 4.性佳比偏差，這3個問題，我已經覺得這價錢貴很多了，有點失望

Just needs some attention to the things mentioned above - Location Lack of basics like bath mat, hand towels, tea towel, reading lamps in bedrooms, safe deposit box, water jug in fridge, kitchen paper towel. Coffee pods not compatible with machine. Nothing was replenished in the 4 nights. Bins were full and no liners provided. The booking includes cleaning fee but not honoured. Apart from that it was a convenient place to stay
Charlene (10/5): Comfort, convenience and security wrapped up in elegant style and fabulous service - Super spacious, clean, elegantly designed and thoughtfully equipped apartment. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! Beds are large and very comfortable, with blackout curtains. The facilities are fantastic, with a gorgeous infinity pool, gym, sauna and steam room! Not to mention that this place is SURROUNDED by food options. We also loved that we could access Mid Valley Megamall and Gardens via the link bridge directly from the building. NA

Rina (6/5): Convenient location. - First impression as we stepped into the apartment, underwhelming. Was not as aesthetic as the photos provided. However, it’s practical enough. Constantly dusty, and only one broom left in the balcony, and I wasn’t sure if it’s for indoor or outdoor use. Aside from the one in the bin, no other black bin bags were made readily available.

The facilities are very good (gym, pleasant common areas), and the receptionist is kind; however, our overall experience was disappointing. As we were traveling with three young children, we had requested an airport transfer in advance. All the required information was sent multiple times, several days before and even the day before our arrival. When we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. We had to wait to get confirmation, only to find out that the hotel had not arranged the transfer. We then had to pay for an airport shuttle at a higher price. We were later told that the request had not been confirmed in time, which is difficult to understand given the multiple follow-ups we made beforehand. No commercial gesture or compensation was offered, and for our return, we were proposed a transfer at an even higher rate than the initial one. The breakfast was also very disappointing: extremely limited choice (only one dish per person), no juice available for children, and both the food and drinks were of poor quality. Finally, the cleanliness was not up to standard: stains on the bedsheets, a dusty apartment, and unclean dishes. In summary, despite good facilities, the service and overall quality are not satisfactory. A disappointing experience.

Dahlia (10/5): Very comfortable stay - The apartments were very clean, bed and furnishings were high quality, clean and comfortable, even includes a washer/dryer unit. The location is convenient being a short walk to a KTM station (Abdullah Hukum) and Midvalley/Gardens malls. Noise from the trains, though surprisingly it didn’t affect my sleep that much. There aren’t any restaurants nearby other than the ones at the mall so walkable food options are limited outside mall hours.

Anthony (9/5): An enjoyable stay at the ViiA Residences in Mid Valley KL - I had an enjoyable week long stay at ViiA Residence, the staff were very helpful. The location was some distance from the centre yet the metro system was less than a minute walk from the ViiA foyre, (and only 2 stops from KL Sentral hub (yes it is spelt with an S). Likewise to the adjacement mega mall which had everything you could dream off. The infinity pool on level 40 had spectaular views and the ground floor gym was well equipment and clean. I'm glad I booked here and would certainly stay at ViiA again. Although the apartment had everything what is needed for a very comforatble stay, there was sadly no welcome pack, furthermore, the furnishings looked a little neglected and sofa unconformtable and stained, likewise the wooded flooring looked a bit beaten up - all taking the sparkle from the high end contemporary feel. While the close proxmity of the metro system made the noise audible in the room. With all that said I'm glad I stayed here and would certainly do so again.

Amelia (7/5): - It's walking distance to the malls so it's easy to get food and groceries, but apart from that I guess you have to grab everywhere else since we don't have a car. The apartment is comfortable, with good water pressure on the shower. Overall okay. Everything is through whatsapp, like room codes or contacting the team and it isn't like lightning quick response too. We will not get cleaning if we don't stay above 7 days, but broom, waste bag, tissue papers were not provided. I had to ask for them and even then they didn't give me everything all at once. It feels like a luxury apartment that's not quite there yet.

Norman (7/5): Room for improvement - It's located across a walkway to Mid Valley Megamall and the Gardens Mall, where there are plenty of shops and dining facilities. My booking included breakfast, which was merely room service with a limited choice of dishes and drinks. It could be from outside catering because the food and drinks were lukewarm at best. What's worse, I ordered hot soya for my first day of breakfast but cold coffee was delivered instead. I could only raised the mistake via WhatsApp but nothing was done to rectify it. Another thing was that the Residence levied a charge for left luggage in its lobby. This chargeable facility should be made clear at the time of booking.

Nadith Kawshalya (7/5): Great location, but the cleanliness and customer service could have been better - The location is excellent with easy access to mid Valley malls and LRT The apartment could have been a lot cleaner (upon arrival), for example, we found empty bottles from the previous tenants as well as floor and surfaces dirty So we had to do our own cleaning before settling in Whilst the front office staff are friendly, we ended up having few issues relating to our request for a late checkout

Haris (1/5): The location is very strategic but the room cleaness is too bad. - I booked for 3 nights and the room is dirty, still got hair at the couch and bed of the previous guest. I also got rushes at my back and whole body because of midge bites.

Evelyn (4/5): It's a great place to stay but need some improvements. - The location is really great! Short walking distance to the mall, where we can easily get food and shop around. When first get into the unit the floor is bit sticky and I killed 1 cockroach (photo was sent to the reception immediately), the reception did housing keeping on the next day. I made reservation for 3 persons but only have 2 pairs of in-house slippers. The second night, cockroach crawled on my arm when I was watching TV then another running around around the TV area, I killed both and took pictures to send to the reception WhatsApp. This also causing do not feel safe and hygiene to keep our food on the table openly. The aircon directly blew on our heads and it was really uncomfortable during sleeping. Water pressure quite low even it was midnight. On the dining table, a tag mentioning to use the coasters to provided to protect the table's finish, but can't find them. It's noisy when the MRT pass by. Should have a little in the smaller room at least can place watches or spectacles of phone, currently with hanger rack and a bed only. Oh ya, the TV screen with dark and bright stripes.
