The east station is 7 mins walk lot of buses all around restaurants cafe every where It’s not really matter there is lift in the building it did not work but no issues at all

• Paula (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, very disappointing and I didn’t feel safe as the door to the apartment did - We didn’t like anything about this property. The entire building had a bad smell, the stairwell was dirty and the lift was out of order. The apartment itself was not clean and the lock onto the balcony didn’t lock. It rained heavily went we arrived and the balcony was instantly flooded. There was mould on the wall in the dinning area and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Nothing good to report. Thankfully we were able to go and stay with friends so we didn’t actually sleep there at all.
• Shaik (4/5): Very dissappointing - House is clean There is no lift and the apartment was on the 3rd floor. And the entrance was very smelly. So many steps to climb. Not value for the money.

• Melanie (3/5): Terrible. Could not stay longer for one day :/ - The space was nice and big. It was very dirty. And some mold in the living room and bathroom. In one of the beds there was a dead bug. The door did not lock no matter what we tried. There was definitely bugs in the bed bc I felt itchy and my mom had weird bumps. There was broken stuff on every room and some old stuff from other ppl. The toilet seat was broken.the fridge smelled like someone put rice in it. It was not worth the price it’s just a scam.
• Syed (8/5): Very good - Staff was helpful, property was quite good with everything you need it. This property is on 3rd floor isn't mentioned. Property don't have is on parking space. There is parking space you can park but as soon you drive in this parking you have to pay with the mobile application. There isn't pay station installed. Some mould have in this property need some more attention.
• Diana (10/5): Good value for money - The apartment is very well located, clean and with all the facilities we needed for a nice stay in London. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops near by and super close to public transport. My only suggestion would be to add darker blinds on the bedroom, as it is difficult to sleep well with so much light.

• David (5/5): We did not feel comfortable as there was a Iot if noise and an open door at the entrance. - Location is convenient for travel, ten mins from East Ham tube station. The property was on the third floor with the lift not working. Evidence of homeless people near the downstairs doorway and the front property door constantly open as the lock seemed broken. Also very difficult to locate the front door and i had to guess on the car park, which wasva Just Park area. This should have been made clear on the check in details.

• Agostinho (1/5): I don’t recommend this property at all - The property is located in a place very rough in my sight, I didn’t feel safe on the location, and when l told them that I’m not going to stay they turn against me, saying not going to refund.. the flat is 3rd floor and the stairs was very dirty, even the owner when he was taking me to see the flat, he want grabbing rubbish on the ground to put it the bin..

• Maria (9/5): Good stay, needs repaired/updating - We stayed for a week.. The beds were very comfortable and the living room/bedroom was very airy and bright. Long family sofa, a bit hard but comfortable. The separate bedroom had extra duvet, in the wardrobe and towels and a hairdryer in the top drawer next to the bed. The kitchen had a microwave, gas hob and oven (we never used it as dined out or Uber.eats, which I highly recommend the delivery service) I used the kettle and toaster daily which was convenient to start the morning off. Cleaning products provided. Tall fridge freezer which was ideal as Lidl was only a 5 mins walk away for essentials and ice-cream. All cutlery set and crockery provided. The guy that owned the flat replied to my messages and acted on any issues that I came across. The bathroom had toilet paper, cleaning products and hand soap and the extractor worked perfectly. Nice to have the balcony doors to open up in the living room. No smoking aroma throughout the living room unless you open the balcony door which the smell came from the restaurant downstairs (People sitting outside) Front door had a spy hole, chub lock and a double/triple twist lock. Very safe. Accessible location with plenty of food places up and down the barking road with Cafe Doro coffee shop for a treat. Walking in was unkept but because the main door was open at all times, the leaves and all were blown in. There were 43 partly carpeted steps (counted after my second day due to having arthritis in my knees) to the top floor flat (ours) Heard the neighbours when they entered their flat on the same floor. Every morning at 12.40am a loud noise would wake me up, sounded like a shutter closing ( had to buy ear plugs, which I've never needed until now and that helped a lot) The bathroom sink plug was not popping back out, had to use a knife, I messaged and told him but it wasn't changed, he was ok for me to use the knife. The shower in the bathroom was small, unable to fit under it as you normally would, so had to stand away and direct the shower head which was controlled by mixer taps and worked poorly. Same blind in the kitchen and bedroom, both let in the light as definitely needed a blackout blind for the bedroom (ended up pegging a blanket on to it from the wardrobe to get a good night's sleep) No hot water for 20mins but he came straight away to sort it. Some of the radiators worked, but I think they needed to be opened up or bled. The towel rail worked (which suited me) as bathroom was the coldest room especially for showering. The bathroom window was fully open when we arrived and needed to be closed but as it had no handle, used a spoon to grip the seal and pull it forward to close it, but couldn't lock but made the bathroom slightly warmer. The first night (jet lagged) I tried the TV but not much of a signal. He came to sort it but plugged in an indoor aerial, ended up watching YouTube but eventually by day 2 I got a signal and had it sorted. The location isn't the best but I knew this as I grew up around Newham The whole flat needs an entire freshen up. No decent sweeping brush/ broom, dustpan and brush or mop (ones on the balcony were unusable) A washing line provided but not sheltered.

• Sidiq (7/5): Overall good value for money and met our needs of a place to sleep. - Fantastic location close to where I needed to be. Found free on street parking both nights. Had a lovely desi breakfast at owners restaurant downstairs and received a discount. Mosque next door. Other shops and eateries on doorstep. Nice to have a balcony and fan as the weather was hot. Beds and pillows were comfy. Fresh Clean bedding and towels. Communal areas need to be improved, cleaned and redecorated. Lift not working and we were on top floor, elderly or disabled would struggle. Main entry door was broken and left open overnight which makes the building insecure. The bathroom and kitchen need updating and better cleaning. The laminate flooring looks tired. The whole flat could do with a deep clean and new decor/ fresh paint. The Sofa bed was very dirty and stained. Bath sealant etc dirty and messy.

• Gayatree (7/5): Decent place - The apartment is good, spacious and decently equipped. Third floor, without elevator. The corridor was a bit smelly.
• Sakshi (8/5): Satisfied - I loved the apartment. It was having almost everything that we need for staying. Fully equipped. Really nice experience over there. The cleaning part, i did not like very much, especially they did not clean and change the sheets on a regular basis.
• Vladislav (8/5): Nice clean flat (but smaller than advertised) - There's plenty of shops nearby. Subway is nearby and bus stop is just in front of the entrance. Flat itself is very nice and clean Nice view from the balcony to the city and neighborhood Stairs to the flat and building itself is scary AF. It's dirty, smelly and looks like homeless people lives there. Flat has living room combined with kitchen + 1 rom, not two rooms.

• Saj (8/5): Very good - The balcony was the standout feature. Host was extremely welcoming and attended to our needs straight away. Everything was extremely convenient. Parking on site, and u don't get parking in London without having to fork out extortionate amounts. Bedroom a good size, clean environment, disappointed lifts didn't work but the host helped with our luggage which i thought was a kind gesture. The hallway could do with some TLC. Overall, very good experience. Hallway and lift not working.

• Lal (8/5): Brilliant place, lots of food and pray options around. Only downside for us was to use stairs for 3rd floor. Overall ver - It was really nice and spacious. Plenty of space if you’re travelling with children. Room’s really neat and clean. Kitchen very well maintained. Washroom was nice and clean. Mattresses were not great quality. TV didn’t work but I never contacted the staff for it so that’s not an issue. My room was on third floor and lifts did not work.

• Gulraiz (10/5): Exceptional - I'm glad to stayed at the Simply Relax Apartment in Eastham London for 20 days. It's great that the location was convenient for me .being very near to the market and a beautiful mosque for Muslim people. I could highlight things like the cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and overall experience during my stay. It was really a good apartment .
• Krisztián (10/5): Exceptional - Nice spacious apartment, warm and friendly welcome. The owner was very attentive and easy to talk to. The apartment is situated 5-10 minutes walk from the underground so your travel to city centre is sorted. Free parking throughout the day, which is a massive plus, so you don't have to deal with lonson traffic. It is easy to find and easy to get to straight form the motorway. We really have enjoyed our stay here.

• William (10/5): Exceptional - Will stay here at every opportunity when I'm working nearby, full apartment with keys, this isn't a hotel and is much more like an airbnb, the host was very attentive and available at all times if I needed to give him a ring.
• Arzoo (1/5): very bed dont waste your money you will cry for every single legit money you will waste renting this property - There was nothing to like about the property. They advertised two rooms, but in reality, we were given only one room and a bed placed in the dining area. The dining chairs were in poor condition, wooden, and felt shaky due to broken springs, creating a fear of breaking while sitting. The kitchen was dirty with numerous stains, and all the plates either had broken corners or significant scratches in the middle. The bed in the dining room was uncomfortably springy, resembling nothing but springs. The master bed, labeled as large, was not genuinely large, and the pillows were so hard and uncomfortable that they could be used as a sandbag for boxing. The TV had no sound, emitting only a strange noise when turned on. The main door was shaky, giving an impression of insecurity. Despite our attempts to contact the staff, they never answered the phone, causing us to waste 20 minutes running around to hand the keys to someone before leaving.
• Vinu (8/5): Neat and clean stay with some sort of discomfort regarding parking and no lift. - The apartment was comfortable, clean and neat with most of the facilities included. Staff was friendly but lack bit of communication skills.. The apartment was in third floor without a lift which wasn't conveyed to us by anyone related to this property. Family like us having infants have a lot of trouble carrying things up and down. Second but not least there is no onsite parking or paid parking where you can securely leave your vehicle at night.
