• Ema (10/5): - Clean and comfortable apartment with plenty of space. The location was excellent and well connected to various transportation options. The bathroom sink was unusually high for an average-height person.
• yohann (10/5): - C'est un petit coin de paradis ! Le logement est vraiment parfait ! Tout le confort, les draps propres, le lit douillet, la déco chaleureuse, le café... On se sent vraiment à la maison, en mieux, c'est très cosy ! Pas loin de tout : métro, bus, restaurants, bars mais pourtant très calme. Le matin sur la terrasse avec un thé sans bruit avec de temps à autre un renard, un écureuil, un chat... Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les animaux, ne vous inquiétez pas, c'est rare. Juste un petit coin où on peut décompresser après une journée dans la foule. Que du bonheur !!! Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié ? RIEN ! C'était trop bien 🤩

The location was perfect, in a quiet street just off a bustling high stre - Ideal location in a quiet street just off bustling street with plenty shops and restaurants. Clear instructions for arrival and throughout from the hosts. Well decorated and maintained in a clean tidy condition with all mod cons. Ample central heating and hot water to keep place warm. A quaint garden with small table and chairs so could eat outside. Decent sized kitchen with all equipment provided. Smart TV. All good

• SANDRO (9/5): - Alloggio molto pulito, cosa abbastanza rara a Londra, molto ben tenuto, con arredo in ottime condizioni. per esempio le stoviglie erano tutte dello stesso tipo come i piatti e la biancheria, davvero piacevole. L'appartamento è comunque un seminterrato con un bel giardino posteriore che gli da luce, abbiamo lavorato spesso in casa ed è stato piacevole. ma è sotto il piano stradale nel "basement". Il prezzo come tutto a Londra è caro.
• Egglestone (8/5): - The location was fantastic, the flat itself was beautiful, clean and well presented. The steps down to the flat are dangerous and should be something people are warned about. The flat is dark and if the bedroom had privacy blinds or lace the curtains could be opened during the day.
• Agata (10/5): A perfect place for both shorter and longer stay in London - The apartment is located in the heart of Islington, thus you have plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes within walking distance. At the same time, as it is not directly on the main street, it was really quiet. The apartment itself is quite spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, including variety of teas and coffee pods. The small garden in the back was super cosy, perfect to have a breakfast or dinner. As the apartment is located on the basement floor, it was really cool in there which was a huge bonus for us, as during our stay temperatures in London were around 30’C The staff were very helpful, we were provided with clear check-in and check-out instructions. They took care of every detail of our stay and made sure we felt comfortable.

• Clara (9/5): Nicely furnished well located Islington basement flat - I liked the location it was clean the bed was very comfortable it was nicely furnished with everything we needed. the sofa was very hard and not comfortable to sit on ( I know it was also a sofa bed and they can be hard . I didn’t like that there were workmen drilling all weekend stopped on Monday started around 8an Saturday and Sunday they were right outside our bedroom window so our sleep was really disturbed . Not the owners fault but not pleasant and do egging the owner must take into consideration. The WiFi is not strong I. The property we noticed this o. The tv and our phones but I have discussed this with the owner . I did feel compared to other air bnbs I’ve stayed in and looking at others I. The area I do feel the price could be reduced . I feel the owner should put privacy blinds up in the bedroom as people passing from the street can see into it as it’s a basement flat . We had to keep the curtain shut and they’re black out curtain so no natural light during the day.

Upper street has great restaurants and shops. The flat itself was larger than I expected, was great to have creature comforts of home while travelling. Would highly recommend
• Donnzz (8/5): Fabulous little self-contained apartment close to everything - Lovely little flat very close to Angel Islington. The bedroom is very spacious with a comfy double bed. The sofa converts into a relatively comfortable extra sleeping option. There was plenty of tea and coffee for our stay and all the cooking facilities we needed. Our host was easy to reach and the check-in and check-out was well explained. The shower was very small and the hot water could cut out at times. A thicker mattress topper would make the sofa bed more comfortable.

The space was darling and had everything we needed and more! We didn’t even get to enjoy the previous patio area because of the time of year we traveled but I can only imagine it would be a lovely place to relax with better weather! The host was responsive and informative! Not even something I didn’t like but something I think could be a challenge for people if not aware. The way down to the door is steep and narrow if you have big luggage or kids/strollers it could be a little difficult to get down and in the door. There is a railing to hang onto the whole way down and a good sized area to get the keys and get into the property tho!

• Jacqueline (10/5): Perfect Flat in a Residential Neighbourhood convenient for all London attractions - An extremely comfortable flat in a quiet location, close to transport and shops. Perfect for exploring London as in a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access by public transport to the main London attractions. The flat is perfect for a couple. Well equipped kitchen and good sized fridge. Plenty of hot water in shower and three individual radiators keep the flat toasty and warm. The lookout from the small dining table is onto a small garden so it is a pleasant outlook for morning coffee or indeed anytime of day. There is an excellent coffee machine with ample tessimo pods and milk provided. The hosts have thought to provide plenty of additional supplies like replacement toilet paper and paper towels, pepper and salt and olive oil. Our stay was for nine days so we appreciated these extras.. Overall the hospitality and service from our host was excellent and we felt most welcome as guests in the flat. One of the best places we have ever stayed in London and we frequently visit family there. Well done 11 Florence St Islington and many many thanks. Absolutely nothing

Great links to centre of London and enjoyed amenities more local to flat, too. Great break - feel spoilt! - a big Thank You to you. Would like a row of coat hooks over bathroom door and somewhere to put wash things to protect that beautiful washbasin surround in wood.

The Agent/Owner is not someone you want to have any kind of dealings with! - Apartment was nice in a good location There was some minor errors on my part with timings of the booking etc. All very easerly fixed. Instead this person created an incredible drama. Horrendous!

The couch and the bed were comfortable. Everything was easy to use and find.. Minutes away from the high street to do shopping. Additionally, 24h petrol station few feet away when I got late craving A few suggestions are to add an extension wire in the bedroom as I like to use my phone whilst charging. Secondly, need to put a sign on the gate saying the door number because a lot of the delivery had troubles at night ti Other than that, it was perfect
