Guest Reviews
- courtney (4/5): Same as previous comments - spiders, broken AC, old. Just stay in Port Fairy. -

- Mahsa (10/5): -
- wendy (8/5): - Cute and comfortable. Detailed information and directions prior to stay was very useful otherwise property could be hard to find. Take the time to read info before you stay. Take basic supplies and bottled water. Just remember you are staying in a tiny house ok for an overnight or short stay.
- Natalie (8/5): A great relaxing get away in a cute tiny home - The location All good
- Digby (2/5): Disapointing - No coffee or milk Weeds on steps
Dirt cupboards
Dirt floors

- ANGUS (6/5): - The location was very nice, very good view and close to town. Was not very clean, lots of hair and dust everywhere. Host contact wasn't particularly friendly or helpful over text.
- Barbara (4/5): Would not stay again due to lack of space and comfort inside. Cabin is the length of a car and the width of a trailer. - Quirky idea of renting a small patch within a large farm area. Nice to allow the dog inside.
Only a 300 ml bottle of drinking water on arrival. I did not buy any because I carry my own, plus a comfortable chair. Did not like a cabin too small to move in comfort, placing belongings on the floor, nor the toilet of limited functionality. Stopped flushing after one day. Proper plumbing is needed for renting overnight accommodation, not a caravan toilet.
- Nick (4/5): Dissapointing for the price. - Nice enough spot near port fairy. The horses and donkeys were very fun! Very dirty, no basic amenities like coffee. The room leaked when it rained.
- Dilan (10/5): amazing - it was nicely loacted between port fiary and warnabool gives you easy access to many local attractions.
clean and tidy places
There are horses in the land next door, which was nice as they come close to where you stay.
- Barbara (7/5): Good - Very very comfortable bed.
Livestock were cute and they provided carrots for them to eat. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Shower glass dirty, someone else's debris surrounding toilet. Dirt and dust in outside shower area. Just generally grubby. Only 1 black tea bag for my husband and I. Couldn't use the 2 drinking glasses as they hadn't been cleaned properly. Toilet working initially then didn't. Tried to ring host to let her know about it before we left next morning but no response.
Loads of cobwebs on exterior of house. Run down outdoor table and chairs. The highlight was the bed. Super comfy. For $309 for the night, it could've been at least clean.
- Darcie (8/5): Very good -
- Ebony (6/5): A step up from glamping, but less space - Hazy sunrises were lovely and there was a great sunset before a spectacular thunderstorm - excellent view of the lightning from the floor to ceiling windows.
A short drive into Port Fairy.
The host was communicative.
The rabbits out at night were cute.
Grateful for the aircon.
Very comfortable bed. Hot showers! Tiny is correct - it has a minimum of everything you'll need but there's nowhere to put luggage.
In essence a caravan in a paddock, which rocks in a strong wind. Not a picturesque location, don't expect a quaint farm (at least not when it's all dry in summer). The front half of the neighbouring property is a like a tip but you can't see that once you're at the trailer fortunately.
- Alison (9/5): Lovely farm stay. Amazing to lie in bed watching the horses feeding just outside - Lovely spot, really different experience and very comfortable It would be best to confirm if the traveller is intending to bring a dog earlier. That is the only reason I booked this place and to have the email from the company acting on behalf of the owner the day before saying I needed permission caused additional stress. Please change the process to grant permission at time of booking, or at the first message.
- Kathryn (10/5): Absolutely beautiful and comfortable retreat - cosy, clean and very private -
- Andre (9/5): Unique experience with great views, good rest-stop between Adelaide and Melbourne. - Convenient location - just off one end of the Great Ocean Road drive. Great views - stunning scenery in the background, grazing cows, hopping rabbits with tall grass surrounding your own little patch of space with a fully functional cabin in the middle. Ceiling to floor windows means you wake up with a spectecular view. If the skies were clear, pretty sure it would've been great for stargazing too! Host was responsive and helpful which made the stay even better! Nothing! We had a great stay!
