• Olga (10/5): - Очень удобное расположение. Рядом маглев, метро и другой транспорт. В том же здании ТЦ, можно закупиться перед отъездом. Напротив вкусный Макдональдс. В номере понравилась хорошая звукоизоляция и сантехника. Унитаз с автоматическим смывом и ультрафиолетом. Чисто, уютно. Единственный минус - от ресепшена наверх ходят два лифта. И только один из них (правый) в сам отель. Если ехать на левом, то придется спускаться и садиться в правый, т.к. он ведёт к другому отелю, вы просто упретесь в глухую перегородку.
• Paladd (8/5): If you’re looking to travel by maglev, here’s your place. - Location: it’s only few steps to Maglev Station and a mall as well. Staff: they were very attentive and great attitude. They tried to serve on what we were looking for. Thanks for that! As Thais, we do like cold water. But there was no refrigerator in the room.

• KasiRa (8/5): เหมาะกับการพักเพื่อไปต่อ - โลเคชั่นดีมากครับ ติดสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินและ Maglev train แค่ตอนออกจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินจะงงๆ หน่อย เพราะว่าไปถึงค่ำและบางประตูปิดแล้วเนื่องจากสถานีอยู่ใต้ห้างสรรพสินค้า เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องการพักเพื่อเดินทางต่อในวันรุ่งขึ้น ส่วนห้องพักและห้องน้ำสะอาด มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานเพียงพอครับ ราคาแรงไปหน่อยเมื่อเทียบกับห้องที่มีวิวเป็นหน้าต่างห้องอื่น แต่ถ้าแค่นอนแล้วไปต่อก็โอเคครับ

Напротив круглосуточный Макдональдс, что в условиях отсутствия завтрака очень выручило. Номер немного не свежий, имелись небольшие повреждения мебели. Не сразу подключился вай-фай из за иностранного номера. Мне помогли в гостинице, но было заявлено, что вай фай есть, но получить его оказалось не очень просто. Шумоизоляция не очень: слышно шаги проходящих по коридору

It's about a 3-star hotel quality.

Гостиница в здании вокзала Найти на вокзале отель самостоятельно не возможно. Нет никой вывески и указателей Отвратительный персонал. Заселяли нас около 2-х часов, хотя мы были единственные на стойке. Казалось что девушка нарочно ничего не делает и звонит по телефону по личным делам. Сотрудники совсем на разговаривают по английски - только через переводчик С карты привязанной к букингу деньги не списывают, оплата только наличными или вичат Интернета в номере фактически нет - чтобы он заработал нужно ждать сотрудника, мы прождали час. Пришлось идти на ресепшен ругаться, брать сотрудника за руку и вести в номер. Но оказалось что если выйти из номера и пойти гулять, то процедуру подключения нужно проходить снова Брали отель на пересадку чтобы погулять по городу, с итоге из-за сотрудников отеля их медлительности времени на осмотр города совсем не осталось ( Дверь в ванную и туалет не закрывается - нет замка или защелки никакой. Когда пытаешься прикрыть, то она сама потихоньку открывается

• Sina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location. Right next to subway station. Staff are so lovely, kind, respectful, courteous and humble. Language barrier was a breeze with their phone. Value for money. There is a washing machine on L4. . My room was cleaned every day for me with fresh towels. It would be lovely if fridge was available in rooms. But no biggy. Shopping and food is right next to you.

• Alexandru (2/5): Awful quality for money - The location is great for trips to and from Pudong Airport, right outside the Maglev station, impossible to miss. The room itself was clean. The WiFi did not work. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though I had booked a non-smoking room. The walls and doors were paper thin and I could hear doors slamming & people shouting at 2am. Staff did not help with any of the above, nor did they speak any English. Lifts & hallways were dilapidated and filthy. This goes for roughly the same price as 4 star hotels in the city centre which I can't justify. Any hotel on metro line 2 will get you to Pudong Airpot just as easily.

• Aleksei (1/5): The horrible experience, never book the hotel. It is havely overpriced - The room was clean, that is the only advantage of the hotel. A horrible location, no one speaks English, noise, the internet doesn't work, and the smell of renovation. I left the hotel after a day of staying, you can find a way better for the same price. Looks like they are catching silly foreigners like me, but suggest a fair price on the local platforms.

• Gail (6/5): Pleasant - Staff were polite, helpful and efficient The location was good in the sense that it was only 1 MRT stop away from the Expo Centre. However, it was extremely hard to locate the entrance of the hotel from the car and there was no pickup or drive in area so it was hard to call a cab too.
