Kon (4/5): - Location was great. View was amazing at night. Didn't respond to emails when we let them know the clothes horse was broken, there is a terrible howling/whistle that comes through the main door that makes it unbearable to sleep or rest. Batteries in tv remote were dead. Lifts were constantly out of service and had to wait up to 30 mins to go to other levels, ie ground or carpark. Extra charges for security deposit not voiced till onboarding. Would definitely not recommend to anyone i know and will not return.

Trudy (7/5): We were expecting luxury but got budget accommodation with stained furnishings and lights that didn’t work - The building and location It was worn, scuffed, stained and very drab - so unlike the photos
Janean (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The views of Melbourne are sublime. Easy walking distance to all the attractions, Melbourne Central train station and shopping center. There is a Woolworths at the end of the road. Easy walking distance to Flinders St station and South Bank. Lygon St is easy walking distance if you love food. Marvel stadium is just down the road. Only thing I would say is, there needed to be more toilet roll. 2 rolls for 2 people for 8 days wasn't enough.
