• Anatolii (3/5): - We stayed in this apartment for 4 days, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The strongest issue was the unbearable smell inside the house. It seemed to come from the age of the building or the materials it was built with, and nothing could cover it. The odor was so overwhelming that we had to sleep with the windows and even the front door open just to get some fresh air. The apartment is located near West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, which is convenient, but despite the location I would never recommend this place to a friend or anyone else.
• Jonathan (10/5): As close to perfect as we could have asked for - The location was perfect. Just the right distance away from the busy roads, and close enough to where we needed to go. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable common rooms for our small group to feel at home. The private parking was an added bonus. No complaints from any of us. This place is perfect.

• Cathie (7/5): Big home in great location. Needs work - would be amazing (& much better value) with some TLC. - Great location. Lots of space (huge bedrooms!). Lovely historic features in the home. Responsive host. Good to have parking (although its super tight). Easy-to-use & effective heating for a winter stay. Looks better in the photos. Very overdue for a thorough 'spring' clean (windows, walls, floors, appliances etc all quite dirty). After a day of wearing socks around the house, the undersides were black! Lots of basic maintenance/repairs need doing (has an 'incomplete renovation' vibe). Front door code-based lock is temperamental, always took a few attempts to unlock door. Like most properties of a similar age, there's poor soundproofing with the unit below (so you can hear talking, toilets flushing etc). There is also a distinctive (although not overly strong) kind of musty smell in the home.
• Sarah (10/5): I recommend this apartment! - The location was perfect. Right by the beverly centre with target right across the street. My friends and I loved the apartment, it was so spacious & beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the outdoor steps with our suitcases, but that was maybe our own faults for overpacking!
• Jaimee (8/5): A fantastic place to stay near WeHo - A very spacious and comfortable home in a great location. Close to many stores and restaurants and easy to uber to and from. The accommodation was much larger than we expected and fit 6 adults very comfortably.

I really loved to stay at the apartment with my associates.. Overall it was perfect, but the sofas to sleep on in the living room was very small and not so nice to sleep on.

• Bounsamay (4/5): Would not recommend this place. The mildew stench was horrible. Everything smelled like mildew! - Location was excellent, near shopping center and stores. The property is private with a secure gate code. Unit is spacious with plenty of room. New appliances and modern kitchen. The property owner was easy to contact. The property had a terrible mildew odor which made it hard to breath. The place is cute but old and needed a lot of fixing. The pictures make it look better than it really is. It was dirty and dusty. The bed set and towels smelled like mildew, we had to wash them before used them. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The WiFi wouldn't connect to the TV. The lock box worked half the time, had to call the property owner to open the door.
