- Youssef (5/5): Not bad - The place overall The bed sheets were dirty also the quilt had dry blood on it. So I was very disappointed that house keeping didn't change the sheets pillow covers also not any of the bedrooms were refreshed.

- Abdullah (1/5): SCAM - This was a scam! - I booked and fully paid for the place , after I arrived they refused to check me in and said your booking was cancelled, long drive the a 3 hours waiting in the lobby just to go back with nothing ( DO NOT COME HERE ) if you like the resort go directly to osais and book with them officially. SCAM
- Zoe (5/5): It was okay. But I was grossed out by the cleanliness of the bed and all the wasp nests on the balcony. - I liked the modern aesthetic of the place. Lots of kitchen utensils as well, helpful for making different meals. - Cleanliness: Not only was there one long black hair in the bed but there was two.. pretty gross. There was also blood on the doona cover.. really wasn’t happy with the cleanliness. - Wasp nests everywhere on the balcony. My partner and I went to sit out of the balcony, we pulled back a chair each and 4 wasps came out. One stung my partner. Good thing he was anaphylactic, otherwise things could have turned really ugly. We never opened the balcony door after that. There were about 7 nests under the top balcony where the bedroom was, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there were more under the table/chairs. Very very dangerous.

- Joanna (9/5): Beautiful place to stay that had everything we needed. - Good location, beautiful villa, great having two bathrooms with another toilet downstairs. Beds were not super comfy, nowhere to plug in chargers etc in bedroom (power points behind the bed).

- Sue (5/5): Due to unhygienic practices on this occasion , I would not stay again. - The property had a great outlook and was modern. One of the bath towels and bath mats was dirty from previous visitors.. they obviously hadn’t been changed. It made me concerned that maybe the bed sheets hadn’t been changed either. None of the bedside lamps were plugged snd I had to move the bed to plug them in. None of this was acceptable for the cost of the property.

- Lawrence (10/5): Lovely relaxing 2 night stay - Attention to detail & quality appliances also good supply of food essentials I.e foil, cling film , oil, coffee, sugar salt etc . True to the pictures on display on web page The gas fire after following the institutions to the later on release of the button the pilot light went out & when a match was lit it threw my husband back & singed his arms & hair so be very careful .

- Neil (8/5): We had a great stay in the Hunter and the villa was a central part of that for a freinds catch up. - The villa within Cypress lakes is in a centrl location for many Cellar doors and other venues. It was comfortable and clean, and ideal for a small faimly of freinds stay. The BBQ was used and although we had a successful BBQ it was a bit 'wobbly' on it's legs and hadn't been left clean by previous occupants. There was no kitchen bin for us to put our rubbish in?
