• Anonymous (1/5): Horrific communication from the booking, damp and dirty property, would not recommend. - It was close to the venue of work. The whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. I never received the correct information for key collection, after working a 14 hours shift it took 45 phone calls to 2 separate numbers to get through. 2 Hours. They then refused to call me and only text. When I finally got through they said they had texted me code 'yesterday' however the booking was only made that day. They were unhelpful, and the property was damp with mold on the walls. At this point it was too late to find anywhere else. This property is not fit to promote on booking.com.
• Dora (1/5): If there was any form of fire or any emergency , they would have been there without any earlier help than to wait for 2 - Everything about their service is very bad. Their service is very bad and very bad communication from the staff My 70years mom and and my younger brother mistakenly left the key outside the living room door and they got locked inside the room which made us got stuck outside we tried reaching them and non of their numbers were answered. We reached them as early as 8am the next morning and they told us unless we wait for the cleaner to come there at 11 before they can open my mom…

• Schismene (9/5): A home away from home! - This spacious lovely home had everything I needed and all facilities necessary. Good kitchen, cozy bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean, fresh towels & all working in perfect order. Handy location in a nice street even though the window leads to the main road, its quiet at night! I would definitely book this place again! Apart from the slight odour of mold - due to being closed when there are no guests or no ventilation … After 2 hours of fresh air, it was all good! Odour was gone 100% There was nothing I didn’t like- Everything met my expectations for a short & comfortable stay.

• Abbas (1/5): Bad - Only location Rooms didn't have a closet, tables in the living room were old and wobbly, it wasn't mentioned that this is a 2 floor apartment. 1 toilet isn't working and it seems like it's an old issue, this should be mentioned on the website and when I messaged the property owner he didn't help. Rooms didn't have a trash bin. Courtyard is filthy. Water heater in the shower didn't work on the last day of our stay and the property owner didn't help. The weather is cold and we couldn't shower on our last day of our stay

• Ahmed (10/5): A place that feels like home. - It was so nice honestly, it was an amazing experience, the house was so clean, comfy and homelike, I really felt at home with my family. The rooms were so cute and the kitchen was so beautiful and don’t even get me started with the toilets. Honestly everything was perfect, I loved my stay there and so did my whole family.

• Danka (3/5): Not satisfied - The location of the flat and that the flat has 2 bathrooms The flat was stuffy and mouldy. We could not use the wardrobes because they smelled bad and mouldy. One bedroom did not have any windows, so we could not use it at all. No hand towels and rug in the bathrooms. We could not find the flat, nobody from the locals did not know. The key nest was 10 minutes' walk from the flat. Not enough towels.
• Delov (2/5): Huge disapointment. - Close to the underground station, bus stop 20m-s away from the the door (the night bus great help from the Picadilly after midnight) The accomodation was a huge disapointment: wet walls, no dry towels due to high humidity, stinky flat, dead pidget next to the window was extremly disgusting, recontstruction work in the house/under the bedroom window, etc. We left the flat with huge relief Btw the flat keys were somewhere else totally than the genuine pick up point, it was wasn’t funny to walk an extra 15 mins with our big bags
