• Hanne (10/5): Very nice stay in Santa Monica - The apartment is very well equiped. Everything you need is there. Also close to the beach, pier and shops for groceries like target and trader joe's. Nice when travelling by car to have a parking spot available in the garage. The host answers very fast to messages and you get a clear set of instructions when you arrive. We had a very pleasant stay here! -
• Stefan (8/5): Sehr schönes wohnliches App. in einer totteln Anlage und einer extrem guten Lage. - Das App. ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine sehr wohnliche Atmosphäre in einer äußerst guten Lage. Fußläufig ist grundsätzlich alles erreichbar, inkl. Shopping, Stand, Pier, Essen und Trinken. Das Gebäude ist top und die Tatsache, dass ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz integriert ist, macht es zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, haben es genossen und würden es auf jeden Fall und ohne jegliche Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Keine Beanstandungen.

• Clare (9/5): Fantastic cosy apartment in the heart of Santa Monica. - The apartment was in a great location near to local transport, beach, shopping and restaurants. Apartment had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable including a washer dryer. The wifi was excellent and the host was very easy to contact. The only thing I could fault was the balcony had no view which was a shame but nothing can be done about this.
• Fiona (10/5): - Great location! Big Blue Bus from the airport stops right outside and very good connections to other public transport. Short walk to the beach. Our host was excellent - early check in and a very generous late check out. Apartment is well appointed and very clean.

• Judith (8/5): Santa Monica is fabulous and the comfortable well appointed studio helped make our stay smoothe & memoranle. - Fantastic location, easy access on foot to beach and shopping district. Close to tram station if required. More spacious than we anticipated. Well equipped kitchen meaning we could cook and relax after sightseeing. Quiet (we visited in January). Nothing really to fault. We did have to contact property management about small things which a guest guide at the property would have eliminated eg double check location of trash. We admit we may have missed this info elsewhere!

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - We loved the amenities, bed was comfy, good location for proximity to pier, parking was safe Parking was difficult to find, and a lot of homeless people on the outside of building (I know this can't be helped), unfortunately also major police issue right across the road during our stay I will say the place felt secure when in the building, good security measures multiple gates etc. however still quite scary.

The contactless check in was easy. If I had to say anything negative it could be a little noisy at times but not enough to outweigh the pros.

• Sophie (9/5): Highly recommend for both a short and long stay - close to the Beach and Third Promenade - Clear instructions for picking up the keys, the host was extremely communicative which was super helpful. The apartment is a junior one bedroom (room and living split by a half wall) and there is a small balcony. The apartment was clean, fresh towels, well equipped kitchen . The host had great attentions such as a personalized welcome message, recommendations for coffee shops/ restaurants nearby and coffee bags. We did not have to do any cleaning before leaving. There is a park nearby and the beach is a 10 min walk The building is located next to the Salvation Army so there is a lot of homelessness. We were a little un at ease upon arriving because we are not used to LA but we did not feel unsafe. There is a lot of poverty in LA.

Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend. Check-in with car was a bit tricky, despite good instructions. Apt is highly scented, worth knowing for those with sensitivities.
