• Sylvie (10/5): Parenthèse ! - Magnifique vue sur le jardin avec petite terrasse permettant de prendre l’air et un bain de soleil sur les transats mis à disposition. Jolie pièce de vie au rdc comprenant un salon équipé d’une table dressée pour le petit déjeuner, d’une armoire pourvue de vaisselle, d’un mini réfrigérateur, d’un micro-ondes avec machine à café et plateau bouilloire, pour les collations et petit souper sur place si besoin. Salle d’eau à côté de l’accès direct à la piscine couverte à 29 degrés, très agréable. Sauna à disposition en complément pour 15€. Chambre à l’étage sous le toit, accessible par un escalier bois, lit en 160 très confortable. Petit déjeuner 🤩. Parking privé à l’intérieur de la propriété. Accès facile avec bip dans une boîte à clés au portail. L’accueil de Peter et l’enthousiasme de Chopin à l’arrivée! On a adoré ☺️ d’ailleurs on a vite réservé une autre date! Rien
• Patrick (10/5): Relaxing escape a short drive from Brussels - We had a nice, relaxing stay at Le Joyau. The surroundings were beautiful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The pool was a good temperature and clean. And the breakfast was delicious. Peter (and Chopin) were wonderful hosts.

• Kathleen (9/5): Petit séjour en famille - Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Peter et son chien Chopin. C'est un joli endroit avec un jardin très spacieux qui a fait le bonheur de notre fils de 6 ans. Les petits-déjeuner préparés par Peter sont vraiment délicieux. Le petit bémol, je dirais la salle de bain pour une famille de 4 personnes, elle est un peu petite.

• G L Sanderson (10/5): - Peter, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was lovely and an ideal place to relax. Being able to use the pool was great. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh eggs from the chickens that would often be seen out in the garden. Peter's dog Chopin is very cute and happy to say hello at every opportunity. The bed was really comfortable and the peace and quiet made it easy to sleep. The hot water in the shower didn't seem to last for two people to shower. Didn't get a chance to mention this to Peter so could be something that is easily sorted. Possibly a bit more cutlery in the drawers would be useful as we put some on the breakfast tray when we returned it. And maybe a bottle opener.

• Johan (9/5): - Très bon séjour dans un environnement calme. Belle propriété joliment décorée et équipée. Propriétaire très réactif et super sympa ! Le petit +, la piscine et la sauna, top ! Avons aussi fait connaissance avec "Chopin", le toutou adorable de Peter. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Rien de spécial. Juste la lumière automatique qui va très fort quand on descend de l'escalier de la nuit, une veilleuse serait plus appropriée.

• Ron Verschuur (9/5): FANTASTISCH en qua alles een echte aanrader!!! - Het was in 1 woord FANTASTISCH (in cijfers zeker een 9,5 waard) met een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar die een geweldig ontbijt verzorgt. Het is een ruime en zeer rustig gelegen accomodatie met uitstekende faceliteiten zoals prima bed, een knusse en heerlijk warme houtkachel, een ruim en gezellig leefgedeelte, een prima badkamer met douche, een meer dan heerlijk zwembad en de auto kan op veilig en op het eigen terrein geparkeert worden. Kortom, niet twijfelen maar zelf ontdekken!

Aucune information sur l'annonce n'indiquait les horaires d'accès à cet espace. De plus le sauna était payant, ce n'était pas indiqué également sur l'annonce. Nous avons réservé cette chambre d'hôte spécialement pour profiter en soirée de l'espace piscine et sauna mais ce n'était pas accessible . De plus, la qualité des serviettes de bain n'était pas à la hauteur du lieu. Serviette trouée et usée !!!

• Lorbach (10/5): - Wir hatten 3 sehr schöne, erholsame Tage bei Peter. Ich kann mich nur den vielen Erfahrungsberichten hier anschließen. Peter ist ein wirklich perfekter Gastgeber, immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit viel Platz im Garten den auch der eigene Hund nutzen kann. Für unseren alten Opa war es genauso richtig. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen schon ein Highlight, mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Und das zweite Highlight ist natürlich das Schwimmbad, das man für sich alleine nutzen kann. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal einige Tage zur Erholung hier einkehren, wir waren sehr angetan. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein , eigentlich ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, einzig die Treppe nach oben ins Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil, und für ältere Personen etwas gewagt.
• Magda (9/5): Super, hartelijk, lekker en zeer netjes. Heel goeie host en goeie prijs/kwaliteit - Het meest leuke was: de ligging, de badkamer, de bedden, het zwembad. Ook het zicht uit ons raam was prachtig en wijds. De hartelijke ontvangst en een klein gesprekje met Peter vond ik aangenaam. Hij heeft zelfs onze resto besteld. Binnenhuis en in de tuin: alles zeer oké. Kleine tip: de toegankelijkheid. Misschien een plakkaatje hangen met wat info waar we binnen kunnen rijden volgende keer. Nu was het wat onduidelijk, maar misschien kwamen we van de verkeerde kant?

• Sigrid (10/5): The perfect spot for tranquility - We absolutely loved the location, the sauna and pool and the delicious breakfast. The apartment is the perfect base for exploring the area, and beautifully remote. The host is wonderfully engaged with his holiday home. Renting out this space he created is clearly a love project for him! The bathroom sink is just too tiny.
• Signestraumane (10/5): We loved this place and owner is really nice person. - Owner ir really nice and welcoming. the thing, that you can use pool and small sauna in your stay, is wonderfull and kids where excited. In Breakfast time owner bakes and leaves out tray with warm baked goods and yoghurt with fresh berrys, We loved it. In the moring we mayed omelet with eggs what owner left for us, and later on terrace we had guests - chickens.. Kids loved it, and we also.. :) Maybe, if we have to say something, then it would be nice, if i make reservation for family - 2 adults and 2 kids, then sofa bed is already ready for kids also, and on table is not just two plates, silverwhare, But everything was easy to get our selves, and we mangaed. This would be just nic touch.
